Sometimes in life, you just have to treat yourself, and since our opening in 2015, we’ve provided manicures, pedicures, and a variety of beauty services for the Wheaton community. This way, our clients leave our salon looking great and feeling fabulous. Using medical grade sterilization machines, our manicure technicians ensure good hygiene and always maintain a clean and beautiful space. Whether guests want to stop in for a weekend pedicure or host a spa party at our place, our friendly staff are here to ensure everyone has a relaxing and fun time. The GOOD
Extremely clean!
I started going here early 2018. Lee was PHENOMENAL, however, she went off on maternity leave in June. I then saw Helen and she did an exceptional job a few times after. Shortly thereafter I went to Tim who was outstanding, he is meticulous, friendly and really takes pride in his work. He is a true professional! I really cannot say enough great things about these three!
The BAD
When patrons walk into a shop, one does not like to feel as though you are bothering the front desk. The expression of upset as you walk in for an appointment is not received very well as a patron.
Let's face it we are PAYING and tipping very well for your services! With my last visit I asked if they could do a polish change in my foot as my other foot was in a cast. This was not the first time! As usual the same individual at the front is angry and says they were totally booked for the day. Mind you it was 1p. So I finished my no chip manicure and hobbled to the chair in the front and sat to get my keys. LOW AND BEHOLD a bunch of walk ins come in..he asked if they have appointments which none did. They needed POLISH CHANGES, no chip manicures, pedicures etc. About 8 people. So I sat there and was in total disarray as to why is it that every single time I personally ask for a service there is a
Weak excuse of NO??? Also, a little word to the WISE! Be extremely careful with the angry face and speaking in your native tongue about guests! You would be surprised how many people understand what is being said about them!
Nevertheless, I left and did not say a word. At that point why bother, as I will not beg anyone to take my money!! So I went to a shop not too far that was packed. Being that I did not have an appointment, I had very little expectations. It was the COMPLETE opposite greeting and they were most accommodating and friendly! Let's face it the first impression is the most lasting!
It is sad when you have exceptional people working in an establishment but the person managing the front desk blatantly turn customers away. A little word of advice as I am in an industry leading in outstanding customer service. A genuine smile goes along way and leave your attitudes outside of the door.
Thank you, a true bitter sweet experience! It is my hope that the owner of this fine establishment gets their team focussed NOT just on service but Customer Service. Trust me..it will set you apart from all of the rest. Best wishes.

Overall this place was nice. Very clean, staff was kind for the most part. My younger sister and I went in for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure and my sisters were both smooth, staff was very kind. Then when it came to our full set, my sister was attended immediately. They told me to wait a few min, which was okay with me. I waited about 10 min before some one came to me. Once he came, he didn’t say much then criticized my nails. He (Richard) said that they were old. Which I said okay, then he went on to show my nails to the guy next to him Danny and spoke in their language. I did not like that at all, it was super rude. That alone upset me then when he was done with my nails he didn’t even do the final step for a no chip and just took my card at the register. When I looked at my nails I saw gaps of color and they weren’t even, even in color. I am extremely upset. I tried a new place and it failed. I might return but if I do I will never allow that guy to be my tech. I’ve never written a bad review like this. But I feel that something should be said. And I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH MY NAILS.

My daughters and I went for my first time today. The place itself is clean and spacious. The desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience with David, but I was not happy with my daughters technician who kept pressuring her to change her nail color. After the techs first recommendation my daughter said she wanted the color she picked, and I told the Tech to do that color. I was two seats away and could continue hearing her pressure my 7yo daughter. I encouraged my daughter to do what she wanted and ultimately she caved into the techs insistence. My daughter is happy with her nails but the tech was being very unprofessional. I will make sure we don’t get that tech again.
Other than that I’d highly recommend and I plan on going back :)

First time in the studios and was I super impressed. Fast friendly meet you at the door service, quick move to a pedicure chair and accommodating staff that is ready to bring you a refreshment if you desire one.
Now that is a spa feeling I like. The place was buzzing with professional nail tech's, support staff and customers. Very clean pedicure from start to finish.
Hey guys, next time you need a pedicure don't be shy. It feels good and it's very smart to keep your feet healthy and looking good, especially in the summer season.
I highly recommend them.

I started coming here after I got too pregnant to paint my own toes, I was coming every 2 weeks for a pedicure. Today was my fifth time, I called on 4/12 and made an appointment for 3 people on Sunday...

