Do Not get any services that involve heat (paraffin wax/towels/etc.) A few days ago I asked for the deluxe pedicure which includes dipping your feet in wax (I've had it done there and other places several times). When the woman put my right foot in the bag (wax), it instantly burned more than usual. She casually asked me if it was too hot. I told her 3 times it was and tried to pull my foot out. She finally got the hint and took it out. My entire foot was bright red from the scalding hot wax. She kept asking if I was okay and I said "no my foot is burned". I was trying to remain calm but it hurt so badly that i started crying. The woman said "don't cry". The woman stared at my foot and eventually realized she should try to help so she ran cold water in the tub and soaked my foot in it for a while. (As a cerified CPR/First Aid trainer, I know that's not what one is supposed to do for burns but I couldn't stand up let alone walk out).Then they asked to put Neosporin on it. I agreed because it wasn't getting much better. One lady asked me if I wanted hot towels on my legs. While crying I said "I don't want anything else hot". The woman told me the wax was "on low" and said "so its not that hot". I said look at my foot and tell me it wasn't hot. I said I'd like to go home and walked by the counter. The (owner?) Started to charge me $60. I explained that I didn't get any of the 'deluxe services because I got burned before they finished. She brought the price down to $35. I understand that the woman did some work so I paid, but it should've been free because of what I went through. [I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my foot because all staff and customers were staring at me and my foot.] Highly Not recommended

Jasmine nails is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I drive 45 mins to an hour bc I refuse to use the salon here in my town! They are always so friendly, plus they are amazing with my daughter when she comes and gets hers done as well! Came in with a huge emergency this morning with my natural nails, Sam worked hard to fix my oh no’s and they look amazing! Thank you

This is a great nail salon, for the price. Really nice nail technicians help you with picking out colors, shapes, etc. They really want you to be happy with your nails and the service they provide. I was! I visited there twice when away from my normal salon and was pleased with my nails and especially pleased with the cost, which is lower than most salons. Give them a try if you're in the area.

I really want to love this place because everyone has such good things to say. First of all, my cousin and I went and we had to wait a normal wait time, but we were not offered bottled water like ever...
I really want to love this place because everyone has such good things to say. First of all, my cousin and I went and we had to wait a normal wait time, but we were not offered bottled water like everyone says they were. Secondly, we were not given clean, personal tools. Third, when I asked about SNS nails they told me it was $35 and that they charged $5-$10 for extensions. My cousin has the SNS powder done and they told her that it was the same price as acrylics and only $5 for for extensions. The SNS powder is much prettier than acrylic and much lighter. I would have gotten it done if I wouldn't have thought I was looking at $45 before a tip. Lastly, my nails are like dimpled and uneven. They are not smooth and I had one matte nail that looked no different that the glossy nails. I had to come home and add my own top coat to make the matte and gloss nails stand apart from one another. I will probably try another tech and see if that makes a difference. If not, that will be my last. I was just really ticked about the misinformation surrounding the SNS powder bc it's much nicer than acrylics. I mean yea I was being tight bc it was before Christmas but had I known it was the same price I would have gotten it. Someone just didn't want to put in the extra work.

Pedicure reps NOT personable. They site and gossip with one another and pay little attention to you. This was NOT the case the times I had a guy named Cameron but the ladies that look Hispanic always seem like they don't want to be at work or do your nails. As far as the nail service it's a hit or miss. Sometimes ur rep isn't rushing and will do your nails great but most times since they are busy they will do it quickly. Bad shaping. Just inconsistent. Only place in area that does the sns dipping powder so it stays busy with a wait always.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had for what should be a relaxing escape!! Took my daughter in as a mommy -daughter end of week treat. 2 1/2 hours later, at 9 o clock, I walked out with hammer time nails. They are under staffed and goof offs. If you want ther attention when it's your turn; this isn't the place for you. My nail guy hopped between myself, and 2 other customers so many times he forgot to file one hand, and buff my nails, leaving my French manicure looking spongy!!
I came back the next day to have my nails 'finished' and re-polished to wait another 30 minutes before walking out. Women had been waiting for 2 hours when I got there. I would add this place is not suitable for young children, as the men talk about their 'animal trunks' amongst other innaprpropriate conversation. I went to Pro Nails after leaving Jasmine and was in and out in 15 minutes! My time was worth spending another 10 bucks for someone else to polish despite spending 83 dollars at Jasmine Nails aka.Train Wreck Nails!

