When I got there it was two people working and only 1 customer they were finishing up with. I went for a pedi and a full set. As I was getting a pedi multiple customers began coming in. When it was time for my full set the owner rushed my nails trying to hurry up and get to the other customers. My nails are oblong shapes they don't match and there was acrylic under the nail caked up. When I noticed I asked her to please fix it. She just buffed the extra acrylic off and put on another coat of polish. I have never seen such a terrible nail job. I felt like she should have taken her time to do my nails correctly.

She was very kind. She didn't cut my fingers up and my nails look perfect to me. Thanks, I will be going to her from now on. My eyebrows are on point too.

This was my 1st visit but I will return. For a mother/daughter team they worked efficiently and very quickly and I was quite satisfied with the end result. I had a manicure and pedicure and was in and out in less than an hour.

A friend and I started coming to Lena when she was at her other shop Bibi's in Maywood! No matter the wait we went! The service is alway stellar and our feet and nail art was always on point! I have used her for both of my younger sisters' proms and homecomings! I used her for my wedding as well! I introduced another friend from the south suburbs to Lena's service and quality. That friend will make a trek to the west suburbs and wait to sit in Lena's chair! So to all of those who need a million people in the salon keep going to those salons because this girl has a following and service is good! Her husband's work at Bibi's is also quality service as well!

I've been going to Lena for 6 years already and don't plan to stop anytime soon. She has the best prices around, and there's never really a wait. When there is, it's worth it because not only is her work always on point, but she's also very friendly and there's a TV too lol. I would definitely recommend her!

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. I waited 30 minutes to be serviced, the owner's husband started on me but the owner switched client's then attempted to service me. The owner stopped to service another client but did not say any thing to me. The husband was so concerned only that the cable and internet were disabled.

I went in on a Friday at 1:30 & they only had 2 ppl working. I think that's absurd!!!!! I had to wait 20 mins or so for a pedicure. They were nice & I enjoyed my pedi, but it wasn't worth the wait on ...
I went in on a Friday at 1:30 & they only had 2 ppl working. I think that's absurd!!!!! I had to wait 20 mins or so for a pedicure. They were nice & I enjoyed my pedi, but it wasn't worth the wait on a Friday evening!!!! I may go back if it's crunch time, but they wouldn't be my regular go to if they can't handle the volume. I hate waiting!!!!!

I had just enough time to stop for a full set of gels and stopped in this place. Ive been getting gels for years, this was the first time I ever had someone put the gel down and then put regular polish on top of it. I was tight on time so I didnt say anything. The white tips and top coat were so thick with barely any drying between that they were ruined within a few hours. When I had time, I went back a few days later and was told some shops do it that way and that I was asked ahead of time if I wanted polish over or under...which I obviusly was not. Why would anyone get gels and have regular polish over the TOP of it?She 'fixed' it and within a few hours the gel was chipping off the tips of the nails and it looks horrible.Nice person but I wont be spending anymore money there.

I've been going to Lena for 6 years already and don't plan to stop anytime soon. She has the best prices around, and there's never really a wait. When there is, it's worth it because not only is her work always on point, but she's also very friendly and there's a TV too lol. I would definitely recommend her!
