Just received a pedicure from this establishment and was diagnosed with a paronychia of the toe after they must’ve used dirty/unclean utensils. I’ve got pedicures all of my life and this has NEVER hap...
Just received a pedicure from this establishment and was diagnosed with a paronychia of the toe after they must’ve used dirty/unclean utensils. I’ve got pedicures all of my life and this has NEVER happened. This was my first time there. Also, there was a child screaming and telling me how hungry she was because her mom was working and didn’t feed her. This continued the entire hour my toes were being worked on, and they switched between people half way through. I’m not happy with the service what so ever. Very unprofessional. VERY little English so when I called to talk to the owner they said they couldn’t understand and that the owner/manager wasn’t even there.. And I guess dirty utensils. I did not see them open clean utensils at all during my pedicure.. They did however use a plastic shield in the bowl for the water. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE

They did my nails for homecoming and they rushed with acrilic and got it all over the sides of my nails. Looked horrible. They seemed very rushed and did NOT give me right gel color I said I wanted or...
They did my nails for homecoming and they rushed with acrilic and got it all over the sides of my nails. Looked horrible. They seemed very rushed and did NOT give me right gel color I said I wanted or even close to it. Very disappointed will not go again.

Dirty dirty, kids running around. I want to relax at a salon not watch kids bounce off the walls. I came here one day due to my current nail place being way super busy and I need my nails done for a wedding. The guy that did my nails. I believe he is the owner? But he kept on bouncing back and forth between 4 other people including myself and he didn’t wash his hands in between either. I was so happy I didn’t get a fungus. I also got my brows waxed here and omg never again. It was so hot it ripped my skin! Literally, I had welts on my brows for awhile.

The lady who did my nails wouldn't stay off her phone. She was playing some game. Told me to sit down and she played on her phone for another 10 mintues in front of me. I had to tell her I was still there and she was very rude. I showed her a picture and my nails looked nothing like what I asked for. And she made me bleed. And didn't say sorry I pointed it out and she gave me a look like " too bad deal with it". The guy that did my mom's nails was rude and very pushy. As soon as he was done he jumped up and started to smoke a cigarette in the building. Because it was raining. The place was very trashy. A older lady working with someone else smelled as if she hadnt showered in weeks. I had a lot of people tell me to go there because it was nice but I will never go back. Worst place ever.

Was awful went in for a simple french manicure didn't realize I had tell them to even out my nails. So she tried to compensate by short cut by not polishing the whole tip for a french manicure...the y...
Was awful went in for a simple french manicure didn't realize I had tell them to even out my nails. So she tried to compensate by short cut by not polishing the whole tip for a french manicure...the younger gal tried to fix it but it was all over when I left after sitting under the light for at least 20 or more mins. I ended up taking the rest off! Never again! I do not recommend this place at all!

Worst experience ever! Wax was too hot, woman didn't even add any cream after. If I could post the picture I would. It's awful my whole forehead is burned and broken out. Do not recommend.

These people couldn't even do a cancer ribbon. My sisters ribbon was side was.They was talking only thing i understood was stupid. Do not advise to get toes done here.

I took my daughter to get fake nails put on for Homecoming. The girl was rushing and didn't even do what she was supposed to do. She only took care of 4 of her cuticles (cleaning them up and pulling...
I took my daughter to get fake nails put on for Homecoming. The girl was rushing and didn't even do what she was supposed to do. She only took care of 4 of her cuticles (cleaning them up and pulling off the excess skin) and then she proceeded to put on the nails. She never did finish the other cuticles and they were bad. Also, her young daughter was whining and crying several times while we were there standing right by my daughter at the nail station.

I've been going to River Nail Spa for a few month now and have been happy with the service until today. My pedicure was fine until the end. I asked for pink nail polish, they try painting a French manicure on my toes, I corrected them, then they tried painting them blue and finally got what I wanted, pink. When they painted my toes they left paint on the skin around my toes.I asked for pink and white acrylic nails, yet they just did a fill-in even after I stopped them and asked questions about the white tips and was told they were doing a pink and white. Once I realized they didn't understand what I wanted I was fed up and I just had them paint a French manicure and left. There is a communication issue in the shop. When I questioned the total cost they were rude. I will not be returning.

I got my nails redone there because lady nails is AWFUL. The girl that did it was so nice. She talked to me the whole time and made sure my nails were perfect! She followed what I wanted on each nail....

Just received a pedicure from this establishment and was diagnosed with a paronychia of the toe after they must’ve used dirty/unclean utensils. I’ve got pedicures all of my life and this has NEVER happened. This was my first time there. Also, there was a child screaming and telling me how hungry she was because her mom was working and didn’t feed her. Dirty dirty, kids running around. I want to relax at a salon not watch kids bounce off the walls. I came here one day due to my current nail place being way super busy and I need my nails done for a wedding. The guy that did my nails. I believe he is the owner? The lady who did my nails wouldn't stay off her phone. She was playing some game. Told me to sit down and she played on her phone for another 10 mintues in front of me. I had to tell her I was still there and she was very rude. I showed her a picture and my nails looked nothing like what I asked for. And she made me bleed. Was awful went in for a simple french manicure didn't realize I had tell them to even out my nails. I asked for pink nail polish, they try painting a French manicure on my toes, I corrected them, then they tried painting them blue and finally got what I wanted, pink. When they painted my toes they left paint on the skin around my toes.I asked for pink and white acrylic nails, yet they just did a fill-in even after I stopped them and asked questions about the white tips and was told they were doing a pink and white.
