Michelle did an excellent job on my nails as always. She really takes good care of me and always gives her best. I’m very satisfied with the work she had done on my nails—It’s very clean and detailed. I have been her customer for awhile now and I will never go anywhere to have my nails done but her. I am so glad to hear that she opened her new nail salon near me.The place has a nice interior design, great people very friendly. Over all it’s outstanding! I have gone here for years. Most of the time, it's great. The techs are thorough and do a good job. There are some who do a much better job than others. My last visit, the very young tech sniffed the whole time and didn't trim my nails, take care of cuticles, or even everything out. Ugh. I would ordinarily give 4 -even 5 stars. But I had the young employee who sniffs and wipes her nose constantly. Was she ill, or ??? She was also rather disdainful of having to touch my feet and barely went through the motions for a deluxe. I would give her a zero for mine.  But 1 is the lowest. My daughters had 5 star pedicures. Some consistency would be nice or the ability to choose our tech would help. And I know the staff is often family, so someone should take the youngsters in hand. Read Less

For starters- I'm only giving them one star because I can't do zero. This was by far the WORST nail experience of my life. I should have known from the beginning but I figured I'd try it... my nails needed to be done and since half my acrylics were off, I wanted to go to my natural nail for a bit. My normal nail guy wasn't open (it was a Monday) and my mom was getting her haircut next door - figured it couldn't be THAT bad. My god, I was WRONG. I normally get my nails done every 2 weeks or so and NEVER have a problem. I have even grown out my natural nails in between , and again- no problems!!!!! He started to use the Dremel tool on my nails and constantly was going over the side and hitting my skin- I lost count of how many times I said "ow , you're hurting me! Please be careful!". I was very polite at first but started to become very agitated. He literally had my nail beds bleeding!!!! After getting my last couple acrylics off, I was almost in tears. Regretting my decision, big time. Then he starts dremeling my real nails..... to the point where I am in major pain from him getting them SOOO thin. They were burning, stinging and literally thinner than paper. I immediately told him to stop and I did NOT want him doing anything else or painting them. Him and his other coworker started yelling and were pissed that I wasn't going to let him paint them.... I couldn't bare to sit there any longer. After coming home, I started to look at my nails - they were AWFUL.  24 hours later and I still can't put any pressure on them or do anything with my nails. They're beyond ruined. Now I'm sitting at my normal place, hoping they can work a miracle and save this mess nailcessity made. I talked to my friend after and she said after one bad experience there , she will never go back. She left with bloody nails as well. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE- SAVE YOUR NAILS & YOURSELF ALL THE PAIN. I was so dissatisfied with Nailcessity today! I was going to get a no chip manicure, and had signed in and there was nobody after me or before me. This Chinese man was like rude, I walked in and said hi and he just looked at me like I was an alien or something?i was thinking maybe I should leave but shrugged it off...then he took my nail polish I chose and put it on his desk like he was gonna do my nails and called a lady that just walked in with no appt! Then I gave him the stank eye and he looked at this younger Chinese man and said he'll be right with you, then that man took four women's orders!!!??? And started to work on one of them! I was like omg! I got up and Chi said oohhh ya know we beeee wight wit chooo! I said no thanks! Thank god I left the nightmare before Christmas! Hahahahahahaha! Read Less

I tried this salon twice and both times the nail polish for my manicures and pedicures turned out nicely, paint wise. That being said, twice I've also had skin problems afterwards on my feet and legs. I don't think they clean their pedicure chairs/tubs very well. The first time I had a flaky skin, almost a rash or kind of athletes foot, whatever I'm an athlete and sometimes I get this. BUT the second and FINAL time I'll ever go there I ended up with huge pimples/boils on my legs and after googling, found that this is a common side effect of nail salons with poor cleaning/sanitation.
