If i could rate 0 stars, i would. I took my cousin and my sister to get their nails done, the chairs were full but i didn't expect the wait to be longer than half an hour at most. 3 HOURS!!! 3 hours we waited for mediocre nails. The lady with the tattoo on her neck kept doing other women's eyebrows whilst in the middle of doing my cousins nails. Absolutely awful costumer service. Will be telling friends and family not to return.Also, to do a "matte coating", she used alcohol.Blue nails done with actual matte top coat, pink nails done with alcohol. Read Less

The atmosphere is super laid back and friendly which is great. I had my nails done once and was pleased enough to go back. Once is all I was able to get. I went back on 4 separate occasions and was turned away being told it would be hours before they'd be ready for me. One of those times was 7 minutes after they opened. I google what is 5 stars nail spa. And pop up this name. I called to set up appointment for 2pm for me and my daughter. We were there for almost 2 hours. The stay until we are done. Even though they closed at 3 pm. I love my nail and i love the service given by brother, sister and daughter. Will be back there again. Read Less

I visited the salon on Saturday for a lash lift and tint, had to take my daughter with me, who is pretty good anyway, but I can say Sarah was very good with her and kept her involved and entertained whilst I couldn't! This place is fantastic! They are always busy so you will wait about 30 minutes no matter when you go but all the nail techs are amazing. They have lots of polish to choose from. I love that they take their time with pedicures. Even if there is 4 people waiting you will still get at least a 30 to 45 min pedicure. I would highly recommend this place. Read Less

I've been coming here for a few months now. All the girls are lovely and easy to get on with. I can recommend the callus peel treatment, worked a treat on my horrible feet! I had my nails done Friday - French manicure but with a hot pink tip. I was gently "persuaded" to have a thin line of silver glitter along the base of the pink tip and though I don't like glittery nails it's very subtle and really does look lovely (thank you Linda). I am more than happy to recommend this salon, the girls bend over backwards to look after their clients and make sure they get exactly what they want. Read Less

The lady who did my pedicure was rushed and didn't want to take her time. She left as soon as she finished and didn't even realize that I also wanted a manicure. The chair was noisy and they didn't offer anything often than a basic pedicure. Not my best experience. One plus was the other lady working was very friendly. It may have been better if I had her. We were looking for a nail salon that allowed walk ins and we found this salon nearby! The salon is clean and the nail technicians do an excellent job! On top of this, everyone was incredibly friendly and funny! At the very end, they even passed out candy! The prices were very reasonable as well! Good experience! Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys!!! Ben and Mary have been doing my mom and my nails for at least ten years. My mom drives from Demotte and I drive from merrillville to get our nails done here. They are so friendly and do an awesome job every time. They're up to date with trends and new products. The whole salon does an awesome job. Their deluxe pedicure is absolutely to die for. They use different oils and sugar scrubs and your skin is so soft at the end. They do awesome designs and have every color you could want. The prices are great and everything is always really clean. I went to Natural Nails instead of my regular place (which rocks) for the first time about a month ago,. The pedicure was surprisingly good. They used Aveeno products, gave a decent massage, wrapped my legs with hot towels ... Awesome. I decided to treat my boyfriend to a pedi today, and Natural Nails is close, and my last experience was really good, so I chose to take him there. Unfortunately, it was pretty terrible this time. They assumed we wanted the basic pedi, which pissed me off, because I ALWAYS get the best one. It's the one thing I do to spoil myself. The nailtech cut my toenails super short, my ankles were itching because she didn't wash off all the salt scrub, and worst of all... Her attitude sucked. Gave me the impression that she didn't want to be there, let alone doing my nails. She got halfway through my crappy manicure and I stopped her. We paid the bill and left. I still tipped her, because I understand what it's like to work in the service industry. Sometimes you have bad days, and I get it, but I'll be headed to Portage from now on to Sassy Nails. went for a nail set as a "girls day". gel set was applied thick and unevenly, nails have hurt since, and polish (color tip variation of french) is uneven. will be paying to have these removed less than 3 days after having them applied and asking local salon to help. wait time-they were busy, but one of ladies there kept taking people before us, even though we signed in first with no mention of appt being made in advance by the others.the woman doing my nails was polite, the technique was just not on par with what I am used to, I will not go back. Great once you become a regular! They try hard to remember names and conversations. This was my first time, but my friend was well known and we were seated quicker than I thought we'd be on a busy day without an appointment. This place is the best nail salon that I have been to. The owner Mary and her staff know their regular customers by name and they have hundreds. They go out of their way to fit you in and make you happy. I would not go anywhere else. They have a full line of services besides nails. I give Natural Nails 5 Stars!! : ) Read Less