My dip nails are horrible. Got them done 3 days ago and they are already loose. My toe color from my pedicure is orange while my nails are pink. I told them to pick a color that would match the color for my nails. Yeah, it don't. They used the wrong dip powder on my nails.. it was supposed to be coral. They didn't use the tool under my nails, so now I have buildup underneath which all of us women know is uncomfortable. My friend who got gel nails has already chipped and bubbled. They were too focused on entertaining the ladies and not doing a good job on nails. Won't be back.

The man that did my nails went above and beyond to make sure that I loved my nails. There customer service is exceptional and their prices are great! I am so glad that I chose to give this place a try! If you're trying to find a good quality place that does a great job and won't rob you for your money, jasmine nails is your place! I will not go to any other place but jasmine nails from now on out!

Tried this place out today to get a pedi and SNS nails right before our Disney Vacation and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience getting my nails done!!!!! They did exactly what I asked for and through the whole process would ask if it was okay and I was happy with it. I upgraded to the hot stone pedi and it was well worth it! Awesome job Marlene & Sam! I left very happy with my pedicure and nails and had a nice time chatting with the very friendly staff! I will definitely be back and be telling all my friends to come check you all out!

He kept stopping for 15 minutes to play with the kids. NEVER COMING BACK. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND. Not worth the money or the wait.

My mom and I went to Jasmine nails today and got mani/pedi's. We have been looking for a place we like for many months now without success. Today was total success! Woo and Marlene did our nails and they were both so nice. We got color changing SNS polish on our nails. It was my first time getting this kind of "polish" (powder) and it was fascinating, and I'm in love with the changing colors. I can't wait to try them all. My nails look perfect and mom and I have definitely found our place.

I must say the people in this nail salon were so very nice, welcoming, and appreciative of their customers. I wasn't able to go to my regular nail salon today and this one was close to where I was at. It's located by Walmart and next to Chuy's on Veteran's Pkwy. I was given an immediate and pleasant welcome. Channy took care of me immediately. She did a very good job and was quick. I had a fill in and shellac polish. I liked the added touch of cuticle oil and paraffin dip, as not all salons always do this. Complimentary bottles of water were also given.I paid $15 to fill and $12 for the shellac. Their pedicures are $20. Good prices and very friendly people. They obviously appreciate their customers. The only negative I could come up with was a small selection of shellac polish colors. I was able to find something I liked though. Good selection of regular polish, I just hate the thought of going back to that.

This past weekend I went to Jasmine Nails for the first time. I went in for a mani/pedi. I was greated by the most adorable 2 year old, Jasmine herself. I had my nails done with the powder/dip polish and also had one of the best pedis I have ever had!! I worked with Sam and he was kind, funny, and continued to make sure that I was enjoying my experience!! I give it a 10/10 and will for sure be coming back again!

First time visiting Jasmine nails and I must say it was the BEST service ever. Myself and my daughter got a pedicure, she got a manicure, and I got SNS (powder dip) nails with artificial tips. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are having a great experience. Prices are reasonable and I will be going back.

Pedicure reps NOT personable. They site and gossip with one another and pay little attention to you. This was NOT the case the times I had a guy named Cameron but the ladies that look Hispanic always seem like they don't want to be at work or do your nails. As far as the nail service it's a hit or miss. Sometimes ur rep isn't rushing and will do your nails great but most times since they are busy they will do it quickly. Bad shaping. Just inconsistent. Only place in area that does the sns dipping powder so it stays busy with a wait always.

Totally impressed with this place!!! Channy(I believe) did my pedicure and he was so thorough and awesome! Asked me several times to let him know if anything was painful. I could tell he really enjoys his job! My manicure is amazing and they did an awesome job shaping my very short nails! I've officially found my nail place!!!

