I don't normally get my nails done so it was supposed to be something nice to do for myself. The woman who worked on my nails didn't speak English at all. The whole time I'm trying to point and use my hands to try to explain what I'm wanting from her. The color that starts going on my nails is not the one I picked so as I'm trying to tell her this she's visibly getting irritated with me. I'm starting to feel bad because she's clearly not understanding me and getting messer as we continue. I wouldn't go back or suggest anyone go there. When I left she made me feel as if I was messing up her day and I now need my nails redone.

I've been coming here for years. Always have had great service. The people who leave bad reviews are probably the most ridiculous, horrible, entitled, sleazy, trashy, ungrateful, nontipping clients and don't have an objective opinion, just rude. The service is great, good prices, efficient and clean.

I've been coming here for years. Always have had great service. The people who leave bad reviews are probably the most ridiculous, horrible, entitled, sleazy, trashy, ungrateful, nontipping clients and don't have an objective opinion, just rude. The service is great, good prices, efficient and clean.

Meh. I went for a mani-pedi. The tech gave a decent pedicure. The manicure started out ok but right before the polish my tech left and someone else stepped in. I had to remind to use a top coat. Really? My polish is already chipping. I've done virtually no "work" and have kept my hands out of water. It's only Monday and I had mani on Friday. No Essie polish only Opi. I only went while visiting a friend. I wouldn't go back. Not the cleanest either.

I told her I just wanted them cleaned up and when she was done and handed me the mirror, they were practically non existent! I told her I wasnt going to pay for the hack job she did and her response was "that is how they looked when you came in." RIDICULOUS

Hands down the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I love that they had prewrapped tools for everyone so I knew they Were cleaned. The man I had, danny, was funny and talkative by not too much he's great. I also have very ingrown toenails and he was very attentive to the pain it caused me. I've never had a manicure look so nicley painted either. This is the best salon in Indiana and so cheap at that!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I came in to get my eyebrows done last week and they completely ruined my eyebrows!!!!! Avoid at all costs!! The lady was on the phone the whole time of waxing my eyebrows. Never hung up the phone the whole time I was there. I told her to just clean them up and she totally reconstructed my eyebrows and ended up talking half my eyebrows off! I have never had a worse experience in my life at a salon! Seriously was so so devastated leaving! It took me a long time to finally grow them out how they were for her to completely ruined them! I was embarrassed to even show my face they were so bad! Take it from me to never EVER go here for eyebrows again!!

I'm consistently disappointed with this nail salon. My tech didn't speak a lick of English, she was rough on my hands and by the time she was done "prepping" them, several of my fingers were bleeding...
I'm consistently disappointed with this nail salon. My tech didn't speak a lick of English, she was rough on my hands and by the time she was done "prepping" them, several of my fingers were bleeding. As far as service goes I got a simple two color manicure, I could have done it myself. The paint was almost completely chipped off after just two days. I've been to pro nails several times and each time the service and quality of work gets worse. I will not go back. My friend got a full set and almost every nail had some flaw. We were very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

I don't normally get my nails done so it was supposed to be something nice to do for myself. The woman who worked on my nails didn't speak English at all. The whole time I'm trying to point and use my hands to try to explain what I'm wanting from her. The color that starts going on my nails is not the one I picked so as I'm trying to tell her this she's visibly getting irritated with me. I'm starting to feel bad because she's clearly not understanding me and getting messer as we continue. I wouldn't go back or suggest anyone go there. When I left she made me feel as if I was messing up her day and I now need my nails redone.

Meh. I went for a mani-pedi. The tech gave a decent pedicure. The manicure started out ok but right before the polish my tech left and someone else stepped in. I had to remind to use a top coat. Really? My polish is already chipping. I've done virtually no "work" and have kept my hands out of water. It's only Monday and I had mani on Friday. No Essie polish only Opi. I only went while visiting a friend. I wouldn't go back. Not the cleanest either.

Hands down the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I love that they had prewrapped tools for everyone so I knew they Were cleaned. The man I had, danny, was funny and talkative by not too much he's great. I also have very ingrown toenails and he was very attentive to the pain it caused me. I've never had a manicure look so nicley painted either. This is the best salon in Indiana and so cheap at that!

My tech didn't speak a lick of English, she was rough on my hands and by the time she was done "prepping" them, several of my fingers were bleeding. As far as service goes I got a simple two color manicure, I could have done it myself. The paint was almost completely chipped off after just two days. I've been to pro nails several times and each time the service and quality of work gets worse. I will not go back. My friend got a full set and almost every nail had some flaw. We were very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
