was not happy at all- I went in last week to get my nails done and the lady seemed like she didn't know what she was doing- I asked for a no chip fill in and a manicure and the nails were bumpy and the color was being placed on half my nail until I mentioned it- then the manicure was literally done in the air! Like literally she didn't cut my cuticles at all- she then gave me a super rough massage on my hand that made my thumb hurt. HORRIBLE. I left crying and went straight to another salon so they could fix it. The lady helping was an older lady. I also suggest you have all your no chip colors displayed on fake nails- I should not have to stand there and open each no-chip polish to see what it really looks like. Like seriously.

Went here for a acrylic fill and polish change on my toes. The good news is the gal was quick, the bad news is the polish job and filing was done very poorly. She took no pride in her work, barely got all of my old polish off, I had to tell her where spots were still on. Overall just a poor job.

I was told 20 min wait and hour later I need a simple gel fill and I always get the color filed off they started to soak my nails!!! I kept asking what they where doing !!!! Communication is so bad Nobody was getting me to understand to make sure I was getting the service I wanted rude!!! Went to ivy NAILS AND BAM !!! Done and communicate to me explained and DID NOT SOAK MY DAM NAILS !!! Horrible experience go to ivy nails !!!!

This salon offers amazing services by super talented women. I came in for a hair cut and the hair dresser was wonderfully knowledgeable and perfectly chatty. The most surprising part was the very agreeable price, and the best part was that my hair now looks fabulous once again. I cannot wait to return!

For a basic no-chip gel removal and manicure, this was a terrible experience. The woman who did my nails cut my cuticle so deep that it bled, on and off, for a day and a half. My cuticles are still sore 3 days later. She said sorry and that if I come back four more times I get some kind of discount. Very disappointed in this business and I will not be returning.

I loooooove this nail salon. You know when you find the nail salon and it becomes the nail salon you go to now? Nail trend is that for me. The staff is very friendly and I get a pedicure here about every month. I like their color selection. I typically go for more darker shades and earthy tones for my toes and their selection never disappoints. I don't remember the names of the nail technicians but they are all very careful and meticulous with their craft. They take their time to clean my feet very well and I think they also take pride in how comfortable I am during the pedicure. I appreciate the prices and they have a punchcard system where every five times you come in for a service you get five dollars off your next service! All the ladies are very sweet. I've gotten a few gel manicures here before and they've always look very beautiful. They accept both cash and credit and you're able to tip after they run the card. Some places don't have that option.It's very clean inside and I've gotten pretty lucky with calling in and asking if I can just walk in.

My husband and I go there & love it! Great prices and great hair stylists! I always leave happy. We get our hair done from Erin and she's great, but everyone there is super nice and professional. My friend just had her bridal party get their hair done there and they let us bring in stuff for mimosas and truly gave us a great experience. Would recommend this salon to anyone!

was not happy at all- I went in last week to get my nails done and the lady seemed like she didn't know what she was doing- I asked for a no chip fill in and a manicure and the nails were bumpy and the color was being placed on half my nail until I mentioned it- then the manicure was literally done in the air! Like literally she didn't cut my cuticles at all- she then gave me a super rough massage on my hand that made my thumb hurt. HORRIBLE. I left crying and went straight to another salon so they could fix it. The lady helping was an older lady. I also suggest you have all your no chip colors displayed on fake nails- I should not have to stand there and open each no-chip polish to see what it really looks like. Like seriously.

Went here for a acrylic fill and polish change on my toes. The good news is the gal was quick, the bad news is the polish job and filing was done very poorly. She took no pride in her work, barely got all of my old polish off, I had to tell her where spots were still on. Overall just a poor job.

For a basic no-chip gel removal and manicure, this was a terrible experience. The woman who did my nails cut my cuticle so deep that it bled, on and off, for a day and a half.
