My daughter-in-law gave me a Gift Certificate to the Polished Pinky as a Christmas Gift. I love the salon, the atmosphere and all of the Nail Techs are very friendly and professional. My Nail Tech is Mayra Diaz and she’s the BEST! She convinced me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new rather than my normal French Manicure. It took me a few days to get use to the color and sparkle, but now I love it and I’ve picked out several new colors and designs I want to try going forward.

I have been trying to make an appointment to get my nails done here and everytime I call for various days I get "I'm sorry....there isn't anyone available at this time!" That is very disappointing!

Jillian is awesome. She never disappoints. She makes all of her clients feel like royalty and her nail and feet work is amazing. I love the fact that she pushes her clients into trying various designs...
Jillian is awesome. She never disappoints. She makes all of her clients feel like royalty and her nail and feet work is amazing. I love the fact that she pushes her clients into trying various designs on their nails and feet. I wasn't ready to transcend into the fall polished as of yet due to not wanting the summer to end. Jillian picked a perfect in between polish for me yesterday making both my fingers and toes look astounding! 😄

Every time I have gone in to get my nails done, she has gone above and beyond what I expected. :) She has done my nails for every type of occasion including my absolute favorite ones. . . Dr. Seuss themed nails for my son's 1st birthday.

I read the reviews and decided to call for a last min appointment. They said sure come in. I got there on time, picked my polish out for my pedicure, then was seated in the chair for a pedicure, and put my feet in the foot bath. So 15 mins went by, thought she was still busy with a client, then 30 mins. That's not normal at all... So I dried my feet off and walked out. Oh, there was no apology from her at all...If you want good customer service never go here!!!