Today was my fifth time, I called on 4/12 and made an appointment for 3 people on Sunday 4/15 at 1 o'clock for pedis and manis. Upon arriving they could not find the appointment that I made, I showed my phone to them to show them that I did call. After waiting 15 minutes they decided to bring us back and had us sit separately. While our feet were soaking the front desk guy brought the appointment book back (after 10 mins) and told me they put me in for Saturday and I missed my appointment and that we couldn't get our pedicures I explained to him that I work EVERY Saturday and there is no way that I would of booked a Saturday and that unfortunately that was an error on their end. He continued to argue with me that I booked for Saturday, (which I know I wouldn't have) but said he would do the pedis but not the manicures, at this point the water we were soaking in was COLD. And I was so upset with the way we were treated, we dried off our feet and made an appointment with Danada Nails & Spa! They were more than happy to accommodate Luxe's mix up and terrible customer service!! I would advise against this place, I don't know how any business could get away with treating clients like that!

Deffinetly go here if you want to pay for expensive crappy work! They charge you for every little thing and it doesn't last. So if you want cheap work at high prices then go! Also they never take responsibility for what they do and will charge you to fix what they did wrong to begin with. What a joke! I paid $125 not including the $45 I tip (because I was stupid enough to pay), 3 nails broke and one lifted completely off in 4 weeks. Now 4 nails total have popped completely off. Don't ever get acrylic nails done by them. My real nails are stronger.

So impressed by every visit I've had here. Their pedicure service is second to none, they take the time and care to make sure you leave with flawless results. I've had a lovely standard manicure here as well which I very much enjoyed and went back recently to try the dip manicure with tips. Tommy spent so much time and care making sure the results were perfect and I was very happy! Unfortunately not even a week later the dip started to lift and crack near my cuticles. I was hesitant to reach out because I felt bad "complaining" but I have always been impressed by their two week guarantee so I called to see what could be done. They booked me for an appointment the very next day, first thing, and were so friendly and understanding. I normally do my own nails and haven't had anything but polish in years. Since the dip powder didn't seem to react well to my nails I asked if I could just go with a gel full set instead. They didn't hesitate and I left with a fresh and PERFECT manicure from Destiny which I couldn't be happier with. I even asked for a custom nail shape that I was happy to cover the cost difference for and they refused to let me pay and kept telling me everything was taken care of. I am a very happy customer and look forward to staying loyal to these great folks for a long time to come! Thank you Luxe Studio!!!

I am beyond happy with my experience here today. I came in around 11:10 asking for a simple nail removal that i got done at another salon, which did a mediocer job btw. I couldnt take my nails off by myself with out wincing in pain. I was told they were busy, which they were packed and they could fit me in at 12:15. They did an amazing job finishing up my self job of getting off the nails. Best of all for the 6 nails they took off they were gracious enough to not charge me of what would have been a 10 dollar job. I think im moving to a new nail place. Oh and they all speak english and talk to you. Amazing! Thankyou luxe nails!

Holly did a very nice job with my French pedi. Everything was very clean and I appreciate that the employees all wear gloves... I don't want anything spread to my feet, or back to the employee either. They give a discount of 5% if you pay cash.... When I showed up early the manager said they were booked with customers. Well, Im a customer also. I told him I was early for an appt and he said they were very busy and to wait. I didn't have a problem waiting, just didn't like the way I was treated, and told him so. He proceeded to argue with me. Really. Wow. I spent 150.00 at this place so far, I think this qualifies me as a customer! When I sat down to get my nails fixed the other manicurist started telling me how rude I was. Wth. I wouldn't have come back if the job was done right in the first place. Told all of my clients about this place because I really loved it. Now I'll never be returning and Ill tell my clients where not to go.

They greeted me and accepted us w/out an appointment at 6:20 in the evening.. Helen assisted with my pedicure and again; Wow! I love that their tools are sanitary/sealed along with the massage chairs having covers on them (HUGE +)!! She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all.. oh I almost forgot they offer beverages, I mean c'mon! They definitely earned my future business along with anybody that asks who is the best out in the West Suburbs! SN: I haven't even left the salon yet, that's how legit and confident in my review that I am. Enjoy ladies and thanks again Luxe :)

Best nail salon in the western suburbs. I have shopped around in the Wheaton area for a salon that met my expectations and this place is it. I was served by JT, a very pleasant and professional young man, who gave me a perfect no chip manicure. The salon is beautiful, very clean and the staff is very professional and customer service oriented which is important to me. I can't wait to go back to also enjoy one of their pedicure. They also have a kids menu for manicures & pedicures for the little princess's in our life!!!!!

