Seems I had a similar experience to others. The only redeeming quality was the sweet girl who actually painted my nails. Overall, customer service was terrible. The owner is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don’t assist you at all when you enter and you’re left guessing what to do, where to go, where to pay, what to pay, etc. I made an appointment weeks in advance and no one even had information about it. The most frustrating thing of all is that it’s only been a couple of days and my polish is peeing at the cuticles. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’d been a couple of times and the service wasn’t bad, so I went back in December with my sister who was visiting from out of town so that we both could get gel manicures. I called ahead of time to ensure we could be seen without having a very long wait and Vicki, the owner, said we could come right in. When we arrived Vicki rudely said “what do you want?” That’s literally how she greeted us when we walked in the door. She didn’t say “hello”,or “how may I help you”, but “what do you want”. Even though I had called to make an appointment she still made us sit and wait. For quite some time. Well, after being treated so rudely I decided to just leave, and I’m so glad that I did because as a result I discovered a great new salon that I didn’t even know existed - Zen Nails, right down the road on Main Street. The staff is very friendly and they really appreciate their customers. That’s where I’ll be spending my money from now on. Shawn was extremely friendly and really nice however the lady (didn’t catch her name) that did my nails didn’t say a word to me and was very short. This was my first time at Greyhound Nails, as it was previously another nail salon and I never thought about going in. I called to see if they were open and the owner told me to come in even though the salon was closing. That alone was very nice of her to do, as many people are normally anticipating going home after a long day. I must say this place did not disappoint at all! I had two amazing and hardworking technicians (one started my pedicure while the other started taking the gel off my nails). They were honestly the most efficient and thorough nail techs I have been to. They cross checked their work gave the best hand and foot massages ever! I had made an appointment 3 days In a advance there on Father's Day and when I arrived there nobody had no clue of my appointment. So instead of Accommodate me or trying to work with me some type of way they told me to come back in 1 hr REALLY SMH. They've just lost my business. Read Less

Today was my first visit to Greyhound Nails for a pedicure. This is the third salon I have been to in this area, and I got the best pedicure I have had in a long time! The only good thing about this place is the massage chairs. My ten year-old son could paint my nails better. The best part is how they act annoyed the entire time that you are there.
