Went to tony nails today to get a full set. The guy who did my nails seemed very frustrated when I asked questions. They were simple questions, like 'what is the strongest powder?' 'How much does it cost'. Stuff like that. I picked two colors that I absolutely loved. He told me I had to pick a new color because the ones I picked were 'to old'. I got upset but, I found another color I liked. I told him to just use the clear powder, but he decided to use the pink & told me 'pink is better for you' AFTER HE ALREADY STARTED LAYING IT ON MY NAILS. He then started to shape them. He then had me get up & wash my hands, so I came back to the station (#5) & he put the top coat on my nails like he was going to paint them & then they dried & he said he would meet me at the receptionist desk to pay. I clearly stated that I wanted them painted. He said 'I can paint them for 15 dollars more'. My nails on my left hand are longer than the ones on my right. All of my nails vary in thickness. I was very displeased with this place. I'm definitely going back in the morning to get them fixed or my money back. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Very disappointed. Read Less

So disappointed. Went in to get a mani pedi as a birthday gift. My French manicure chipped 3 1/2 days after getting work done. I asked for a redo. They would only touch up the chipped area. The touch up work does not match the original work. Got home to find that the paint from another nail had chipped. I wanted to discuss with management- no luck. Manager was not there. Read Less

They were apparently out of hot water. So they had to pour some in. (Almost certain that's not sanitary). Also I wanted to have my finger nail color be different from my toes. Sally said 'no'. So I did a no color manicure. Read Less

They do a pretty decent job every time I come in. They also get a lot of business, Which I do feel is key, if your wanting someone with experience doing your nails. Jason btw is amazing at doing nails. Read Less

I've been to this location 4-5 times. My pedicures have always turned out acceptable, but my nails are another story. Maybe 2 of the times have been acceptable (not the complete worst I've ever had and definitely not the best). However I won't be going back after this last time. I asked for naturally shaped nails with the same gel polish color I got on my feet. I'm embarrassed for people to see my nails in this state. Read Less

DO NOT GO!!! I just moved to the area I came here with a coworker .. the shop is completely filthy. I was immediately put into a chair the lotion had cake up dirt on the top of the pump, the pedi bowls was visibly dirty. The women next to the guy doing my full set never not once sanitized her station in between clients she had 4 while I was there. I was told to go wash my hands next to the sink was a Barbicide jar that was completely brown with dirty nail essentials inside. The man doing my nails literally had open sores all over his fingers when I asked him to wear gloves he caught a attitude. If I wasn't with a friend I would of turned around and walked out the door. I wasn't even able to get what I wanted because nobody knew how to do it. Which is fine but they wanted to charge me 55 for coffin nails with gel polish?!! When I could have went to Andy's and got what I wanted and only paid 50? And not had to worry about getting infections either!! I'm a Master Cosmetologist in Georgia, I have spent over 22000 dollars on my education and license. This place is so dirty. I'm going to be contacting Indiana stateboard and finally a complaint. I stopped by here, since the reviews were good, and my regular place couldn't get me in. Clean establishment, friendly people and good pedicure. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. I was able to walk right in and get a pedicure. Would stop by again if I'm near. Read Less

Went to Tony's Nails today from a recommendation from a friend and I was very pleased. I had Vicki and she was great. Checked every few steps to make sure I liked the shape and feel. The color was a holographic and I love it!! I did not have to wait at all and their prices were not bad. $43 for acrylic full set with gel polish. Read Less

Normally very clean...except when you go in the day before a holiday. It was just really busy and the door open so I understood the entry being dusty. They give a good pedicure for the price.  Normally for a quick in and out this is the place. Very friendly. Read Less

Today I tried Tony's and I was very happy!  They took there time to make sure they were doing it right!!!  I had Steven he was friendly and he did a great job!  He even let me use his phone to pull up the picture of what I was wanting because I couldn't get mine to work.  I didn't get the lady's name that did my feet but she was great also!!  Will  be back! My wife had nice pedicures together and will both agree that we would return. It was a little busy but the experience was food.. Only lasted 45 mins and seemed a little rushedI prefer Lilly at Perfect Pinkie but she is very hard to get an appointment with. She is the only nail tech who I personally would give a perfect 5 to. I have been to Tony's a few times. Each time, I have been lucky to have Tony. However, today, I had another nail technician. I was so upset with the service. Not only was my nail person rude and short, there were mistakes that we not fixed! For instance, had ripples through one of my nails and instead of fixing to, he simply put a clear coat over and said it was fine.I am so upset about this experience and am so confused how all other experiences with Tony were so great, but his employee was not. Great salon to get a pedicure. Vast selection of colors by OPI. Clean facility, professional staff, upbeat music. 9 people working on a Saturday at 4pm with almost all chairs filled and a few waiting in the wings, that says good business. Love the cheese grater on my feet with the basic pedicure. Definitely coming back. Read Less

Tony is the absolute best. I don't let anyone do my nails but him. He can do anything you bring him off Pinterest and he is always so accommodating to my crazy schedule. I feel like I have made my rounds at nail salons in Indy and NO one comes even close. I drive way out of the way just for him. I always call ahead and rarely wait. Good music too! Read Less

So today my husband and I went to get our nails done (I got a manicure and he got a pedicure) it was awesome! We called 45 minutes prior to arriving and someone was already waiting for us! Jason did my nails and he did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had, we didn't catch the name of the lady who did my husbands pedicure but she was also very friendly. The entire place was very clean and professional. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who loves quality nail care :)UPDATE! Second time coming to the salon and again, AWESOME job! I'm so please with the service here. This time I had mine done by Tony.
