Tried this nail salon based on yelp reviews. Yelpers do not disappoint! My regular place was closed for two weeks. It's so hard to decide to try a new place. Waited over an hour and was told he didn't see me and i would have to put my name back on the list. He said he was the manager of i didn't like it I could leave. Very rude. Needless waiting. Never go there ever again. Not sure why they why they were so busy. People said they had good ratings and were from out of town. I guess location is everything. This place sucks! Read Less

I have been to many different nail places but Top Nails is far better than any place I have ever been. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have gel nails . And the people working there are great. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Read Less

I used to live in Columbus and would come here pretty regularly to get a mani/pedi. They have reasonable prices and do quality work. They are also very thorough so you won't get a rush job. I had been away from Columbus for about two years and came back to town for work so a trip to Top Nails for my regular mani/pedi was necessary. Cam-lyn is THEE best!!  I have lived in a few cities and have never found anyone who skills are better than hers. People do make appointments with her so don't be surprised if you come in and request her and she can't get to you immediately.  If I'm ever in Columbus I will make a trip to Top Nails to see Cam-lyn. Excellent salon for nails.  VERY reasonable prices for the quality of the work.  I had my first set of nails done there in two years recently.  None have popped off and it's been a few days after I should be needing a fill and new polish but they still look great.  As for Tammy P, she needs to go back to where she came from.  They do an excellent job and I have never come across one salon where there was not a wait unless you showed up 15 minutes before they opened.  LOVE THIS SALON! I'm visiting from out of town and wanted a pedicure for a wedding I was attending. I had to wait close to a half hour before I was finally called to a chair-it seemed busy, which to me is an indication of a solid business. The man doing my pedi was pleasant enough, but while trimming my cuticle, he cut me and it still hurts two days later. He complained because I'd trimmed my nails before coming (I always do), and was busy talking while pushing my cuticles back and hurt me. I had to stop him twice because it hurt. I get pedicures at least once a month and this is not common for me. Polish selection is slim and there was a tile missing from the ceiling with water dripping down into a bucket in the middle of the store....the store seems nice otherwise. Hopefully the residents of Columbus have a better place to get their nails done than this place; they deserve better. Read Less
