I have been to maybe 20+ nails salons my whole life...(in different neighborhoods/ states/ countries, on vacation, etc etc)...and Botti is definitely my favorite! I have been returning religiously for about 2 years now, almost on weekly basis, and have yet to be disappointed!
Their selection of colors are bar none. They have a wall full of vibrant colors...as well as getting new seasonal colors in extremely fast. From OPI to Essie, they will carry a color that suits my mood every time. IF any questions or dilemmas, someone will lend a hand in picking the best color for you, even by putting the colors on their own nails so you can make an informed decision :) My favorite colors are always in stock, and from french to cool cat-eye powder design, they will always have something you would like.
The salon is very neat and clean, and they are excellent with their sanitations. The pedicure stations are kept immaculate, and each tools are carefully sanitized and used. I am super sensitive to different oils or scrubs...(no $1 cheap lotions for me please!), but because they always use authentic products from OPI or other reputable companies, I have yet to have any troubles.
The drying stations are super well built for hands and feet, and they have very comfortable chairs while you wait for your mani or the nails to dry. Of course, pedicure stations also come with very comfortable chairs with excellent massage chairs that are available for you to enjoy while you get a pedi.
The staff at Botti all are very courteous and sweet people. Since they have locations in other neighborhoods, some times you will be able to meet manicurists who would normally work elsewhere, but every one I've met so far has been super nice and very professional. They will try to listen to what you want, and make recommendations if you need any further assistance. Each ladies all have great skills and techniques, and all are very likable! I have been serviced by maybe 10 ladies or so in last 2 years, and I have yet to meet one that did not meet my expectations! :) The management is excellent, and the general manager is very polite & courteous, as well as super sweet & attentive. If any problems (not that I had one yet) arise, they will quickly try to remedy them to keep you satisfied.
The best thing I like about Botti is their amazing rewards program!!!! After free sign-up, they have a points system which keep track of points depending on $$ amount you spend each time. And you get rewards a free mani or free pedi after certain amount! Isn't that amazing?????? PLUS, you get a $10 coupon for your birthday with a nice card, as well as occasional coupons!!!! LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!
I have recommended or accompanied several friends & family members to Botti, and heard nothing but good stuff about them after they had the experience themselves! I even bring my husband (who would NEVER think about getting a mani pedi!) and he agrees about their level of service and courtesy!
If you are looking for a unparalleled experience in mani/ pedi in Northshore area...or if you have a bad day and need a pick me up, I highly recommend Botti Nails!! You will thank me later! :)

I have been going there for a while now and it is relaxing atmosphere with services at good prices. I feel very loyal to this salon and would highly recommend.

Took my 2 year old daughter and they were so accommodating, had a little tub and a mini chair to put in the larger pedicure chair so she could fit. They did such a nice job with her. She was so excited and happy about the experience. It’s a very relaxing place and they do a great job on the pedicures! Many places don’t do as much as they do for a pedicure. The space has a great layout and is decorated nicely.

I liked the atmosphere of this salon a lot. I thought the interior design was pretty and I appreciated that the salon was visibly clean. There was even a big sign that said something about how they sanitize their tools.They also have a huge wall of polish colors with an amazing selection. I don't think I've seen such a selection before in my life. The manicure station seating was very comfortable. However, you are a little too close to other clients. You can hear everyone's conversations, so the overall service is not as relaxing as it should be.I was very disappointed after my appointment because my manicure only lasted for one day. What a bummer! Although the nail technician who did my manicure was very nice, I do not see myself returning to this salon in the future.

I stay at the Westin Hotel frequently for business and have seen this salon several times and decided to go in tonight. I went in at 6:30 PM and asked if they had time for a pedicure as 7 PM is listed...
I stay at the Westin Hotel frequently for business and have seen this salon several times and decided to go in tonight. I went in at 6:30 PM and asked if they had time for a pedicure as 7 PM is listed as their closing time. The man at the desk assured me that there was time and I was seated probably 5 to 7 minutes later. The whole thing was very rushed -- very minimal work done on my feet -- and no leg or foot massage. It was basically a nail color change done at a very quick pace and at a price of $30. If they were going to rush to get it done, I should never have been told that there was time. It was basically the 20 minute, $10 pedicure that you get at the cheaper nail places but this was $30 - more than a dollar a minute. Ridiculous! I will definitely never go to this nail salon again and will go back to the other salons in the Lincolnshire or Libertyville area. During my biweekly business trips to Chicago

This is not the place to go....PLUS the polish didn't even last a week!