You will feel pampered & they will do everything they can to make your time spent with them very relaxing & enjoyable. Their work is the best around. I highly recommend the powder nail polish!!! It is beautiful, lots of colors & better for your nails. Go check out Jasmine Nails....you won't be sorry.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had for what should be a relaxing escape!! Took my daughter in as a mommy -daughter end of week treat. 2 1/2 hours later, at 9 o clock, I walked out with hammer time nails. They are under staffed and goof offs. If you want ther attention when it's your turn; this isn't the place for you. My nail guy hopped between myself, and 2 other customers so many times he forgot to file one hand, and buff my nails, leaving my French manicure looking spongy!!
I came back the next day to have my nails 'finished' and re-polished to wait another 30 minutes before walking out. Women had been waiting for 2 hours when I got there. I would add this place is not suitable for young children, as the men talk about their 'animal trunks' amongst other innaprpropriate conversation. I went to Pro Nails after leaving Jasmine and was in and out in 15 minutes! My time was worth spending another 10 bucks for someone else to polish despite spending 83 dollars at Jasmine Nails aka.Train Wreck Nails!

My dip nails are horrible. Got them done 3 days ago and they are already loose. My toe color from my pedicure is orange while my nails are pink. I told them to pick a color that would match the color for my nails. Yeah, it don't. They used the wrong dip powder on my nails.. it was supposed to be coral. They didn't use the tool under my nails, so now I have buildup underneath which all of us women know is uncomfortable. My friend who got gel nails has already chipped and bubbled. They were too focused on entertaining the ladies and not doing a good job on nails. Won't be back.

This was my first time being at jasmine nails and I absolutely loved it! They have me a water while I waited without me asking for it. The man that did my nails went above and beyond to make sure that I loved my nails. There customer service is exceptional and their prices are great! I am so glad that I chose to give this place a try! If you're trying to find a good quality place that does a great job and won't rob you for your money, jasmine nails is your place! I will not go to any other place but jasmine nails from now on out!

Tried this place out today to get a pedi and SNS nails right before our Disney Vacation and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience getting my nails done!!!!! They did exactly what I asked for and through the whole process would ask if it was okay and I was happy with it. I upgraded to the hot stone pedi and it was well worth it! Awesome job Marlene & Sam! I left very happy with my pedicure and nails and had a nice time chatting with the very friendly staff! I will definitely be back and be telling all my friends to come check you all out!

I have gone to Jasmine Nails several times now. Sam and company are always so funny and pleasant to be around, and on top of that they do s great job! The pedicure is amazing! and I just love the SNS nail dip. I took both granddaughters this week and they loved the treatment they received! We will definitely be customers for a long time to come!

1hr long wait, kid playing in nail polish that she has everywhere, I asked for acrylics, and got dip powder which I didn't ask for, male employee argued with me on what I should get, and did a poor job, left my nails bumpy and uneven. He kept stopping for 15 minutes to play with the kids. NEVER COMING BACK. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND. Not worth the money or the wait.

My mom and I went to Jasmine nails today and got mani/pedi's. We have been looking for a place we like for many months now without success. Today was total success! Woo and Marlene did our nails and they were both so nice. We got color changing SNS polish on our nails. It was my first time getting this kind of "polish" (powder) and it was fascinating, and I'm in love with the changing colors. I can't wait to try them all. My nails look perfect and mom and I have definitely found our place.

I must say the people in this nail salon were so very nice, welcoming, and appreciative of their customers. I wasn't able to go to my regular nail salon today and this one was close to where I was at. It's located by Walmart and next to Chuy's on Veteran's Pkwy. I was given an immediate and pleasant welcome. Channy took care of me immediately. She did a very good job and was quick. I had a fill in and shellac polish. I liked the added touch of cuticle oil and paraffin dip, as not all salons always do this. Complimentary bottles of water were also given.I paid $15 to fill and $12 for the shellac. Their pedicures are $20. Good prices and very friendly people. They obviously appreciate their customers. The only negative I could come up with was a small selection of shellac polish colors. I was able to find something I liked though. Good selection of regular polish, I just hate the thought of going back to that.

This past weekend I went to Jasmine Nails for the first time. I went in for a mani/pedi. I was greated by the most adorable 2 year old, Jasmine herself. I had my nails done with the powder/dip polish and also had one of the best pedis I have ever had!! I worked with Sam and he was kind, funny, and continued to make sure that I was enjoying my experience!! I give it a 10/10 and will for sure be coming back again!

First time visiting Jasmine nails and I must say it was the BEST service ever. Myself and my daughter got a pedicure, she got a manicure, and I got SNS (powder dip) nails with artificial tips. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are having a great experience. Prices are reasonable and I will be going back.
