I walked in around 11 am. Asked for a mani with gel polish. The lady that did my mani did a great job. The only thing I didnt like was she lotion my hands half way. My sister always has awesome eyebrows so I asked her where she got hers done. She said that she gets them done at Spa and Nails, but they are rude. I went there on a Saturday afternoon. They were busy, but I only waited 10 minutes. My eyebrows look amazing. Probably one of the best I have ever had. I personally don't think they were rude. Got here at 10:30 am and had no problems getting in without waiting. Plenty of personnel working. Roberta needed a mani pedi and hasn't had one for several months. Also she needed help into chair and her person took great care to learn about her leg ailments before starting. Reasonable prices as well.Several others came in including men and kids. Had a great experience for my Mother's Day gift. Received a deluxe pedicure (sugar scrub, hot stones, hot towels & lotion) which was fantastic. I wish I could remember the man's name so I can request him the next time. The chairs were super comfy and I even brought a glass of wine to sip while I relaxed. The pedicure lasted a good two weeks. My nails looked great although the gel polish came off after 2 days! I work with clothing so nothing extremely harsh but my nails have black marks Salk over them! I am not worried about that... I stopped in for a pedicure at 4pm on a Wednesday. I actually meant to go to the place down the road and got lost but it worked out well! I was hoping to beat the evening rush, but I was third in line waiting. I had to wait around 30 minutes. They weren't super friendly upon walking in or while waiting, but that isn't a huge deal to me, so it doesn't change my rating. The wait wasn't ideal, but I know it's common. Three people were working and they moved decently quickly. It definitely got a lot busier around 4:45. The pedicure itself was wonderful. The man doing it was very thorough and really took the time to do the best job. It also included hot stones which was a nice surprise! The basic pedicure cost $25 but I did need some callous removal which was an add $3. I haven't seen that additional charge for that at any other place that I've been, but it was still a good price to me for how good the pedicure was. I would definitely come back again for a pedicure, and even an eyebrow wax. Two girls came in for eyebrow waxes during my time there, so they must do a good job! This place is going to be my go-to nail place. I just tried it because it was close and a friend said we should go. I'm so glad that we did!!! The service was immediate.  Great communication and expert skills. Seriously!  That was the best pedicure I've ever had. Lavender lotion massage, then hot towels and a hot stone foot massage. I went to this nail salon a few weeks ago while I was visiting my boyfriend in Camby, IN. I was wanting to find a nail salon around there, but hadn't looked to far yet. To my surprise, I found this place just a few minutes away! I am always skeptical about trying new nail salons, but I was pleasantly surprised! The salon was very clean and I got in quickly! I got a gel manicure. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them in a decent amount of time. Didn't rush, but didn't take forever either. I got a cute little gift because it was Christmas time, even though I had never been there before. It was $30, which I thought was a good price. The staff was very friendly. It has been about 2 or 3 weeks and the gel polish is still on my nails! Yes they have grown out, but I was shocked the polish was still on! I recommend this salon to those in the area! Read Less

Pretty loud and not very relaxing. It must have been face time with the entire family as EVERYONE was on a facetime call with I'm assuming the mother. They didn't really speak to me at all. They spoke to each other in their language and I was just there it seemed. I noticed when someone walked in they waited a while to acknowledge them... Almost as if they were a bothersome. Two customers walked out after being ignored and the workers didn't seem to mind. I watched the interaction with the other customers and it was the same as mine- Next to none... I've always had good service at this salon. They are patient and courteous with me and my family members and we are repeat customers. Also very honest when it comes to having a service done, if it is not needed yet or maybe would cause damage to my nails they tell me to wait. Most spas would be out just to make money. Read Less

I would NEVER in a million years recommend this place to anyone! I just came from here for the first time and am extremely disappointed and angry. The place was pretty empty when I went in, and I waited about 25 minutes to be seen. An older lady (maybe the owner?) was my nail tech. She asked me if I picked my color yet and when I told her no she was very annoyed by me. But how was I supposed to pick a gel color when no one had even said a peep to me until she waved me over to the station? Whenever she started doing my nails she kept telling me not to move and that would really help her out. Her attitude was really uncalled for! She burnt the hell out of the cuticle on my thumb too! She then started to peel the skin off the top of my thumb. I should have walked away then!!I had a specific design I wanted and even showed her a picture, and she seemed so aggravated and tried to talk me out of the colors I wanted because "they didn't have those colors". Keep in mind all I wanted was a