You check in for your appointment by entering your cell number into a keypad. After (7, I believe??) visits you earn 20% off. Yen is the nail technician I've gone to the most--she is warm, friendly and takes so much time to pamper your tired hands and feet! My no chip lasts nearly three weeks. After your no-chip manicure appointment, you receive a card with the date of your manicure and polish color. If you have a chip within two weeks, go back and they'll fix it free! Highly recommend this jewel!

WOW! I've been getting my nails done for years, and Luxe Nails is by far the most amazing place I've ever been! I would trust any one of their employees with my nails and feel confident my nails are going to come out beautiful! The staff really goes the extra mile to be sure your nails are perfect every time. The place is clean, modern and the pedicure chairs are top notch.
I regularly see Tracy, she is so sweet and is excellent at what she does! My nails have never looked better! The entire staff is friendly, remembers me and is eager to be sure your experience is truly the best. Since this place is killer, they are always pretty busy. I recommend making an appointment, you won't be sorry!
I love this place so much and continuously recommend it to any one I meet! :)

When I looked at my nails I saw gaps of color and they weren’t even, even in color. I am extremely upset. I tried a new place and it failed. I might return but if I do I will never allow that guy to be my tech. I’ve never written a bad review like this. But I feel that something should be said. And I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH MY NAILS.

My daughters and I went for my first time today. The place itself is clean and spacious. The desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience with David, but I was not happy with my daughters technician who kept pressuring her to change her nail color. After the techs first recommendation my daughter said she wanted the color she picked, and I told the Tech to do that color. I was two seats away and could continue hearing her pressure my 7yo daughter. I encouraged my daughter to do what she wanted and ultimately she caved into the techs insistence. My daughter is happy with her nails but the tech was being very unprofessional. I will make sure we don’t get that tech again.
Other than that I’d highly recommend and I plan on going back :)

First time in the studios and was I super impressed. Fast friendly meet you at the door service, quick move to a pedicure chair and accommodating staff that is ready to bring you a refreshment if you desire one.
Now that is a spa feeling I like. The place was buzzing with professional nail tech's, support staff and customers. Very clean pedicure from start to finish.
Hey guys, next time you need a pedicure don't be shy. It feels good and it's very smart to keep your feet healthy and looking good, especially in the summer season.
I highly recommend them.

I started coming here after I got too pregnant to paint my own toes, I was coming every 2 weeks for a pedicure. Today was my fifth time, I called on 4/12 and made an appointment for 3 people on Sunday 4/15 at 1 o'clock for pedis and manis. Upon arriving they could not find the appointment that I made, I showed my phone to them to show them that I did call. After waiting 15 minutes they decided to bring us back and had us sit separately. While our feet were soaking the front desk guy brought the appointment book back (after 10 mins) and told me they put me in for Saturday and I missed my appointment and that we couldn't get our pedicures I explained to him that I work EVERY Saturday and there is no way that I would of booked a Saturday and that unfortunately that was an error on their end. He continued to argue with me that I booked for Saturday, (which I know I wouldn't have) but said he would do the pedis but not the manicures, at this point the water we were soaking in was COLD. And I was so upset with the way we were treated, we dried off our feet and made an appointment with Danada Nails & Spa! They were more than happy to accommodate Luxe's mix up and terrible customer service!! I would advise against this place, I don't know how any business could get away with treating clients like that!

Also they never take responsibility for what they do and will charge you to fix what they did wrong to begin with. What a joke! I paid $125 not including the $45 I tip (because I was stupid enough to pay), 3 nails broke and one lifted completely off in 4 weeks. Now 4 nails total have popped completely off. Don't ever get acrylic nails done by them. My real nails are stronger.

