This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!! I booked online and had no problems, they got me in right away and Megan did the best nail art ever. They were so professional and it's a wonder atmosphere. The people are so nice and so helpful! I'll be back soon!

This was definitely on my top worst nail experiences. I booked online also because they never answer the phone. The hours posted are not valid they make it up as they go. This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I’m posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. The shape was awful no where near close to what coffin looks like. I am posting a third and fourth photo at a different shop just 2 hours later to get my nails fixed and done right.

I would recommend booking online through yelp because the appointments fill up fast. If you want to do a walk in I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they can get you in. Since walk ins are only taken if they have the availability that day.

I used Megan for my nails and couldn't be happier. She was very professional and listened to what I wanted as well as offered her professional opinion. It is easy to make appointments through Yelp, just plan ahead as she is so great she books up fast. Loved finding this place to use when I'm home from school, and will continue to be back!

I walked in (which the door does say accepts walk-ins) and I was barely greeted by the worker. My mother said, "Hi how long for two manicures?" and the worker says "Next opening is Tuesday." We say, "Okay never mind thanks, " and she gave us quite the look and didn't even say thank you have a nice day. If you want good business and reviews I suggest to first have some customer service skills. Whether you were getting our money or not you never know the power of our mouths. Had she of been nice maybe I would go back or even refer the salon. The salon was very small and was overwhelming upon walking in because the clients getting their nails done were pushed against the door and it felt as though I was walking over them. Not comfortable what so ever. I would much rather go else where with at least some space. The salon also smelt dirty and did not look very organized/clean. Also I checked the website and on the home page the first sentence uses the wrong word. It says "Were not your average nail place." It should be "We're not your average nail place." That is also not a very professional look.

I've had my nails done here twice by Megan, both times they came out amazing! Her ability to free hand designs is some of the best I've seen. And my fill in is smooth and looks great! Highly recommend...

The work is competent, but the sign on the door that says "walk-ins welcome" is inaccurate. I gave them three opportunities over two weeks to fit me in within a reasonable time period, but no love. Don't waste your time as a walk-in, unless you have a lot of it to spare.

AMAZING service, from both a quality of nails perspective and a customer service perspective. My niece and I got mani/pedis. I don't know what they use to slough the dead skin from your feet, but OMG does it feel a million times better than the ridiculously scratchy brillo feeling things most places use. My feet tend to get very dry and develop lots of calluses, and this "gentler" way still removed all my dead skin and left my feet feeling silky smooth. I got a regular shellac polish for my fingers, but my niece got this cool glittery fade-out design that she loves. I would recommend this place to all ages. Angie and Megan are both super friendly and hilarious. Loved it!

Not only are they EXTREMELY rude. My 3 year old daughter could have done a better job. I recommend the owner find a new profession. Highly dissatisfied!!
