I used to love going to this place to get my nails done but recently I have had an older lady who is extremely rough..making the skin around my nails bleed the last two times I have visited. I brushed it off because she seemed like a nice enough lady. My last visit was just dreadful though. I came in for a pedi and fill with acrylic. I asked twice for acrylic but still somehow received gel and most definitely paid for gel price(I can't tell the difference from the bottle) since I ended up spending just as much as I had when I had a pedi done and had the entire nails put on the first time..which i was sure the point of a "fill" was that it was supposed to be signifcantly cheaper than continuously having a whole new nail each time. I called to ask if I could the price could be adjusted because this wasn't the service I asked for and was told that because I didn't know the name of the lady who did them that I could come in and they would take off the gel and do acyrlic and fix the amount I was charged then hung up on me...i did not go back( I had spent at least 2 hours there at this visit already. I have 3 kids so finding that time alone was already hard). Finally I guessed that a final clear coat was not added because I had my nails done just barely a week ago and every nails paint almost is severely chipped for $60. I am just thankful I didn't have these done for a vacation trip because these are embarrassing. Sadly I'm questioning coming back..I don't have a ton of time to keep my nails up but Everytime I have, I go to them and that has been for almost 7 years now. Read Less

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I could tell I was going to be getting quality work done because I had to wait 2.5 weeks for the next available appointment. I was not disappointed!!! Multiple places have seen reference pics of what I wanted and couldn’t come close, but Khoa and Susan nailed it. I sent my friends pics of my nails and they thought it was a insta pic I stole. This was my first time coming to Ivy and my French nails are very nice but 3 nail stylists where talking out of their asses! I understand their language ( which comes in handy at nail salons ) and this male stylist and 2 woman where talking about this 13 yr girl the male stylists was working on,the male said “Theses nails are to long for her,she’s to young! Why would her mother ever let her get acrylics at this age?!?” And the 1st woman said “If she wants the boys she need $40 nails on!” they all laughed, the male then said “She would get me!” They all laugh again! The 2end woman then said “No wonder she needs the nails,she gets her looks from her mother!” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have never had that type of experience ever at nail salon and I will never come to Ivy again.Shorty after my nails were done I waited for the daughter and her mother and told them everything that happened.They got a SMALL REFUND and said thank you for telling them and they would never come back. Starting going here when I had a wedding to go to, a friend introduced me. I will never go to another salon again. I travel an hour to get to Perfect 10 and to me it’s totally worth it! I recommend this place to anyone. There amazing! Never been to them before, and the place I was going to was closed and I wanted my nails done that day. I called them up and she got me in right away. The environment was so nice n relaxed. Took her time and was actually able to have a conversation and listen to good music and just feel relaxed n actually enjoy my time. Ammmmazzzinngggggg not only is their work skilled and clean, but they are super professional. They aren't only concerned with making your nails look the best, they are also concerned about longevity based on your lifestyle. I think it's great how important your appt is to them,they don't allow phone calls or other clientele to interrupt your appt...makes a big difference. The salon is comfortable and very welcoming. If anyone knows me , I give credit when credit is due.. I've been bringing my Lexi the pass few months and she loves it. The location is great the atmosphere is great. The music is always on point. Everyone is very friendly and awesome. Yes it's a 20 min drive but hell it's worth it..nails always look gud.. Call it's worth it. Lexi's nail work always looks on point. Does a great job doing your nails, but it's nearly impossible to get ahold of them. I have called them over 20 times in the past few weeks trying to make an appointment. I have also tried to message them on facebook and they have just read my messages and not answered. I wish they were more attentive to their clientele. I felt extremely discriminated against because I’m not a regular customer of theirs I made a appointment 5 days prior because I wanted the owner to give me a design as I’ve heard good things about her and it was the earliest one I could get from them now I get there the mother does my nails which is fine not very personable but I was cool with it she asked me what color I said I’d like a design I even said I’ll wait to get it because I know the mother don’t do designs when I ...showed the owner the picture she flat out told me no she don’t have time I asked her what do I have to do to get a design she said I need to tell her when I make the appointment that I want a design really ? Now mind you two girls were there after me and they were happy to give them what they wanted with designs also another lady who was on the other side of me was getting what she wanted as well all these girls you could tell were regulars because they were being talked to with open arms while me I was feeling like I was just bothering them the Whole time no Hi nothing when I walked in so needless to say I was only allowed to get polish this is NOT how you run a business esp since I had intent with making this my new salon and I was saying good things to my friends which could’ve been potential new clients but I guess they doing that good to where they don’t need the business I will never walk in this place again I have never been treated like this at a salon ever if I wanted polish I would t have waited 5 days to get my nails done never in my life was I ever told that I can’t get a design when I get my nails done I mean isn’t that what u get paid for ? I originally went to Perfect 10 once in February for a full set before a vacation. I loved it, but began to go to another salon that was a shorter commute from my house. I quickly realized that no salon I’ve been to (out of 4) could top this place and it’s totally worth a few minutes drive! Khoa and Susan are so passionate about what they do, and they’re persistent on getting to know about their clients. This place usually does a great job but they were horrible today. I had never been talked to like this bc I had a specific color I wanted. They did my nails last time and I wanted the same colors. Mean and horrible. It is late and you can't finish me and want to rush me than you shouldn't charge me a full fees. They did horrible job on my pedi. The lady didn't have he pink paint color to out on my French tip and just decided to skip that and said oh well. Piece of advice don't take someone's money if you can't provide quality service. I came here with my 5 year old daughter because of the reviews and because they show a picture of a child's pedicure chair. When we walked in they asked me what I wanted. I told them exactly what I wanted. I wanted an acrylic set with gel polish and manicure, a spa pedicure, and a kids mani/pedi. They sat me down in the pedicure chair and had my daughter sit next to me. The woman who was doing my pedicure sits at station 6 for manicures. The entire time she was preoccupied. Every time someone walked in she looked up from what she was doing. When I told her I wanted a calus remover she said your feet are fine (no they are not. The skin is dead and rough) so I said again that I wanted it which she reluctantly did. She didn't even let the paint dry on my toes before she moved me to the manicure station. Again very preoccupied, talking to the woman next to her looking at the other woman's phone. When I asked for my nails to be short she said even shorter? I had to explain that I work with children so I need the short. After she did the gel polish she was going to paint my daughters nails. My daughter told her she wanted the chair so she had someone else do her nails. My daughter and I were expecting her to get a pedicure water, and all but nope they just painted them. My daughter asked why she doesn't get water like mommy and the woman said "the water is too hot today." We probably won't be returning after this service. Read Less

I have only been coming here a short time , the first time I had my nails done the lady didn't do them right so they some fell off, but ruby and Sammy are AMAZING! I have yet to have anything wrong with my nails since I let one of them do my nails! Ruby is amazing and creative! I just let her do what she wants and they always come out looking wonderful!
