Just wanted to take a minute to share my experience at Gossip Nails Salon. I was there with a group of about 7 or 8 women all getting our nails done for a wedding we were attending in Indiana. We were all from out of state and I chose the salon based on a recommendation and the positive reviews. I can't speak for the other girls, but my experience was not that great. The day we were there, they were very busy and although we had made an appointment, they kept taking on walk-ins which made our appointment take longer because they were accepting clients in between. The girl who did my pedicure was fabulous and it held up amazing, the gentleman who did my acrylic tips DESTROYED my nails. He was rushing (I'm assuming because of the line of people waiting) and overly ground away multiple layers of my nails and didn't bother with my cuticles. I was disappointed because I have had acrylic tips done in the past and although I know there is some damage to be expected, my nails have always held up pretty well. My nails have never looked as bad after getting the acrylics removed as they do right now. Pieces of my nails came off in chunks during the removal process. My nails are thin, brittle, broken, and sensitive. I am hoping that this review helps in some way. I took the pictures at the end of the removal process so all the uneven and broken nails had already been cut down. **I tried posting the pictures various times and they won't post, not sure why.

It’s soooo awesome or soooo terrible depending on who does your nails. I recommend Laura. Walk in wait is very long. Overall pricey but pleased.

This is my 4th time here! Yesterday they were extremely busy and it did take longer to get my nails and toes done but it was Saturday! Highly recommend making an appointment but if you don't even have an appointment they will always get you in! Highly impressed how they can keep up with the demand and how they remember everyone who is in order I believe I've been to most all the nail salons in Columbus Indiana throughout the many years and this one impresses me the most. I'm... glad to see a lot of my friends are now going to this nail salon and they're also happy with the services they're receiving. I have always worn very dark polish mainly Reds and yesterday I opted to go more neutral but with a little bit of glitter in my life. I work with children so I'm not able to get the fancier type of nail shapes. They always shape my nails so I don't poke somebody ! Gossip Nails is extremely busy which is good that tells you something I believe they are the best and Columbus Indiana and I know I'm happy with my nails today simple and neutral colors with a little bit of Sparkle to it. I'm in my early fifties now so don't pay attention to the wrinkly old hands but it's okay to have some glitter in your life sometimes!

First time at this place since I am from out of town, but went to enjoy a relaxing day with some girlfriends celebrating one of their birthdays. We had pedicures and SNS dipped nails. The girl who did my pedicure was brand new. Now I was let known that they were training her the steps to follow for my $47 pedicure, but I could tell shortly after she started that this may have been her first ever. She was very slow, so I was the last in my group so everyone had to wait long time for me. She cut me multiple times and I have a very tender spot on my big toe now. I felt it was an expensive price for that service. On to my nails finally the lady appeared very annoyed on my request. (The reason we chose this place was they had displayed a lot of fun nails online so it didn't seem like it would have been a big deal to request more than just a simple nail). I have had dipped nails before and loved them. These I do not love. She only did 2 layers, I'm used to getting 3 or 4 to make them harder and more than just get nails.
I ended up spending $200 for my friend and I and I definitely do not think it was worth it at all. So nice facility but way over priced for services!

Friendly staff and good work. The last time I went an older lady did my nails and they were rough in 2 parts and uneven shaping. But every other time I have gone I have been very very happy.

They are not mind readers, they will do what's in your best interst (like gel vs reg) unless you tell them different because they take pride in their work and want it to last. I love everything they do from mani's, pedi's, full sets and wax jobs! Keep up the great work!!

Everyone I have worked with has been amazing, they have all quality products, and are the best Salon in town!
They can are always busy though, so I would definitely recommend an appointment.

Therefore, i ended up going to this wonderful establishment! Prices are decent. My full set acrylic was 26$ the gentleman who did my nails was amazing!

My mom and I went for the first time today! We arrived around 2:25 and it was very busy! I expected to wait a long time but we were in and out within an hour! Everyone was working quickly but doing a great job. I got a manicure, stiletto shaped nails with the "nail dipping" technique! I love it so far :) they're my natural nails but they look like I have fake acrylics on!

It felt like a wedding emergency; my nail salon cancelled on me last minute and I was panicked that my nails would be a wreck in my wedding photos the next day. The great people at Gossip Nails were gracious in accommodating me and my wedding party for mani/pedis on a tight time frame. Thank you to all of the nail techs who helped our nails look beautiful. Thank you also to the many walk-ins who waited to get their nails done while we were expedited through the experience. Everything was clean and efficient. What could have felt like a disaster ended up as a funny wedding story I will likely never forget!

But after having had the most excellent and thorough massage eve I think $26 is a bargain. They took their time and did an excellent job. There was no wait and the place had a pleasant atmosphere.

Love love love!!! My daughter and I meet in Columbus to get our nails done every once in awhile and this is the first place we not only like, but love!! Very clean and polite. They don't make you feel rushed and do a great job with the massages. My daughters very picky and absolutely loved her acrylic nails.

The girl who did my pedicure was brand new. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing, they have all quality products, and are the best Salon in town!

Had an amazing time! It was clean and obviously well taken care of. Staff was polite and my manicurist made conversation with me instead of just sitting there working away. It made all the difference ...

I had the basic pedicure which was $26. I found this a little steep but it has been a while since I had a pedi so maybe this is the norm now. But after having had the most excellent and thorough massage eve I think $26 is a bargain. They took their time and did an excellent job. There was no wait and the place had a pleasant atmosphere.

The service was outstanding and for me that means: great spa options, trimmed cuticles correctly (not easy to find around here), clean and modern space, customer friendly, huge selection of colors (matching color for gel as well) and they also do Nails Art you just bring your preferred design. Definitely coming back and thanks to Sally for such a fantastic job.

Love love love!!! My daughter and I meet in Columbus to get our nails done every once in awhile and this is the first place we not only like, but love!! Very clean and polite. They don't make you feel rushed and do a great job with the massages. My daughters very picky and absolutely loved her acrylic nails.
