Usually very busy so I'd book an appointment instead of just walking in but they do a good job and are well priced. Waited over almost 2 hours to get a fill last time.

I have gone to this nail salon for 7 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lily and her staff are professional and very oriented courts Customer Service Plus the quality is great.

I always take my girlfriend to get her nails done. We were just out driving,and decided to get them done. Went there because they had the best ratings on google search. Well...as you see they get 5stars from us!!! They took their time and did an AWESOME Job on her nails!!!
She said it was the best nail experience she's ever had and they look Sooooo Beautiful!!!
We'll see them again in a couple weeks for sure!!!

I usually go here, price is good and they do some great work. I have never had a problem with them. Only thing I do not like is that you have to have an appointment or they will send you on your way. I recently went to VIP nails and got horrible service, wish I would have just went here. They are so friendly, hard to understand but very nice and my nails always look the way I want them too.

1st visit was typical: I arrived last, so I was serviced last. 2nd visit they went in order of a sign in sheet until it was my turn. After waiting for 25 minutes they skipped me and serviced 4 women ...
1st visit was typical: I arrived last, so I was serviced last. 2nd visit they went in order of a sign in sheet until it was my turn. After waiting for 25 minutes they skipped me and serviced 4 women who came in at different times and signed in after me. No one tended to me until I gathered my purse to leave.

Love this nail salon! There is a wait sometimes, but definaltly worth it! They are great with children when I needed to take my kids when getting my nails done!

Owner is rude. Last 2 times I have had nails chip less than 24 hours after gething done. The second time I went back and asked them to fix it. The owner basically said she didn't remember me being in there so they wouldn't fix it even though she wasn't the person who did my nails. Auburn needs a better choice.

Owner is rude. Last 2 times I have had nails chip less than 24 hours after gething done. The second time I went back and asked them to fix it. The owner basically said she didn't remember me being in there so they wouldn't fix it even though she wasn't the person who did my nails. Auburn needs a better choice.
