I got a white dip manicure with tips and my technician made them perfect. She saw a flaw half way through and took the extra half hour to make them absolutely perfect. Just came here for the first time with my 4 year old daughter and two Sister-In-Laws to get pedicures. We came in as walk ins and were able to get right in. They had a great selection of colors and it was very clean, nice and comfortable. They were all very pleasant and did a great job. The woman working on my daughter worked so well with her. The chairs were so relaxing and had USB charger ports and even the armrest had a white cold circle in it to keep your beverage cool. We will definitely be back! Read Less

Baffled by the positive reviews.. Maybe people are mesmerized by the numerous crystal chandeliers here and they aren't thinking clearly? This place is a zoo. If you're looking for a relaxing experience go elsewhere. The prices are more than your average nail salon and nothing here warrants that. My pedicure was a joke. It was more of a polish change. The nipping of my cuticles was done carelessly and I was pinched a few times because of that. The leg and foot massage was so pathetic. It involved applying lotion to my legs and mindlessly slathering it around for 5 minutes (while the technician was transfixed to the television above me). Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly annoying. The no chip I received was fine. Slight pooling of polish on the edges of my nails which is unacceptable. The technician was more interested in people watching than focusing on my nails. Disappointed. Not worth $70. Won't be back. Read Less

I stopped in during lunch for a pedicure. This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly....not to mention, well staffed to cover the crowd of people that were there for mani and/or pedi services. This was my first time here and Jenny the manager was friendly and attentive making sure I was comfortable and would as if I needed anything (more water or tea). As a matter of fact, the entire staff was friendly and attentive. This establishment is clean and the energy was relaxing even though they were flowing with customers. The reason i drive 30 minutes and pass 2 other Magic Nail locations on my way - is because this spot is huge, well staffed, tons of chairs (Hands & feet) , BOTH OF THE OWNERS are always here and at least one owner is here EVERY SINGLE DAY. They care about your experience. You keep your receipt for no chip - and if your nail chips off!? - go in with receipt w/in 2 wks - show them - and get it fixed!! They'll do it no problem. Those of you who have complained about a chip in 1 day????? I've got a genius idea for ya ... go back n' fix it. you complained ya paid "an over priced amount" right??? so why didn't ya go back?? Also, the fumes someone else complained about - like you're not going to a tropical oasis...you're going to a nail salon! i bet that person also complains about the smell/smokiness when they go to a steak/BBQ place too. Those complainers are not to be trusted. Haha. They're just ridiculous. I love coming to this salon for many reasons! First off, the salon is very clean, welcoming, calming and beautiful! The employees there are so sweet and will always fulfill your needs. If you want to be fully satisfied with your nails I recommend going to this location! They offer little bottled water once you sit down. I've even gotten offered tea before. The owners are the sweetest! They are so personable and the most helpful. I've been going there for at least 7 years now and know them very well. I was doing nails at Willobrook for several times. Sadly, but the last time week ago was so really unpleasant. Employee Lady , didn't listen to Clients requirements and opinion , wrong working materials was used during whole procedure. Lady was acting very rude, she was making nails very painful. This is the best Nail Salon. It is well run by Carol. The staff are pleasant and seem to enjoy their work. Customers don't have to wait for service. A hot cup of tea or bottle of water are offered to help you relax. A special treat is a hand and arm massage after a manicure. I always feel like they are happy to see me.
