Just looking for a simple manicure, who can screw that up? Well we should have waited somewhere else! As he finished up my nails he said this will last me about 3 days. Uneven paint, paint on my cuticle, side of my nail not painted, no soaking, nails not even, torn cuticle left jagged. Not impressed. Got gels, there was nail polish all over the tops of my fingers. I understand my nails are short which can make it trickier I guess but I've had plenty of gels and it's never been an issue. Read Less

My nails already look like they need filled and I just went there two days ago. Also, my gel polish is bubbly and has also been chipping off. Let me repeat, I just got them done TWO DAYS AGO. I've had acrylics for awhile now and I've NEVER had my gel polish chip. Bottom line, I would NOT recommend and I will NOT be going back. 😘 Read Less

Wasn't horrible, but must say that for that price... There was something to be desired and a whole lot more talking than pedicuring going on during my visit. Owner was sweet and kind, but they 'spa pedicure' was no different than the standard with a cost of $10 more. Worse yet, every emery board was used and dirty. Nail clippers were pulled out of a dirty box with no evidence of an autoclave or any kind of sterilization. Not going back! Hope this helps! Read Less

I'm giving them three stars because their customer service was pretty nice.  Philip and the other lady working there were very sweet people however the quality of service wasn't that great. I got my nails done there and asked for the ballerina shape and unfortunately I got some cross between an oval and a square which wasn't exactly what I was wanting. I'm particularly picky about how my nails are and I wasn't happy with how they turned out. Also the paint on the nails looks kind of tacky as you can see in the picture and I feel like that's the simplest aspect of getting your nails done. After everything was said and done but I think the day my nails were beds were still kind of sore and that doesn't happen often. I will not be returning to Rose Nails. Read Less

Okay they did a beautiful job on my nails as many of the other reviews say. BUT the overall lack of cleanliness on the salon and business is horrible. I watched them do two pedicures in which they did not clean or sanitize the tub after, then go over to do a pedicure without washing their hands. I would say "okay they'll probably get to it after" but there were only 3 people In the salon... They totally had time to do it! She then bought the same tools she used on this guys feet and hands over to my station. Nothing was sanitized. Not to mention when all said and done, everything went back into the drawer under the table. GROSS. The nail specialist had a nail fungus she tried to hide with painting that one nail black (you could see it under the nail). Sorry you shouldn't be working on someone without gloves on. Best pedicures and eye brow waxing, hands down! Took 7 ladies in on Saturday night for a birthday party. Rose is always a delight and treats us like family every time we visit! My mom came up with an idea to have a girls day out and get a pedicure. When we get there it's pretty busy so we have to wait a few minutes. In the mean time we go through their nail polish to see what we want to use. Eventually we are able to go back to the chairs and sit down to start soaking our feet. Because it's so busy there is only one person available at the time so I told my mom to go ahead and start without me. About 10 minutes later another guy comes over and starts on my feet. Unfortunately, I'm prone to ingrown toenails in my big toes. So understandably the man uses the cuticle clippers (I don't know the correct name) to get it out. It hurt quite a bit but that's how it usually is, even with me doing it. I thought he ended up getting it out and he finishes with that and starts doing my heels. Then he picks up the clippers again and has a go at my toe again. As he's doing so he proceeds to stab a hole in my toe. It hurt, a lot. He told me that it would be ok and he put something on it to stop the bleeding and finished up the most unpleasant and painful pedicure I have ever had. My toe ended up get a little infected but not too bad. Nothing that peroxide couldn't take care of. As the shop goes, it's pretty calming and had a huge fish tank with gold fish and koi in it. It's also not too "fume-y". The staff is very friendly. But a bad thing is that I saw a cockroach run by my chair as I was getting my pedicure. The lady said I needed a new set if nails..I have always carefully soaked mine off myself. I said ok so she started digging away at my acrylic nails with cuticle clippers! She got to nail #2 and dug in and pulled off my acrylic, my nail and nail bed! Blood everywhere!!! So painful! Then proceeds to blame ME! I am only at fault for walking though the door!
