Went in to get a new set of acrylics with gel color. The technician did some sort of dip saying it would be cheaper. My nails ended up being warped and bumpy. My cuticles were drilled down that they were bleeding. The gel fell off two days later and the glued tips started falling off the three days after. After years of looking for a trusted nail salon, I found it after visiting Glamour Nails. Ricky is one of the best in the industry! I do acrylics with gel polish and I can easily make them last 3 weeks if I need to. Average. I called for same day appt.  but still had to wait while Tony did someone else's pedicure so he knocked five dollars off of the $37 gel manicure and only charged me $32.  I'm not sure the pedicure had made a previous appointment or not...Tony was very fast otherwise.... but he kept attending to the walk-in clients as they Came in. While the man who did my pedi was very nice he clearly had no experience. He did not buff my feet and left polish all around the cuticles. Then when he went to fix it he smudged one.  He proceeded to put another clear coat on top of smudge. I had to tell him to please redo. That is crazy. !!!!  And I still have some polish on my cuticles. Never again! Read Less

After the third trip of shopping around for nail salons, my daughter decide to get her nails done here.....the person that did her nails told her $30 dollars for acrylic with gel polish, but charged her $41 dollars. I had dropped her off and ran to do some things, but wish I would have stayed.....I CANT STAND PEOPLE THAT RIP YOU OFF......she told me they spoke perfect English, you could not even tell they were Asian if you closed your eyes, so their should not have been any miscommunication. Got my nails done here for my sisters wedding. They look terrible! I got a full set of acrylic, with a gel top coat that I didn't ask for. (Extra $10, by the way, thanks for mentioning) there are bubbles in the acrylic on almost every nail, they are terribly shaped, and they put so much gel top coat on that its pooling in the sides of my nail beds. Unfortunately, it is poorly lit in there, and I couldn't see just how bad the bubbling was until I left. Wish I hadn't paid. Pedicure was fine, nothing special. Way overpriced! Read Less

To be fair, I'm not sure if I had a poor experience due to my technician or because of the place overall. Le was really nice and friendly, but he was extremely rough. The experience was not relaxing. Everything he did seemed rushed, and he was in no way gentle about any of it. He made my thumb bleed when cutting my cuticles. I am not positive he used sterile equipment (I'm almost 100% positive he did not) and I should have said something, so that's on me. But it was extremely concerning, none the less. At the time when I looked at my nails before leaving I thought they looked good. Once I got home I realized I still had nail polish on at least 4 of my finger nails, he literally painted on a couple specks of dirt onto a couple of my nails and didn't try to fix it, and the edges of a couple of nails were really jagged. Had I noticed these things prior to leaving, I would have asked them to fix it. Now I'm just kind of bummed I paid for the manicure. At least I picked a cute color. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done for years. Usually I tend to take a break and get my acrylics removed. Most places proceed to soak them and gradually snip them off without any issues and little damage done. Here, I was passed off 3 times to 3 different people, eventually a man came over and was very aggressive, didn't care that it was hurting as he was ripping the acrylic of my nails, eventually he snapped my real nail over the bed after asking him to stop. I left with terrible nails that could have been prevented if going about it the right way. I've been going here for a few months and I tip fairly well even when my expectations are not exceeded. He even had the audacity to blame it on the nail tech before him. After that happening he couldn't have been anymore rude and didn't care to apologize. I had a very pleasant experience here. I got a pedicure and I picked one of the herbal remedy packages. It was very relaxing. The salon has so many colors to choose from. The workers are very sweet and soft spoken. I walked in while my boyfriend was getting a haircut at Great Clips and they were immediately ready for me. And my pedicure turned out looking great (despite my small toe nails) I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great pedicure! Read Less

I had a fill here a week ago and it turned out fine. A little rushed towards the end because they were getting busy but ok. They charge $4 extra for men's pedicures which is insane but my fiancé paid anyway. So yesterday I went to get a nail fixed as the acrylic and gel on top chipped. Tim was who ended up fixing it and for $3 I paid for a bleeding nail bed and gel that is lumpy and has chipped in less than 48 hours and looks like crap. But his nasty attitude was for free! I came in tonight as a walk in to get a gel manicure... worst manicure of my life.  After a short wait, I was called back to a nail station.  He did a really poor job removing my previous navy polish (I can still see some around the edges of my nails).  Then, when trimming my cuticles, he managed to cut me... twice.  To top it all off, he did a terrible job with the actual polish.  It pooled where my nail meets my skin on the sides of almost every nail, leaving a lip of polish that not only looks terrible, but will cause the polish to chip/peel much sooner.  I would absolutely not recommend Glamour Nails. I enjoy going to this salon!  The staff here is very friendly & kind.  Other salons I have been to can take over an hour to do a fill, but this salon gets it done very quickly & they do a great job! My regular nail salon was booked solid so I tried another..  Sorry to say, it was Glamour Nails.  It was most unpleasant!  The nail tech was extremely rough and rude, maybe because i did not want to get the more expensive gel posish which he insisted I should get.  When he asked if he was hurting me, I said, Yes.    He then threw down his nail flile and announced that someone else had to finish.  He left and went out the front door.  No one else helped me so I filed my own nails and left.  He yelled at me as I got in my car to leave.  I could not believe what was happening and the owner did nothing although he was aware.    Needless to say, it was the worst place I have ever been.Do not go there.  Ever!  Ever. I spent $70 dollars on both a manicure and a pedicure. They lady rushed my pedicure, it didn't help at all. She actually made the "come here" motion to me when I picking out a color. There were only 3 people in there she just didn't want to work. I was a bad experience, I will never go back. Also, she lied on the phone and the price was 5 bucks more when I got there. Only reason I didn't walk out is that they are open and Sunday and I had to get it done that day, 99% of other salons are closed. Not worth it at all!!! Read Less
