Been going here for a few months now, never had any issues until my last tow visits. My polish keeps chipping and I got the gel. I went two weeks ago and got them done and the polish chipped so I went back and they fixed it. Then I went to go get a fill the other day and they have been fine until today. My french manicure chipped within 24 hours. They blamed it on the fact that it wasn't a "gel" manicure, which is more expensive, lasts longer, but in my experience, causes your nails some damage. They did offer to fix the 3 nails that chipped. I would have preferred getting my money back, but they have a no money back policy. Read Less

I have been going to Oscar Spa for 9 months for acrylic nails. I have had nothing but good service and the staff is great! I do try to go when I know they aren't as busy, late morning through the week, but even if they are busy, I don't mind the wait. They are efficient, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I have had friends try to get me to go to their girls/guys at other salons, but I'm happy at Oscar's and will stay with them. I have many people compliment on my nails and I'm happy to say I get my nails done at Oscar Spa! Read Less

This place is a joke.  They have 6 nail techs and only one can do services with acrylic.  He's jumping from chair to chair trying to service 3 people at one time.  Not good customer service at all.  They need to hire more experienced nail techs or let the people know there will be a wait instead of trying to service all the mania and pedis before the fill ins.  We are all paying for a service. We dropped into this nail salon for gels and a pedicure. They are not very efficient. I received my pedicure first, then the nail tech let me sit for about 15 minutes while she cleaned. The gels took quite some time. After about three days, I started getting hangnails. It’s been almost two weeks and I am still getting hangnails. I get gels on my nails every two weeks in Austin, Texas and I have NEVER had hangnails. They are doing something wrong. Be careful! Read Less

I went here for the first time 3 days ago. I was able to get right in with no wait, showed a photo of what I wanted and am super happy with the results. I went with the gel polish over acrylic nails and they look great and we're finished super quickly! Steven was awesome! Read Less

I went to get my nails done about a week ago and it came out horrible. I asked for coffin nails, it wasn't even close to what I wanted. My nails came out uneven and they were all different lengths. I asked the woman who was doing my nails to file it down a little more on my pinky because it was awkwardly longer than the rest but she barely fixed it. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. There are a lot of better options like the regal nails in Walmart. Same price but way better service than lucky nails & spa. Read Less

I've been coming here a few times a year for the past 10 years. Today I got a pedicure. My technician was a young man that spoke very good English. He was gentle and very thorough prepping my toes for polish. I requested flowers, so an older more experienced gal finished up.  Service has been inconsistent over the years. Nails were rough from harsh file, could see visible outline on top coat, bubbles in fingernail polish and apparently sunflowers are pink. Plus side, very quick, staff was nice and everything is very clean/sterilized and new. From looks of it, the bald gentlemen is the only reason people keep coming back. Read Less

I'm in town visiting family and stopped by for a mani & pedi...never again! I was not greeted right away, people who came in after me received service before I did (it was obvious that she didn't have an appointment) and the guy who I think is the owner or manager is a total jerk. He sat me at a pedi chair and filled the tub with less than lukewarm water. After sitting for about 10 minutes I asked if he could add more water and he brushed me off. The lady who did my pedi did an awesome job but I want me spend my money at an establishment where I receive awesome treatment from the time I walk in until the time I leave. Read Less

I was very unsatisfied with my nails. I just needed a fill and gel polish. While the fill was fine, the gel was terrible! The woman missed spots of my nail and her application was streaky and very sloppy. Also, she didn't cover my nail completely with clear coat so after they were treated under the lamp some parts of my nails were glossy while other parts of them had a matte finish. Ordinarily I would have asked someone to fix the issue, but there were so many things wrong that I just wanted to get out of there. I would definitely not recommend this salon. Read Less

Very unhappy with service here. I was having a set of acrylic nails soaked off. The man doing them got impatient and starting cutting them with a cuticle scissor and slipped while cutting. He shoved the pointy blade part down and through my own nails. Blood started pouring all over. Had to go to another salon and have nail repaired. It hurt so bad!!! Read Less

I got a pedicure here. It was just ok, nothing special.  The thing that drives me crazy at some of these nail places is when they try to pressure you into another service.  Especially when they ask if you want a manicure and you already have a full set of nails, or if you want a wax and you have nice clean tweezed eye brows.  Ehhh just one of those things.  Not terrible, but I've had better. Everyone has told me to go Oscar's. I've been a few times and have never been lucky enough to get one of the good people. I went Saturday and some young guy did an express, drive-thru type pedicure on me. I could have done a better job myself with my eyes closed and mittens on. My daughter however received a nice leisurely pedicure from the man who I think was the owner. Not fair. I shouldn't have paid. Read Less
