From Minnesota but stopped here while visiting family over the holidays. It's exactly what you would expect for a local nail salon. The nail techs were fast, the salon was clean (dust from nails of course), and the nail job was good. I got a gel manicure and it looks great. If you are looking for a deluxe, slow mani or pedi this isn't the place for that, but it's because you're not paying for that at this place! I have been going to this salon for awhile because I liked the meticulous job the gentleman did on my nails.  But I will not be going back due to the very poor customer service and attitude of the owner who is always rude when calling for an appointment.  I had an appointment today but when I got there they had closed the shop early (at 4:00) and never even bothered to contact me.  This is only one of a series of poor service experiences that I have had.  I typically like to write excellent reviews when I've received excellent service - certainly cannot do this with this shop. Customer service is terrible! I've been a few times since it's near my work and kept hoping the service would change.Firstly, the younger male technician says inappropriate things at all times. My co worker and I were talking about a friends son with cancer, and he says "what if I pretend to have cancer and make a go fund me page to get money?" Another time he bad mouthed the manager as well!Today my coworker and I went again (for the last time). They cut my co workers nail during a pedicure and asked if she wanted them to super glue it! She yelled for them to get a liquid bandaids. It also took them 2 hours to do a pedicure and manicure... it was not busy at all.Don't be fooled by the convenient location and pretty interior. I've gone here numerous times and have ALWAYS been disappointed. Recently, I needed to get my nails done really quickly and they're never crowded so I decided to go here. I got a no chip manicure and my nails look like my 2 year old little cousin did them. They look so sloppy. I spent $30 and I would have been better off just painting my own nails. I got eyelash extensions about a week ago and the lady did a terrible job. It was a very rushed, painful experience just for my eyelashes to be clumped together by very noticeable, black glue and they're already falling out within a week. Did not seem professional at all and very sloppy work was done. I don't recommend at all coming here for eyelash extensions. Very unimpressed. And as expensive as they are, the lady got mad because I didn't tip for her 30 minute, sloppy work. Read Less

Thought we would try a new spot. The atmosphere is really cute and welcoming but the service is terrible. A regular pedicure is $28, which is fine, but I paid for 2 tropical pedicures which added a lemon scrub for $4 more. However, when he was done with the really quick scrub (he did not even scrub my feet)he did not finish with lotion and a massage. He said that I got the scrub instead. What? Are you kidding me? I paid extra to have an extra service not extra to get a less than worthy scrub with no massage at all. When I mentioned it the girl said that I could have lotion. So he merely put some on my legs and that was it. Still no massage. Pitiful. I will not be back. One more thing...they charge $3 more to use OPI nail polish. I've never heard of such a thing. Misrepresented a Groupon as a full set of eyelashes when they were cluster lashes and were disinterested in providing a manicure afterward, saying my nails were "too short" for gel and that I would need a full set of acrylics. Immediately went to another salon and had a successful and beautiful gel manicure. Will never return. Read Less

Joining the ranks of the other reviews. Wish I would've read before I went. I was excited because this is right down the street from my apt. Yes, the atmosphere is clean and nice. Adorned with the usual pretty paper spiked lamps and a fun looking nail bar that never gets used. But as ALWAYS it's so hard to find a nail salon around here where you don't feel rushed and made obvious that you're their 20th customer of the day, even when it's slow. This is also the first place I've been to where my nail wasn't even fully attached to my real nail. Didn't notice until I left. Unfortunately, I won't be back at this place either. Read Less

Sadly, after coming here consistently for the past 4 months, I will not be returning.  I'm new to the area and thought I found my salon.  Recently I had an SNS manicure back home (Phoenix) where I'm from. Basically it is a more more natural, safer alternative to gel nails. The process to remove it is exactly the same as gel nails. You can visit snsnails.com for info on how to remove and to learn about them...This salon wanted to charge me an extra $10 to remove it and the gentleman assisting me today was very argumentative with me.  He kept offering me to speak with the owner instead and was very adamant about charging me.  This situation could have mitigated with a little friendly customer service.  While SNS is not very popular here, it's definitely not the same as acrylic nails which he kept comparing it to.  If it are in fact acrylic nails, then I agree it's more labor intensive to remove.  I went to another salon and they once again, soaked them off just like gel nails. Advertised on Groupon a full set of lash extensions for a certain price. They also advertise in their window eyelash extensions for certain price. However when you arrive at the salon they want to place cluster eyelashes instead of actual eyelash extensions. The interior is very nice and clean, but that's about it.   I felt like the tech was not really interested in doing his job.   There were other workers there, but it was not busy and they were reading magazines or playing games on their iPads.   At one point, they were very loud and my tech asked them to be quiet - so I can't really say this was a relaxing experience.  My gel manicure has not even lasted a week - it is peeling up already and looks terrible.  I won't be back. Went for shellac removal. I know it's a small service but I still think it might have been done better. Sat there for a long time soaking with foil while the lady doing my nails went and did a pedicure start to finish, and took a bunch of calls - I think it was to do with getting more people in to work since it seemed to be getting busier than anticipated. It's a beautiful space but due to the customer service I don't think I'll be returning.Read Less

I've been here previously and was excited to have a salon close to my home but had bad experiences in the past so decided not to go anymore but was pressed for time and stopped in for a quick polish change. I was there less than 3 minutes and quickly remembered why I vowed to never go again. Very nice atmosphere but the staff is beyond rude. Asked what I needed and said "pick a color" as I was picking they spoke in their language loudly and finally the gentleman said "$20". Two stars for the atmosphere. Other than that it would've been 0 if possible. Nail tech was bashing other nail salons the whole time and bad mouthing a woman whom I usually go to. I really just wanted to relax and enjoy the experience. The others were just hanging out, looked like they had friends come in and were talking and coming up to my chair, asking me questions and talking to me the whole time. Was inappropriate. Got gel on acrylic twice and noticed it wasn't lasting very long. Second time I went, I paid attention to how thick the coating was and it was very thin. They try to save some gel polish by making sure it's just enough to get the color. For this reason I'm not going back. Read Less

I got a French pedi and gel mani with gradation. You get what you pay for! The service was great and friendly, and the quality seems excellent. My tech said I could come back within a week if anything happened to my nails.
