The reason why I'm giving Four Season Nail Salon only one star at this location is because yesterday .I came to this salon inside of Spring Hill Mall like I always do whenever I come to the mall, and I never had a problem with them until yesterday. I got my nails painted blue .I didn't realize that my nails wasn't polish right until I got on the bus, so I called up there to tell them that I wasn't happy and they told me to come tomorrow which is today when I got there. I told them that I was one that didn't like my polish so when I went to sit down get them done over. The lady was like next time you mess your nails up your not going to get them done for free anymore .I was like what! First of all. I didn't messed them up. You messed them up by not polishing my nails right so then after that. I asked how much does it cost to get a hanf design on tet fingers and she said well I don't do hsbd design, and I said .I didn't asked you that .I asked you how much does it cost to do a hand design? So she asked her boss and she said it will be $10 or $15 so I said okay and before I even asked can I get the design please they gone say we don't have time to do the design .I was like what? If I'm paying you to do the design then you shouldn't tell a customer that you don't have time. that is not how you talked to your customers so I'm never going back to that nail salon ever again because when they said that to me that's when they lost their business with me .I will continue to go to Star Nails like I been going Read Less

Went for a manicure today and it was horrible. I had to tell the girl to paint all the way to my cuticle she legit painted half of my thumb nail and was about to put the top coat on. Not only that she got nail polish on my fingers and never cleaned it off I had to do it myself. Wont be going there again. Read Less

NANCY is the best !! I went for my first time like 1 month ago because they are open late which is very convenient ! I loved my nails had to go back and get my fill with her. So happy I found my new nail place !! I will recommend Nancy to everyone she is great at shaping nails, and my no chip lasts a long time. I waited 3 weeks for my fill and the color still looked good. I've tried many different nail salons in the area and I was probably least satisfied with this. I gave them a 2 just for the fact that they were all very kind but the work was sloppy and felt rushed. I'm not a nail expert but the polish was applied sloppy and there was really no time spent making sure everything was done right or looked good. They seem to be more concerned with getting through their list. I know they are in the mall and walk-in's are a big part of their business but they need to be more realistic with the time they spend doing your nails. Read Less

Honestly this is a last resort nail salon! They take more customers than they can handle and always do a poor job due to having to rush customers out. If there's any nail tech I do recommend it would be rose.  She sits across from pedicure chairs may like 4th chair down. Only one who does a good job on her services !! Read Less

I would rate a zero if possible. My husband and I came in together for date day. They immediately sat us in a chair with our feet to soak... For and hour. An hour later someone started on my husbands feet. I'm still soaking. And hour in a half later, nobody has started on my feet. No communication nothing. They also didn't clean their tools after use. In my time sitting here I saw three people get their cuticles clipped and heels scrubbed and tools tossed right back in the drawer... Eww. Avoid this place! Read Less

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. First of all when they tell you wait time is 30 min, IT ISN'T 30 MINUTES. It took me at least 2 hours to be seated just to get my nails painted. The management is terrible they're crossing off names without even checking if the person has been attended yet or not. And the lady who was doing my nails was not friendly at all. Absolutely awful I went in to get my acrylics off and the woman was badgering me about keeping them on instead of getting a no chip. She then left my hands soaking in acetone while she was doing a pedicure I waited 20 minutes to see if she'd come back to relieve my hands from this and she didn't so I just left. I went to this salon because I received a gift certificate. I got a no chip manicure and a spa pedicure. My sister got a mani/pedicure. The service was decent. My no chip started peeling off in 4 days. And pedicure started chipping in 5 days. My sister had the same issue with her pedicure. I will not visit this place again, gift certificate or not. I've always used this salon as a last resort. However given the time crunch on fourth of July, this was the only salon open.  I figured after not coming back for a year, they'd be better. How wrong was I.. I got a French acrylic full set and my mom got a no chip Mani and pedi.  After the third day my acrylics were already ungluing and growing out, they looked like drugstore stick onsMy moms pedi nail polish was bubbly and her no chip peeled off. We did absolutely no chores, work or activities. After going back to have then re do my mothers services they just kept on speaking on their own language (which I always find very rude).. They added a design on her pedi and redid her no chip but yet again after three days...it peeled off. Never coming back again. Read Less
