He ripped my nails off and said this is how your suppose to do it... I told him no soak it.. then he said he would charge me... So torture me by ripping them off... Nails came out looking like cat nails . Rushed toward the end because I guess a regular came in ..No hand massage no lotion just left in pain . Nails are throbbing .. sister asked for shorter nails and square. She left one round .. and didn't cut her nails .... Just a bad job. One word: Amazing! My mom and I are regulars at Unique nails and, honestly, we love this place so much we refuse to go anywhere else. Besides doing a spectacular job on our nails and eyebrows, Unique nails is more than accommodating. There have been times where they would take us in at a very late notice. They are so warm and welcoming, that it creates such a friendly atmosphere towards their customers.Their prices for services are more than reasonable and you get more than you would expect, compared to other salons. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I have had my nails done here for different occasions. Every single time I had my nails done by the guy, they came out perfect. In fact, one time he was doing a design on my nails and he kept re-doing them until he thought it was perfect. Their customer service is excellent and they treat everyone fairly. Their pricing is awesome compared to other places. I have also had a pedicure here. I got it done by a girl who no longer works there, but omg she did such a good job! I have had a pedicure by his wife as well. She did a really nice job as well! I would just rather have her do my toe nails than my nails because she didn't listen to me of how I wanted my nails done and she messed them up and didn't fix them, so that was disappointing, but that's the only time. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I am correct, they only have 4 employees, so when business picks up it can literally be almost a 2 hour wait before they see you even though they say it'll be a few minutes.  I have a friend who had an appointment and they were so busy they were a little over 2 hours late for am appointment she made! It was frustrating and annoying, but she hasn't had that problem sense. I have moved out of Woodstock and still choose their salon over another. Service was a little disconnected because it was just the 2 people that were working and there were 4 clients at one time... But with that said, it was the nicest nail service I've had in a long time!!! They were very friendly, very thorough. I got a nochip manicure and it came fully with a hand massage, she worked my cuticles and made sure my color was even and solid. Definitely going back in a couple weeks!!! Read Less
