I booked and paid for a whole day of pampering...and was overall disappointed. 1) My massage from Elizabeth was actually wonderful and I would highly recommend her. 2) My facial from Alyssa was nice. It was a basic facial and I would be willing to try her services again. 3) Lunch, yes lunch, though not their fault, I'm pretty sure Panera sucks. 4) I did not get a card for the mani/pedi lady, sorry, but her service was also nice. My issue here is the room she was in and her eq...uipment. The pedi chair was the most uncomfortable chair ever (not kidding). The mani station was basically a side table with the kitchen chair that grandma finally threw out after using it for 70 years. Not the most relaxing situation. 5) My hair stylist and "make-up" artist. Up until this point I was at a 3/4 rating. I could have over looked the lunch and tolerated the nail room but this one had me wondering if somehow I had offended her without ever meeting her before. If she was happy to meet me or be at work, she needed to let her face show it. While shampooing my hair, I had to ask her two times to rinse all of the conditioner out of my hair and off of my face. Finally I just asked her for a towel so I could take care of it. I'm glad I just got a style, I'd be fearful of a hair cut. Then she did my make-up. I asked for light make-up, since I don't wear much make-up and I'm ultra pale. 1) The color didn't match my skin tone at all. 2) I had so much bronzer on that I began to suspect that she actually hated me. When I got to my car all blotchy, I took a McDonald's napkin and my water bottle and proceeded to remove said make-up. Would I return? No. Would I recommend the services? Only of Alyssa and Elizabeth. If the mani/pedi room were more comfortable, yes. One last thought. Please hire someone to redesign your facility, it was like an uncomfortable maze. Addition on 2/13: I do want to clarify the skills of Alyssa and the young lady who did my nails were good and I do not have a complaint on their skill level. I stopped into Salon D'va today hoping for a haircut. Maybe I got lucky as a walk in, but I'm glad I did! Mandy Allen was my stylist, and she did a fantastic job with my fine textured hair. Not only do I love this haircut, but she was professionally personable, knowledgeable, and honest with her assessment. Great attention to detail, explained how to recreate the finished style, and genuinely a nice person. Lastly.. the restroom was well kept, and I appreciate that they had cloth hand towels for drying hands. Complete with aromatic hand soap, one of those fountain faucets, and a little tin bucket for used hand towels. Note: This was a completely new cut/style for me. I recommend Mandy, especially if you have fine textured hair and not exactly sure how to manage it to your liking. She has excellent instinct with leeway. Read Less

The masseuse, Liz, was the consummate professional and I was very fortunate to have her as my massage therapist. After inquiring about my troubled areas, she immediately zeroed in on every single knot and via her skilled hands and use of the hot stones those knots melted away. I have been going for a massage with Terry every two weeks since the first of April. I suffer from Bells Palsy and was very impressed at my second session with her. She had looked up what techniques to use to help with my Bells Palsy. I so appreciated the extra effort in getting to know what is best for your clients! Had a spa day on June 9, 2017 and it wasn't the best experience I've ever had. I've emailed them twice telling them of my experience and asking for someone to contact me and I still have no response from them. The only thing positive was my massage and at this point I don't know if I will ever go back. One of the worse things is that I paid for a 5 hour spa day and I was only there for 3 hours. I have to give 5 stars for my massage. It was the best massage I've ever had. I will definitely go back for that. My facial and mani and pedi were just okay. I paid for the Spa Sampler which was suppose to be 5 hours and I was out of there in 3 hours. I felt rushed thru my lunch, I only ate half my sandwich and half my muffin because they didn't give me enough time. I'm not sure why I was being rushed thru they didn't seem very busy. I have been coming to Mystique for a few years now for massages and a few haircuts. I look forward to it every time I come in. I have been seeing Liz for massages since day 1. I have ever had an appointment I wasn't satisfied with. At the beginning of each appointment Liz makes sure to ask if there are any target areas or problems and adjusts the massage as needed to make sure all my needs are satisfied. This salon in a joke. The stylist showed up 30 minutes late. And couldnt do a simple updo. I got switched to a different stylist. I spent 2 and a half hours in the salon and left with something i didnt want. Do not go here. Read Less

My husband thoughtfully purchased the "Empress for the Day" spa package for Valentine's Day this year. At first I was nervous indulging in such an expensive package...until I visited the spa! Initially, I wasn't interested in some of the services included in the package but after speaking with Lisa, she explained that I could swap and select any of their offered services for those I didn't care for. Basically the monetary value of the package could be applied to any offered service. I selected a massage and received Ally as my masseuse. Let me tell you, as a sufferer of chronic back pain, she was beyond therapeutic in her technique and I can not wait until my next session! Having a very busy toddler, it's been a long time since I've allowed myself to relax and be pampered and Mystique Salon is the perfect place to do so! I have already scheduled upcoming services to fit in my busy schedule and I am also considering becoming a member. My manicure and pedicure was also fantastic (I believe her name was Missy).