Came here this past weekend on Saturday in the early afternoon for a last minute full set before a wedding. I walked in and there was only one customer in there and about six workers mind you, and I was told that they weren't able to accommodate me. Really? A Saturday and you're going to have staff on that cant do a frequently requested service. She then tells me I can make an appt for later or come back another day but I again reiterate I needed them done asap. I go to walk away and then she realizes shes losing a paying customer so miraculously im told someone can do it. I tell them I need a nude color and grab an essie from the wall. Im then told to do a no chip so the woman then searches for a similar color that I didn't need. It was nearly four of them looking at the wall for 15 minutes looking for a color I again didnt need bringing off shades or completely different colors. As I was in a time crunch so I finally intervened and approached them and told her I was okay with the normal essie color. She persisted theyd find the no chip but i had no time for this, if the customer is telling you what they want honor it and dont try so hard to get the upsell on no chip paint. Again, miraculously after me intervening they found the color. The whole process was unnecessary and horrible. For $65 I received the worst mani ever. Im from the city and have never payed that much for a full set including the no chip. Absolutely ridiculous. And to think at the end when I payed with my debit card she had the audacity to let me know as soon as I handed it to her they don't accept credit card tips! Lol and a day later a nail fell off..they are not sturdy at all, flimsy as it gets. What a jip

The massages of my legs, feet, and hands were amazing--the only thing I am not happy with is the application of my no chip. It's translucent even after 4 coats and very dull for some reason. I would go back to get a pedicure for sure

My husband arrived into the salon 15 min after that call. After mani/pedi were done he was asked to pay $40! He mentioned about the price they gave us on the phone -but the lady said she doesn't know what he was talking about. So my husband ended up paying $10 more and with very unpleasant feeling of being lied to.... By the way, the quality of their work was mediocre.

I am a huge fan of this salon! It is upscale, relaxing, clean, and affordable. They offer a rewards card which is a huge plus for me. You absolutely get a fantastic service for the price. The manicure service includes perks like OPI scrub (different scents to choose from), vitamin e massage, and cuticle oil treatment all for $15! Another advantage to this salon is that they are always accommodating and adequately staffed. They play relaxing spa like music, and have multiple tv's typically playing HGTV with no sound. The decor in the salon is so elegant and chic. The selection of polishes is absolutely overwhelming and they update often. I went in yesterday for my 5th or 6th visit and was pleasantly surprised that they had the new Essie spring 2016 collection. My only negative comment about this salon is that there is no tip line on credit card receipt and there is no sign saying cash only. I forget every time I go and have to ask them to void my original charge and run it again to include a tip.

I had a 2 hour break from my work and saw this Nail Salon and decided to go in. Very stylish place but the lady that did my pedicure definetelly was not proffessional. I told her to check my toes because I have pain there from my ingrown nails and she said it is better to leave it and the quality of my pedicure for the money I paid was not worth it. The bottom of my feet was still rough the rest of my feet's nails where cut uneven it was a disaster! Four days later I had to go to my regular Nail Salon to do my pedicure again! I do not recommend this place.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Weston next door to the nail salon, for a Saturday night bar mitzvah. We made appointments on Saturday for 2 mani/pedis. I got a pedicure for the foot massage. We were all pleased. My wife loved her hand massage especially. The prices were good, $40 for a mani/pedi, $30 for a pedicure. Nice decor, relaxing, pleasant in every way, and good quality nails and massages. If we come back to Wheeling, we'll come again.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I do get a lot of manicures and the manicure that I just received here is (no joke) the best I have had in my life. Firstly, the decor is beautiful and the layout of pedicure/manicure stations is perfect. I chose to get a no-chip mani and I cannot find a single flaw. My manicurist also used a really nice OPI scrub on my hands followed by vitamin E and lemon oil on my cuticles to help with my winter dryness. Towards the end of my treatment, I also received a back rub!I am so glad that I tried this place out on a whim. They have a rewards point program and I live nearby... so they have definitely won themselves a repeat customer!

I got a no chip manicure. It was so awesome .vitamin e oil with cnd location was so nice.and finish 100% orange oil for my cuticle.. so great !!!!

Terrible customer service. Came in to get my nail fixed and the woman goes "just to let you know, we don't normally do this but today since we have no customers, it's ok". Let's pretend I was someone like Kim Kardashian; would they have said that to her if she came in? Rude SO RUDE! Do not come here if you're looking for a nice friendly nail salon!! This is not the place to go....PLUS the polish didn't even last a week!

