I am outraged at the care and customer service I have gotten from this place. They USED to be a great nail salon but now they are thieving crappy techs. They charged me $90 for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. My manicure was comming off by day 4 and I called anf they promised to fix it. They literally repainted the tips and the one nail that came off completely now its day 8 and I have 4 more nails ready to go. Im livid. Ive had problem after problem with them and I kept going back thinking it was just a specific nail tech. They have gotten LAZY. And they rush throigh their work. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Went there this evening to get a pedicure they do appointments only and I didn’t have but she took me since it was close to closing Jessica did my pedicure and it was great they have great customer service and I appreciate her taking me without an appointment definitely will be back

I booked an appointment with Lisa and I am so glad that I did. I was in dire need of a pedicure and manicure. I actually ended up getting the powder dip for my fingernails, and I highly recommend it. Lisa was extremely informative in the processes and was seemingly excited to do the dip polish. I'm glad she was because I love them. She was super sweet and very thorough. I will definitely be booking my next appointment at INails with her, and you should too.

The first time I went the guys were nice. The second time I was treated poorly in front of other customers by a lady that i had just paid. The younger lady apologized for her but one bad apple can spoil it for the entire bunch. disappointed!!

I went for a pedicure when I sat down the water was cold and no one said anything to me as to who would assist me. After I sat there for a while I mentioned the water was cold and they added hot water...
I went for a pedicure when I sat down the water was cold and no one said anything to me as to who would assist me. After I sat there for a while I mentioned the water was cold and they added hot water. When she painted my toes one of the nails was polished incorrectly so another tech had to take the polish off and put a new coat on. The tech only put 1 coat so now looking at it now the color does not match. I still provided a tip but I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money

I am outraged at the care and customer service I have gotten from this place. They USED to be a great nail salon but now they are thieving crappy techs. They charged me $90 for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. My manicure was comming off by day 4 and I called anf they promised to fix it. They literally repainted the tips and the one nail that came off completely now its day 8 and I have 4 more nails ready to go. Im livid. Went there this evening to get a pedicure they do appointments only and I didn’t have but she took me since it was close to closing Jessica did my pedicure and it was great they have great customer service and I appreciate her taking me without an appointment definitely will be back

After I sat there for a while I mentioned the water was cold and they added hot water.
