Michael and his staff are always so polite and make sure you are absolutely happy with their services or they make it right. You may have to wait a bit or schedule an appointment ahead of time, but it's only because they take their time and Michael only hires staff who meet his standards. CT Nails by far is the most aesthetically pleasing of any currently running nail salon in Columbia City. While it does not boast a large quantity of spa pedicure chairs or nail technician stations...it lets the "quality over quantity" speak for itself. It is has recently been renovated by its owner. Beautiful and comfortable spa pedicure chairs that illuminate color while your feet soak in the warm jetted basin below. It is kept exceptionally clean and organized by staff. They aren't running around trying to find a place to squeeze you in. Most Customers are happy to wait inside the salon where you will find multiple flat screen televisions playing different stations for patrons. You will find that the service is top notch and never pushy, only informal as they want you to know your options. They cover manicures, pedicures, chair massage, and a spectrum of waxing options. It was my birthday and I took one of my best friends for her first pedicure and it was great we highly recommend the lemon drop pedicure so relaxing and wonderful! Amazing place. Michael is very friendly and great at what he does. I had been going to cali nails in Fort Wayne for a long time had an awful experience and Michael not only helped correct their wrongs but impressed me enough I haven't nor will I go anywhere else again!
