I really enjoy being pampered there I only thing that drives me nuts is they round my toenails and I prefer a straight cut across them.

I’ve have been going to the owners off and on for years. Took a five month break and recently went back today. Walked in and the owner asked me what I wanted and I told her a manicure and pedicure. She asked me if I wanted a dip manicure and I said no. Told me to sign in. I signed up and several people came in after me and where serviced before me. I asked her how long it would be and she said she didn’t know, a couple of hours! When she had just told the lady after me that it would be 20 minutes. Mind you by this time I had already been waiting 30 minutes. The owner then tells me that the other technicians stayed they didn’t want to do my nails. Lies! I will never go back again

Immediately seated. Followed by an hour of waiting with no indication of when we would be helped. I understand there is a language barrier but it's not an excuse to ignore a customer. These shops are on every corner, you think there would be some effort to make you feel welcome in hopes of repeat business. Eventually walked out, don't think anyone noticed or cared.

I got acrylics for $27 and I HATE them.I went in and got sat with a lady,I wanted long nails and a coffin shape and it was and extra $15!!!! Are you kidding me?!? I told her I did NOT want that and said to do sort,square nails. As I was watching tv I look down after a minute and saw she was cutting them very strange,they definitely were NOT SQAURE but coffin and i asked her what she was doing and she said she was making the sqaure shape,so I went along with it.THEN SHE STOPPED WORKING ON MY NAILS AND STARTED TALKING TO HER DAUGHTER ON FACETIME. Remember my nails are super short in a weird coffin “square” shape and one side was half way done.Her daughter was screaming and cussing on FaceTime and i was very very unhappy. When she was done I went to pay and guess what SHE WANTED ME TO PAY $5 EXTRA FOR THE COFFIN SHAPE,ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME.I told them I’m never coming again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Went there for 2 yrs, same person. Wont be going back. Charged me $3 extra today and told me it was for cutting nails down. Said I waited too long. I have always gone 3-4 with gel polish. No different...

No different this time except I had her file down nails to career length as she left them too long. Told me she did not change prices however I have always paid the same. Bad attitude.

I would recommend anyone of the nail technicians at this facility, there are very skilled and each have their own unique style. Min is fast and does a great job with making nail look very natural. Quinn is exceptional with designs. Holly the owner, is great with long nails. Christy, is great with wax, and pedicure. John is great with long nails. They have all have great laid back personalities. I would highly recommend this place to have all your personal needs meet. Best to make appointment due to the long waits.

I love this place! The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have been going to TJ's since they opened and have had a flawless manicure and/or pedicure every time. Even though I have a favorite, I am happy with any technician that they employ. I get a gel powder nail with gel polish. They have every color on the planet! The prices are the same as other places but the service is outstanding!

This is absolutely the BEST place to get your nails done. Once you get nails put on at TJ NAILS, you will never go anywhere else to get them done... And if you do, you will be mad and eventually go back to TJ to get them fixed.

the young guy with tattoos filled my acrylics and replaced one nail that had broke off. he was really slow and kept looking at the tv and getting his phone out to text. he also kept getting up and going to the back. it usually takes around 30 minutes to get my acrylics filled but this time it took almost an hour and a half. I've always had really good experiences with tj nails especially with holly. this time my nails looked really good in the end it was just that the service was very slow.

I’ve have been going to the owners off and on for years. Took a five month break and recently went back today. Walked in and the owner asked me what I wanted and I told her a manicure and pedicure. She asked me if I wanted a dip manicure and I said no. Told me to sign in. I signed up and several people came in after me and where serviced before me. I asked her how long it would be and she said she didn’t know, a couple of hours! When she had just told the lady after me that it would be 20 minutes. Mind you by this time I had already been waiting 30 minutes. The owner then tells me that the other technicians stayed they didn’t want to do my nails. Lies! I will never go back again

Immediately seated. Followed by an hour of waiting with no indication of when we would be helped. I understand there is a language barrier but it's not an excuse to ignore a customer. I told her I did NOT want that and said to do sort,square nails. I would recommend anyone of the nail technicians at this facility, there are very skilled and each have their own unique style. Min is fast and does a great job with making nail look very natural. Quinn is exceptional with designs. Holly the owner, is great with long nails. Christy, is great with wax, and pedicure. John is great with long nails. They have all have great laid back personalities. I would highly recommend this place to have all your personal needs meet. Best to make appointment due to the long waits.

I love this place! The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have been going to TJ's since they opened and have had a flawless manicure and/or pedicure every time. Even though I have a favorite, I am happy with any technician that they employ. I get a gel powder nail with gel polish. They have every color on the planet! The prices are the same as other places but the service is outstanding!

the young guy with tattoos filled my acrylics and replaced one nail that had broke off. he was really slow and kept looking at the tv and getting his phone out to text. he also kept getting up and going to the back. it usually takes around 30 minutes to get my acrylics filled but this time it took almost an hour and a half. I've always had really good experiences with tj nails especially with holly. this time my nails looked really good in the end it was just that the service was very slow.
