I don't have anything bad to say about Avon Nails. I was in the area and needed a place with decent reviews! They were the most courteous over the phone, so I chose them over other equally rated salons. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure for $51 (before tip)! Very reasonable in my opinion- my regular salon is in Carmel where the prices are higher. I actually enjoyed the service better here than at my regular salon! My nails look and feel wonderful. My technician took her time and was very kind. I would come back to this location and I will definitely recommend Avon Nails to friends who I know live in the Avon area. Also, this place knows how to keep a customer happy and relaxed. There were no TVs, but they had a very nice playlist of hit songs that were played acoustic or at least a slower tempo. This place was HORRIBLE!! I got a fil in with gel nail polished and had two nails fixed and it cost $46. I can go any other place and get all of my nails redone and have gel nails and it be $35 with a tip included! I only had two nails fixed it should have been wayyyyyy cheaper! I tried this salon a little over a month or so ago and am completely satisfied with them. The owner is a very nice woman. She always makes sure everyone is doing alright while she does nails herself. One time I had went to a different salon and the nails started falling off in a week. So I went here to get a fill in and they told me that all the nails were bad and took them all off and redid them and only charged me for a fill in. I was pretty excited. This is my go to place. Dont go here if u dont have hours to spend. I tried them the other day instead of going to my normal place by mall. I made a appointmemt for a simple anc polish change and i was there for a hour and half. The girl that did it was very nice but u could tell she was new. Than when o got my bill that had charged me an extra 5$ for using 2 color.. not a design jus a different color nail. No extra work put in.. i will never go back. Read Less

Use to be a good place to go, but service has gone downhill. There is only one person who speaks english and she don't translate to the workers very well. (I assume she is the owner.) At times rude and they always have a reason they charge more than their posted pricing. Read Less

My maid of honor made an appointment that they said she never confirmed. We called and confirmed the week of our appointment. They changed the price and doubled my price. My brides maids nails look horrid and made my fingers bleed. Will not be back. Oh ya there licenses are all expired. Read Less

I had called an made an appointment for a bridal party in advance and doubled checked earlier in the week only to walk in and have them say I didn't but they could squeeze us in. They nicked the brides fingers in a couple places only painted her nails and then charged $60. For the other bridesmaid and me we did plain french tip with a silver line. Horrible! I had almost EXACT same experience as other lady. My bill was $110.00 for a pedi and mani with reg polish on my toes and gel on my OWN nails. I did not get a break down either. I had a terrible experience, so terrible. The owner of the shop is extremely rude and manner less. So after making my nails she charged me almost $100 just for a refill and some designs and when I asked for a breakdown of my bill she was saying nonsense, and when I was complaining that it was too much and that she should have told me before starting, she said she was going to call the police on me. The woman who did my nails was rude. I went during the day on a weekday so it wouldn't be as busy. She treated me like she couldn't get me out of the seat fast enough to move on to the next person. I asked twice for someone to do my daughters nails and she just ignored my request. I felt it was slightly over priced compared to other places. I made an appointment instead of walk in and wash ushered right to a nail station. The young lady who worked with me was excellent, she was professional and courteous. She asked me how I wanted my nails and she gave me exactly what I  was looking for, I had the gel manicure. The Salon is clean, well lit, and modern. The prices are reasonable. The salon is clean and sanitary, but there is a huge difference in the skill of the various manicurists there. I get gel nails and the only one who really knows how to do it is the woman who co-owns the salon with her husband. She is fantastic. But you can't make an appointment and request her. If you get her husband, her brother, or her sister, the quality is below average. Read Less

This place use to be awesome! But I will find a new place to start going, the quaility has gone way down!!! The only time your nails will last for two weeks is if the wife does them. The husband and other staff aren't the best. Not to mention they can be RUDE! I made an appointment and finally an hour later they started working on me. When I made the comment about it taking so long the husband made the comment of..."You can't expect us to drop everything when you walk in the door". I go there for pedicures only. They spend a lot of time on your actual feet, and not a lot of time on your toe nails- so if you're going to that ingrown toe nail, skip it, however; if you're someone who spends hours on you feet, be sure to stop by. hello, i normally go ands get my nails done at avon nails but my last visit was awful i just got acyrils french nails and it only schould take about 1 hour and i spent over 2 there and not to mention that i got then done on a thursday and now its monday and they 3 have fallen off, i am very disappointed.