Came here this past weekend on Saturday in the early afternoon for a last minute full set before a wedding. I walked in and there was only one customer in there and about six workers mind you, and I was told that they weren't able to accommodate me. Really? A Saturday and you're going to have staff on that cant do a frequently requested service. She then tells me I can make an appt for later or come back another day but I again reiterate I needed them done asap. I go to walk away and then she realizes shes losing a paying customer so miraculously im told someone can do it. I tell them I need a nude color and grab an essie from the wall. Im then told to do a no chip so the woman then searches for a similar color that I didn't need. It was nearly four of them looking at the wall for 15 minutes looking for a color I again didnt need bringing off shades or completely different colors. As I was in a time crunch so I finally intervened and approached them and told her I was okay with the normal essie color. She persisted theyd find the no chip but i had no time for this, if the customer is telling you what they want honor it and dont try so hard to get the upsell on no chip paint. Again, miraculously after me intervening they found the color. The whole process was unnecessary and horrible. For $65 I received the worst mani ever. Im from the city and have never payed that much for a full set including the no chip. Absolutely ridiculous. And to think at the end when I payed with my debit card she had the audacity to let me know as soon as I handed it to her they don't accept credit card tips! Lol and a day later a nail fell off..they are not sturdy at all, flimsy as it gets. What a jip

I am new to the area and needed to find a nail place that I like. I loved the atmosphere and the pedicure completely. The massages of my legs, feet, and hands were amazing--the only thing I am not happy with is the application of my no chip. It's translucent even after 4 coats and very dull for some reason. I would go back to get a pedicure for sure

It was unpleasant experience.I called the salon before coming and asked the price for mani/pedi for my husband.The girl on the phone said $30. I asked 2 times to confirm the price. My husband arrived into the salon 15 min after that call. After mani/pedi were done he was asked to pay $40! He mentioned about the price they gave us on the phone -but the lady said she doesn't know what he was talking about. So my husband ended up paying $10 more and with very unpleasant feeling of being lied to.... By the way, the quality of their work was mediocre.

Little bit pricey for the time spent with some air bubbles left in my French manicure. Need more attention to detail.

The place looked very new and cleaned. Everything seems high quality and the chair was very comfortable. I did manicure for myself and i never seen my hands look so clean. I would highly recommend to anybody to try this place.

Honest for your loyal customer you should take care of them. I have to say I haven't been back because I was so disappointed they didn't honor the special. 5 stars for every visit before.

I am a huge fan of this salon! It is upscale, relaxing, clean, and affordable. They offer a rewards card which is a huge plus for me. You absolutely get a fantastic service for the price. The manicure service includes perks like OPI scrub (different scents to choose from), vitamin e massage, and cuticle oil treatment all for $15! Another advantage to this salon is that they are always accommodating and adequately staffed. They play relaxing spa like music, and have multiple tv's typically playing HGTV with no sound. The decor in the salon is so elegant and chic. The selection of polishes is absolutely overwhelming and they update often. I went in yesterday for my 5th or 6th visit and was pleasantly surprised that they had the new Essie spring 2016 collection. My only negative comment about this salon is that there is no tip line on credit card receipt and there is no sign saying cash only. I forget every time I go and have to ask them to void my original charge and run it again to include a tip.

I had a 2 hour break from my work and saw this Nail Salon and decided to go in. Very stylish place but the lady that did my pedicure definetelly was not proffessional. I told her to check my toes because I have pain there from my ingrown nails and she said it is better to leave it and the quality of my pedicure for the money I paid was not worth it. The bottom of my feet was still rough the rest of my feet's nails where cut uneven it was a disaster! Four days later I had to go to my regular Nail Salon to do my pedicure again! I do not recommend this place.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Weston next door to the nail salon, for a Saturday night bar mitzvah. We made appointments on Saturday for 2 mani/pedis. I got a pedicure for the foot massage. We were all pleased. My wife loved her hand massage especially. The prices were good, $40 for a mani/pedi, $30 for a pedicure. Nice decor, relaxing, pleasant in every way, and good quality nails and massages. If we come back to Wheeling, we'll come again.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I do get a lot of manicures and the manicure that I just received here is (no joke) the best I have had in my life. Firstly, the decor is beautiful and the layout of pedicure/manicure stations is perfect. I chose to get a no-chip mani and I cannot find a single flaw. My manicurist also used a really nice OPI scrub on my hands followed by vitamin E and lemon oil on my cuticles to help with my winter dryness. Towards the end of my treatment, I also received a back rub!I am so glad that I tried this place out on a whim. They have a rewards point program and I live nearby... so they have definitely won themselves a repeat customer!

I got a no chip manicure. It was so awesome .vitamin e oil with cnd location was so nice.and finish 100% orange oil for my cuticle.. so great !!!!