So impressed by every visit I've had here. Their pedicure service is second to none, they take the time and care to make sure you leave with flawless results. I've had a lovely standard manicure here as well which I very much enjoyed and went back recently to try the dip manicure with tips. Tommy spent so much time and care making sure the results were perfect and I was very happy! Unfortunately not even a week later the dip started to lift and crack near my cuticles. I was hesitant to reach out because I felt bad "complaining" but I have always been impressed by their two week guarantee so I called to see what could be done. They booked me for an appointment the very next day, first thing, and were so friendly and understanding. I normally do my own nails and haven't had anything but polish in years. Since the dip powder didn't seem to react well to my nails I asked if I could just go with a gel full set instead. They didn't hesitate and I left with a fresh and PERFECT manicure from Destiny which I couldn't be happier with. I even asked for a custom nail shape that I was happy to cover the cost difference for and they refused to let me pay and kept telling me everything was taken care of. I am a very happy customer and look forward to staying loyal to these great folks for a long time to come! Thank you Luxe Studio!!!

Paid it in full plus tips but there are other salons who do just as good a job for a lot less.

I am beyond happy with my experience here today. I came in around 11:10 asking for a simple nail removal that i got done at another salon, which did a mediocer job btw. I couldnt take my nails off by myself with out wincing in pain. I was told they were busy, which they were packed and they could fit me in at 12:15. They did an amazing job finishing up my self job of getting off the nails. Best of all for the 6 nails they took off they were gracious enough to not charge me of what would have been a 10 dollar job. I think im moving to a new nail place. Oh and they all speak english and talk to you. Amazing! Thankyou luxe nails!

Just my first time there, but I'll be back. I called ahead as I heard they're a busy place and was asked to come in an hour. I arrived promptly and they had a spot waiting for me. Holly did a very nice job with my French pedi. Everything was very clean and I appreciate that the employees all wear gloves... I don't want anything spread to my feet, or back to the employee either. They give a discount of 5% if you pay cash.... Loved this place...at first. The second time I went my nails chipped the next day. I called to come back to get my nails fixed. When I showed up early the manager said they were booked with customers. Well, Im a customer also. I told him I was early for an appt and he said they were very busy and to wait. I didn't have a problem waiting, just didn't like the way I was treated, and told him so. He proceeded to argue with me. Really. Wow. I spent 150.00 at this place so far, I think this qualifies me as a customer! When I sat down to get my nails fixed the other manicurist started telling me how rude I was. Wth. I wouldn't have come back if the job was done right in the first place. Told all of my clients about this place because I really loved it. Now I'll never be returning and Ill tell my clients where not to go.

Amazingggggg! Cleanliness doesn't begin to describe this location.. Wow! I love that it's roomy and bright (very relaxing setting). Huge wall of color assortments and fast with seating. They greeted me and accepted us w/out an appointment at 6:20 in the evening.. Helen assisted with my pedicure and again; Wow! I love that their tools are sanitary/sealed along with the massage chairs having covers on them (HUGE +)!! She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all.. oh I almost forgot they offer beverages, I mean c'mon! They definitely earned my future business along with anybody that asks who is the best out in the West Suburbs! SN: I haven't even left the salon yet, that's how legit and confident in my review that I am. Enjoy ladies and thanks again Luxe :)

Best nail salon in the western suburbs. I have shopped around in the Wheaton area for a salon that met my expectations and this place is it. I was served by JT, a very pleasant and professional young man, who gave me a perfect no chip manicure. The salon is beautiful, very clean and the staff is very professional and customer service oriented which is important to me. I can't wait to go back to also enjoy one of their pedicure. They also have a kids menu for manicures & pedicures for the little princess's in our life!!!!!

They do gel polish the right way, so we don't have to get fake acrylic nails any more. Thank you to the amazing people at Luxe cant wait to come back, everyone is so nice and make you feel at home!

You check in for your appointment by entering your cell number into a keypad. After (7, I believe??) visits you earn 20% off. Yen is the nail technician I've gone to the most--she is warm, friendly and takes so much time to pamper your tired hands and feet! My no chip lasts nearly three weeks. After your no-chip manicure appointment, you receive a card with the date of your manicure and polish color. If you have a chip within two weeks, go back and they'll fix it free! Highly recommend this jewel!

WOW! I've been getting my nails done for years, and Luxe Nails is by far the most amazing place I've ever been! I would trust any one of their employees with my nails and feel confident my nails are going to come out beautiful! The staff really goes the extra mile to be sure your nails are perfect every time. The place is clean, modern and the pedicure chairs are top notch.
I regularly see Tracy, she is so sweet and is excellent at what she does! My nails have never looked better! The entire staff is friendly, remembers me and is eager to be sure your experience is truly the best. Since this place is killer, they are always pretty busy. I recommend making an appointment, you won't be sorry!
I love this place so much and continuously recommend it to any one I meet! :)
