If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not from Indiana and I just recently moved here. I came in for a full set manicure and a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure did an amazing job. There was some dead skin left on my heels but his customer service is what knocked it out the park for me he was so sweet.
What absolutely killed my experience is when they started my full set manicure. I asked specifically for nail forms which is a little bit of a more difficult process but it’s personaly what I like bc it looks way more natural and doesn’t damage your nail beds nearly as much as when they super glue a plastic nail on your nail and then put acrylic on top. Anyway I sit down and pretty much end up in an argument with the guy bc of the way I wanted my nails done (I didn’t even want a complicated design I just wanted white with my ring finger gold but do keep in mind I wanted acrylic forms. The man also refused to tell me his name and told me to call him “hey you”. And the. Proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge me $75 for just my hands alone bc I wanted to acrylic forms. I told him the only reason I came there was bc a girl I met who ALSO had acrylic forms told me about them and they did an amazing job and only did it for $35 and I was prepared to give a hefty tip bc I know the way I wanted them needed someone who was advanced to do it. He then told me that the price she got was only for her and it would be $75 for me no matter what. I did finish my nails but I just got a polish which wasn’t even good and there was nail polish all over my cuticles. This salon is extremely up professional with their work and prices I will never go again or reffer anyone to go here

Worst experience in 6 months and 4 local nail salons. Started out pretty typical. Then I picked a cateye polish (brand new to their store they explained). Last minute before polish they say $10 more. ...
Worst experience in 6 months and 4 local nail salons. Started out pretty typical. Then I picked a cateye polish (brand new to their store they explained). Last minute before polish they say $10 more. I say absolutely. They put a black gel polish as a base...i never had a cateye start this way-but they are the professionals, right? Lee, that did my fill with just a few "my bad's and sorrys" from distraction then switches to Lynn- to finish polish (W an obvious disagreement during transition). Lyn explained he did it wrong, but then just continued gooping on more polish until finally asking to start over 20 minutes later. I explained I really didn't have any more time- just knock off the $10 for the now messed up cater polish fiasco. So just a normal gel polish price. So ignoring my request saying it will be fast. She does not restart- she tries to fix W yet another coat. It's rushed. The magnetic color is not even. As I began to look closer the fill left my nails bumpy and unevenly shaped. Then for just a cateye gel awful (both color and shape) fill I was charged $45 W a hand remaining for tip. Now it's not like I'm cheap. However, both my friend and myself had just had fills and pedicures, not to mention, it was my first time. I'm just saying they charged full price for admittedly messing up, being sloppy, and being rude but in a joking manner. (even boasting about making another customer cry)... Worst experience- I will blast on all social media.

As someone that has suffered with ingrown toenails, finding Nina on my very first attempt to get help in my new town has been AWESOME. She is amazing. The entire place is so genuinely kind and skilled... though I have to say that the scheduling and overall business "fluff" that you might expect or be accustomed to in a "big city salon" is lacking... yet I will go nowhere else nor will anyone but Nina manage my toes. Thank you, Nina! Prices are great too...

All I wanted was gel polish put on my toes and hands. Not a manicure or pedicure just polish. They charged me $50 to put nail polish on. I then told the lady that did my nails that I could go somewhere else and get it done cheaper and she told me I was a lie to my face and told me I was a joke. I will never go back to the salon again due to the way I was treated. Worst experience of my life.

Great nail salon! Clean, friendly and efficient. My experiences have always been speedy with out forsaking quality. The wait has never been prohibitive. It's my go-to for a quick mani/pedi.

I've been going to Lily Nails for over a year. I always get excellent service. Lee and his wife are the nicest, friendliest people and have trained their staff well. I have walked in and have also made appointments. Parking is always abundant as they are located in Kroger Shopping Center. I get silicone overlay with gel polish and pedicures with special attention to possible ingrown toenails. Lee has an awesome sense of humor....a little on the dry side....which is why I get it. They are all very conscientious about cleanliness and sanitation. Love this place!!

Horrible service here. After the sugar scrub,my legs broke out in a rash before any paint or massage. My legs were burning and red and itchy. I had to leave as soon as possible to get the mixture wash...
Horrible service here. After the sugar scrub,my legs broke out in a rash before any paint or massage. My legs were burning and red and itchy. I had to leave as soon as possible to get the mixture washed off and the lady wouldn't let me leave the chair. After I attempted 5 times to get up and finally free myself I still had to pay $25 for a half completed pedicure. I understand my sensitive skin may not be their fault; however, to still make me pay full price is ridiculous. Plus, I've been getting pedis for 10 years and never had a similar problem. I paid $25 for soaking, partial callous removal, and cuticle clipping. Should've gone to my normal place-perfect pinkie that always gives wonderful service.

Very nice crew. Was hesitant about getting a pedi since I just got a foot tattoo, but they made sure to not touch it or let any water near it. Knowledgable, clean, and friendly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not from Indiana and I just recently moved here. I came in for a full set manicure and a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure did an amazing job. I've been going to Lily Nails for over a year. I always get excellent service. Lee and his wife are the nicest, friendliest people and have trained their staff well. I have walked in and have also made appointments. Parking is always abundant as they are located in Kroger Shopping Center. Horrible service here. After the sugar scrub,my legs broke out in a rash before any paint or massage. My legs were burning and red and itchy. I had to leave as soon as possible to get the mixture washed off and the lady wouldn't let me leave the chair. After I attempted 5 times to get up and finally free myself I still had to pay $25 for a half completed pedicure.
