Worst service with even more horrible people. I went there to try their colors because i wanted this yellow that they had and LA did not. They did my sisters nails very quick and they look fine. But the guy started mine and i already had a thick gel on from la and they just shaved it off to the point that my fingers were burning in pain. I pulled my hands back multiple times and the guy continues and kept cutting me on the sides and my skin. I started crying because I was in so much pain and I told them that he was hurting me. My hands were shaking and very red and bleeding because they were in pain and bleeding. I looked at them and he did a hack job and broke three of my nails. The lady that was also working looked and I told her what was wrong and she just said that they were fine while i'm sitting there crying. They didn't even offer to switch or say that he will fix it. They told me I was being unreasonable while I was sitting there in pain. Worst experience ever and I told them I would not pay full price for my sisters and they blocked the door and were yelling at me. I refuse to go back and I will talk to the owner for a refund.

My mom and I went to get our nails done today. The lady that did mine was completely rude to me. I picked out my polish&she told me to have a seat. As soon as she got the polish I had on, off she grabbed her purse, phone&keys and told the other person that was working bye. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something but nobody did. She finally came back after about 15 minutes. I told her I didn’t want gel, but she did it anyways. She rushed through doing my nails. The tips of my nails were extremely red and very sore. They are still sore. I don’t care for that place and don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I love this place. They do a great job. I've been to other nail salons in auburn and they have cut me or didn't do my nails like I wanted. I highly recommend td nails.

It honestly wasn’t too bad. I really like my nails and my sister-in-law likes her. The tables were a little dirty, and I didn’t see him wipe any of it off for the lady that was behind me. I also didn’t see him open any new nail kits to use. So for all I know, people have used the same one that I used. He never asked me what shape I wanted or the length, so he cut my nails shorter than I wanted them too. They pushed my sister in law to get the gel nails, when she just wanted a regular paint. It took my nails 15 minuets to do. I like how it was fast, but I would also like to be treated like I matter to them.

I should have read reviews before I entered. My friend and I went And we didn't have a good time. When I was getting my nails done the lady didnt even talk to me. She rushed through it all. She didnt even ask me if I liked the length. When she went and put the nails on they burned my nails so bad and I told her and she kept going. The only thing that looks good is the polish. When my friend was getting her pedicure done, the guy charged her to get her nail polish off when it was on one toe. He didnt message her legs when it was promised. When he did her designs, they didn't turn out how she wanted. I wouldn't reccomened this place.

After several visits of poor service I will no longer use this salon. The woman in the shop does an awful job on shellac manicures. Messy with polish running over onto my Skin which she doesn't wipe off prior to affixing with uv light. This last time I asked my nails to be shaped, she nodded and then never did. I mentioned it at the end and she grabbed the file and proceeded to be rough and shape them in an awful manner. I had to shape myself later. Never again will I enter this salon.

Nice ladies, new files and sealed sterilized tool packets for each person. Delightful 2-3 minute neck shoulder rub for even the basic mani and parrafin wax for manis and pedis! Highly recommend!

The woman named "kim" was horrible...she doesnt speak or understand English at all. She hacked my nails off without me asking for it to be done or her saying anything and the nail polish she used took...
The woman named "kim" was horrible...she doesnt speak or understand English at all. She hacked my nails off without me asking for it to be done or her saying anything and the nail polish she used took 3 hrs to dry even w the uv lights...will not be returning

Don't go here! This place is dirty! The tools aren't clean, the staff aren't friendly at all, and to top it off....my toe became infected after receiving a pedicure. It turned a bright red shade and was very sore for over a week after my visit. I have a suspicion that the tools weren't disinfected properly.....take my advice and avoid this place at all costs!

It is very nice inside, and everyone there is nice. However I have been here 3 times. The first time my nails all bubble while drying and they had to repaint them. The second time the woman used the wrong top cop, and I needed to be repainted. And today the girl asked me if I wanted my nails cut. I said no to file them only because I like them long. She filed them down to the skin and every nail is crooked. Not to mention while drying, every nail bubbled. You shouldn't advertise the vinylux colors if you don't have the proper top coat. I wouldn't mind it being SO much more expensive than every where else in town,if they actually looked good at the end. I will not be back.

Only place i go. Great prices. The male salonest is my favorite. The new girl with that short hair...clueless. but i assume shes new and just out of school. My nails have been done for 3 months now. And i never get over charged. I have no problems anytime i go. I get what i want. And im done in about an hour. Love this place

Worst service with even more horrible people. I went there to try their colors because i wanted this yellow that they had and LA did not. They did my sisters nails very quick and they look fine. But the guy started mine and i already had a thick gel on from la and they just shaved it off to the point that my fingers were burning in pain. Don't go here! This place is dirty! The tools aren't clean, the staff aren't friendly at all, and to top it off....my toe became infected after receiving a pedicure. It turned a bright red shade and was very sore for over a week after my visit. I have a suspicion that the tools weren't disinfected properly.....take my advice and avoid this place at all costs!

It is very nice inside, and everyone there is nice. However I have been here 3 times. The first time my nails all bubble while drying and they had to repaint them. The second time the woman used the wrong top cop, and I needed to be repainted. And today the girl asked me if I wanted my nails cut. I said no to file them only because I like them long.
