They did a 15 min pedicure it was horrible...i could have done better not to mention i did have to redo my feet when i got home

I agree with the other review that the people at this salon are rude.
I came in from out of town and decided to get a Pedi.
$25.00 and all the nail tech could say to me is "In Water". Other than that she said nothing more to me.
*I had to tell the nail tech to get a new package of Pedi tools. I was not about to have her use tools that I were not sure were sterile. Ewwww!*
There were two people working.
I almost did not go because of the reviews. I gave it a try and when I come to Batesville IN again; I will not patron this nail salon. Stay away.

Worst pedicure I've ever received. It should take much longer than 45 minutes to get both a mani and a pedi. Basically just soaked my feet, trimmed my nails and painted them. Did not address the dry, cracked skin on my heels AT ALL. And that's the whole reason I came for a pedi. Won't be coming back.

Nail color wasn't color on sample. Tried to tell her color didn't look right while doing it. She wouldn't look at sample. Didn't feel like trying to get her to understand. Showed her after that...
Nail color wasn't color on sample. Tried to tell her color didn't look right while doing it. She wouldn't look at sample. Didn't feel like trying to get her to understand. Showed her after that it was wrong color by putting it next to sample. Answer was that the sample nails samples are old and faded. No apology, no offer to fix. No tip.

Didn't open on time. Did a very good job trimming my nails but didn't trim my heels at all. I know they needed it. It was a Prom day at several schools & they got very busy very fast. There were only 3 people working. Would go again again if I need a pedi & in this area

Worst pedicure I've ever received. It should take much longer than 45 minutes to get both a mani and a pedi. Basically just soaked my feet, trimmed my nails and painted them. Did not address the dry, cracked skin on my heels AT ALL. And that's the whole reason I came for a pedi. Won't be coming back.
