I was recommended to go to this place and sit with a certain employee, for she does a well job with the nails. Sadly, she wasn’t there and i had the misfortune to sit with the owner. Simply put, i’ve never had worst customer experience in my life. As i walked in, she was brushing her teeth, how professional right? Next, she sat me down and began filing my nails without asking me how i would want them. Through it all, she was engaged in a foreign language conversation with one of her employees; again, she hadn’t ask me once how i would want my nails. When she finished putting the nails and filing/trimming them, they looked crooked, thin, and out of shape; they were just awful. To top it off, her work was so sloppy that my fingers were glued together afterward. After seeing the mess that she made of my nails, i told her to take them off immediately. She quickly became very aggressive and rude. I asked one of her employees in-front of her her thoughts about the work done on my nails, her response was, “honestly, they looked crooked”. The owner now became more aggressive, accusing me of not wanting to pay. I told her that i work in customer service as well, and i’ve seen people trying to pull that stunt. I reiterated to take them off and she wasn’t to worry about the money because i was a paying customer. She finally took them off and i payed her for nothing. When i payed, her response was “that’s it?”, as she was expecting a tip. Are you kidding me? Besides a hideous jobs she did, the experience of my visit was just as bad; she was mean, unprofessional, and was not talented. If it was the day of my wedding, and that salon was the last place on earth, i wouldn’t do them there. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially the owner. Read Less

Ok, this is not an Aveda salon by any stretch of the imagination. Ivy's daughter sleeps in a cot behind her station, for God sake!  But you know what...they get the job done at a very reasonable price. That's what keeps me coming back. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done here for almost two years and I've never had an issue with their no chip. In fact, their no chip is by far the longest lasting no chip I've ever got. On several occasions I've had to make an appointment to get my no chip removed because I was tired of the color after 5 weeks. Read Less

Experience was horrible! My no chip, chipped the next day! The nail tech helping me painted the skin around my nail and did clean it up until I asked her to. Price on the signs say one thing and then they charge you another. Read Less

I highly recommend this place! Went in to try it out for a full set a couple months ago and I was thrilled with my nails. Yoana did my nails the first time and I have requested her for each fill after. She is quick, efficient and does a great job every time! I will continue to go here for my nails and plan on trying out their pedi's soon. Read Less
