Very patient, work with you! Not only did they do exactly what I wanted, they made sure throughout the process that I liked/approved what they did (shape, color, thickness of nail)! I've gone twice now, and both times I've been so excited about my nails. I got a regular mani pedi the first time, with nail art. They did an awesome job on them and Jenny did a beautiful Christmas design with snowflakes and ribbons, just like the photo I brought. Gorgeous and reasonably priced. Today I got a gel manicure with art and it is gorgeous as well, and the rhinestones feel extremely secure. I showed Jenny a few different manicures that I liked online and she did something similar but even better. Everyone is also so nice. I usually feel anxious during beauty services but I haven't here. And you can call and ask when the best time to come in is, and they'll do their best to get you in fast. I'll definitely be back over and over. Read Less

If you want some awful, rushed nails this is the place for you. They have a range from 25-30$ for nail designs and I got charged 30$ for FRENCH TIPS???? That I had to go get redone somewhere else anyway. Not worth it at all! Read Less

We arrived at Jenny's at around 4 PM. For two polish changes and one manicure, we left at approximately 5:45 PM. Our nails were not clean afterwards and our gel polish was transparent on parts of our nails. The manicure described to us and what was given were completely different. Only a soak and 10 second lotion rub were given with no cuticle clean up. We were disappointed with the service and final product. Would not recommend. Read Less

I was greeted by a very friendly staff who remembered me by name after calling fOr availability. Given an approximate 30min window and started services at that designated time. My technician had a keen eye for detail, meticulously gave me a manicure and pedicure. I saw the nail art on other customers nails and it was very impressive, and they were happy to accommodate walk ins with picture requests. I've had two great gel manicures here, so far. Both have lasted nearly two weeks without any chips and looked shiny and new that whole time. The first manicure was with the man that works there(I believe Danny?) and the second was with a young lady. I've paid cash but I believe they charge a fee for credit cards. I can't speak to it. Felt like I needed a pedicure, so I headed to Jenny's Nails! I went during a weekday and there were two employees there when I arrived. The man was doing nails for a customer and the woman promptly got me seated for a pedicure.The inside of the salon is small and clean. There are about five pedicure chairs. The female employee didn't speak much English, but she was friendly and nice. The male employee was a little off-putting because he talked so bluntly. He ordered around the other staff too. He was definitely keeping an eye on what I was doing because I lifted my feet out of the water at one point because it was too hot and he immediately told me to put them in the water from across the room.After awhile, another woman came and sat next to me for a pedicure and he worked on her feet. He was very strange in how he talked to the customers and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over gel and regular polishes and whether they can go on. I had to change my polish after he said no gel. Overall, the pedicure was good but the atmosphere wasn't the most relaxing. The guy wasn't friendly and I thought he spoke a bit rudely to customers. Jenny is by far the best salon in Monroe and surrounding counties. She will ensure that you have the best experience as soon as you enter with her greetings and hilarious sense of humor. The best nail salon in Bloomington, I've been to lots of places and never was satisfied, but Jenny knows her stuff, can do just about any nail art you ask her to do, my nails last way past the normal time before fill in time, I've NEVER had any problems or concerns, I would recommend Jenny!!! she's the best.The salon is ALWAYS spotless, make a appointment with her you will be happy you did !
