My little girl (8 years old) wanted her nails done for picture day tomorrow (3-20-18) I was kind of Effy about it but her grandmother said that she would love them and would pay for it because all she needed was a fill in, So I gave inn and her grandfather took her to City Nails.. He walked her to the door and let her go in by herself to get her nails done like a big girl.. (( Mind you, Her grandmother had takin her prior on 3-3-18 to get them done, so all she needed was just a fill in and two nail repaired... )) They took advantage of an 8 year old little girl and charged her $42!! She had to have her grandfather give her another $20 to put with the $22 her grandmother had given her to have this done. I really think it's bullcrap... Will never be back!!

I had been going here since I moved to Indiana. Once it changed owners it has been horrible. When I walked in after a month they knew who I was who I wanted to see etc. The newbies in exception of 1 acts as though they don’t even recognize me despite going there since they took over. Never mind the fact that I had to go back to getting basic nails because they were always screwed up and paying more than what I was before when they were done great. I just recently found out that some of the others from the previous owners crew are down the street so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Be good to your customers and they will be good to you and unfortunately I am not impressed with the changes.

I got a pedicure and manicure yesterday, and my nail polish is already coming off my fingernails. My pedi water was also barely warm. Only 3 🌟 this time. However I had a 5 🌟 experience back in the summer, but I also got the gel polish. It's just really expensive.

I have been going there for over 6 years. The new management team Stephen, Angel, and Zuke are great. They have done my nails several times now. They know my name when I come in, they know how I prefer my nails to be done, and listen to me about new ways to do them.

Just had my nails done at City Nails today. Antonio and Anna are missed for sure but the place is still rockin, the new owners are nice and friendly and are there to do a good job on each and everyone of us! I hope everyone will continue coming to City Nails, I have had Steven and Angel do mine and both did a great job! It takes a little while to get used to the idea of new people taking over but I'm satisfied and I feel like everyone should stay there and give them a chance! Thanks City Nails

Came in with some girlfriends to get a spur of the moment mani pedi and had a great experience! We were pampered and laughed the whole time! I got the gel polish and it lasted a very long time.

I absolutely love going here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but hey...if you don't want to wait...you can always do it yourself right! The staff is always pleasant and usually funny. I saw an elderly couple there getting the royal treatment pedicures and thought to myself "how sweet". They take their time with all of their customers whether your a regular, or just happen to wonder in that day. Awesome people. I won't go anywhere else to have my nails done. If they don't do them...I do them myself! I completely trust them not just with my nails but they love to spoil my daughter when I take her with me too. Awesome, awesome people!

City Nails is nestled in a small strip mall in Aurora (look for Burger King to know where to turn) and offers great service. My mom and grandma have been talking about their pedicures for years. Yesterday I finally got the chance to see why!-Friendly and knowledgeable technicians -Very clean and hygienic facility -MASSAGE CHAIRS-Foot bath-An abundance of nail color optionsA word to the wise: this place is hopping! You can walk in but be prepared to wait. But if you opt for a pedicure, you'll be walking out with baby soft feet. City Nails also provides foam flip flops in case you forget to wear open toed shoes. Expect a quality experience from professional nail technicians at reasonable rates. Enjoy!

My little girl (8 years old) wanted her nails done for picture day tomorrow (3-20-18) I was kind of Effy about it but her grandmother said that she would love them and would pay for it because all she needed was a fill in, So I gave inn and her grandfather took her to City Nails.. I had been going here since I moved to Indiana. Once it changed owners it has been horrible. When I walked in after a month they knew who I was who I wanted to see etc. The newbies in exception of 1 acts as though they don’t even recognize me despite going there since they took over. Never mind the fact that I had to go back to getting basic nails because they were always screwed up and paying more than what I was before when they were done great. I saw an elderly couple there getting the royal treatment pedicures and thought to myself "how sweet".