silver glitter, 2 shades of grey and white gel polish. I went ahead and found the closest matching colors anyway. The silver glitter is still see thru so you can see my nail underneath because she didn't put enough coats. The others are uneven and sloppy. I also told her I wanted some nail art on some of my fingers and asked her if they could do rose flowers. She told me yes, but then when it came time to do them she told me they couldn't do it! I showed her 3 different pictures of designs and she said no to all of them. I could tell she didn't want to be bothered with me. So I got out of my seat and said Okay I guess we are done here then. She told me Okay 35 dollars, and I just giggled because I was so upset. She must have sensed my upset because she only charged me 30 dollars. I will NEVER go to this place again. I only gave 1 star because it was required..really would have been 0! I've been in there a couple of times and they are over the top RUDE and unprofessional! They act like they are annoyed by you coming in there! I went back the 2nd time because I thought maybe the girl was just having a bad day but when I went back received the same treatment! I am not from the area and just chose this place because it was close to the hotel. I wish I had read the reviews first. it was very obvious both of the women working did not want to be there. Family operated and they talk to each other continuously in their on language, ignoring their customers. Their service quality depends on how busy they are, pedicure might last 15 minutes or 40. If you question them about anything, they blame you or tell you that you don't need that done. Once, my manicurist was on the phone the ENTIRE time. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is the eyebrow lady. This is the worst nail place I have ever been to, and will only be back for eyebrows. I went in to get my nails filled in, which should have been $18.00. The guy that STARTED them (did not finish), really did not know what he was doing! He used the tool for like 5 minutes on one nail and shortened them way too much (Now, you can't tell where the acrylics are versus where my real nails are). He put the oil on my cuticles and said 'go wash hand', so i did, like i do at every other nail place. I came back and he YELLED at me because I apparently did not get all of the oil off. I washed my nails the same as I do at every nail place and have never had a problem. I told him 'I washed my hands like you said' To which he said, 'you supposed to wash nails not hands!' I got my eyebrows done as well, so that was $7, but at $18, the total should have only been $25, but he charged me $30. After I paid he started painting the white tips. I did not say anything else, and after painting one nail, he passed me off to someone else because he didn't feel like doing them anymore. The WORST service i have ever gotten! I do not talk to them because they are always talking to each other, so there was no reason for him to be so rude to me. I am not happy with my nails, and I will only be back for my eyebrows. I've been there a few times and it's pretty good. Prices are very good, $30 for a full set including the white tip. Customer service is not really there. Don't get me wrong, they aren't rude, they just don't talk to you, I don't really care about that though. The men do a MUCH better job than the women. I don't know why. I got my feet, nails and eyebrows done at this location. I had two ladies who worked on me (one for feet and one for nails and my eyebrows). The one who did my feet was younger, and you could tell she didn't want to be there or be working. She was unfriendly, dragged her feet, and I was waiting for her to grumble or sigh in frustration. The only communication she gave me was vague gestures to readjust my feet. She wasn't very attentive to her job, and the be frank, was very half arsed in everything-she didn't massage my feet for very long, didn't really scrub my feet and didn't razor my calluses, nor did she clean underneath my toe nails. (The whole time she kept looking at the T.V.) Her painting my nails was the only thing she did properly and with intent. I also found it disappointing that two of the chairs in the pedicure area are not the massaging kind, and those are the two chairs they use(another woman was getting a pedicure beside me, also in 'regular' chair.) They have chairs with the massaging feature on them, but they don't use them with all the customers. It seems petty, but the chairs are part of the experience and help relieve tension-which is the reason I get my feet and nails done. The second woman who helped me is the only reason this place is getting a 'good' review. She was cheery, funny, full of life and took her time to get the job done. She also managed to talk me into getting my eyebrows done, which I have never done before. When I say that I have never done it before, I don't mean I never waxed my eyebrows, I mean I've never done -anything- with my eyebrows but brush them. She was quick, minimized the pain and was very patient with me in general (I kept moving my face). My eyebrows are very even, nicely shaped and didn't puff out as much as I would of thought they would of. There was also no lingering pain (I'm not going to lie, getting hair ripped out of your face hurts, like taking a band-aid off when it's attached to your arm hair) I also like that she painted the white of my nails instead of just using the white from the fake nails as most are prone to do, it made the white more crisp and brighter looking.
