Been bouncing around from salon to salon since Ken and Tracy sold the place and relocated out of State.  Today I was in desperate need of a manicure and decided to stop in since there is never a wait. Boy, am I glad I did! Turns out the salon is under new ownership once again. Tracy's sister bought the place and fixed it up with new pedi chairs and work stations! They're under new ownership as of a week ago. (11/17) We went here Monday to get manicures. Both women were very skilled, paid attention to detail, and did a great job all around. In addition, the ladies were both quite friendly, chatting away and easily making small talk. I highly recommend them. (My nails are fairly short, so polish tends to chip within 48 hours. I went today to get a full set. I asked a specific shape which was completely off and shaped so uneven. Its a horrible place and super unprofessional. BTW the majority of people who work there aren't even licensed to be nail techs. Read Less

I went when the professional wasn't there and was disappointed before the paint even hit my nail. The woman filing in for him not only didn't do the correct shape. But i've only 3 nails that arent crooked. For 41$ it was an absolute WASTE. VERY disappointed and UPSET ! I'm not going back rather or not he comes back. Read Less

I made an appointment at 930am and was the first customer of the day. I did not leave until 1215pm. I just wanted a no chip mani and pedi with a design. As customers came in I was passed up to get my mani. The design I asked for looked horrible and they had to redo several times. My nails look unfinished with many bumps. I will not be coming back after this visit.Read Less

Very upset with how my pedicure looks. When I get my nails and toes done I come here but I will not any longer. I'm a paying customer, so this is very frustrating. I have been going here for 10 years! They do an amazing job. I would not go anywhere else! Kevin did a great job today. I was trying to leave before my nails dried and ruined them. The owner kept the shop open late to fix my nails. They always give great customer service and do a great job! Once you try this place you won't go anywhere else. Read Less

First time visit and I will not be going again. The service was terrible. Made an appointment and had to wait a half an hour still. They were very rushed, did not do what they were suppose to do for a pedicure. Had to keep excusing themselves to take care of people they had not finished. Neil and I were so caught up; I fit in a mani/pedi today. Siri told me about a place 3 minutes from my house so I went there for the 1st time. Oops; while she put my flip flops back on, I must've jerked my foot or something and she insisted on 're-doing' the polish on my big toe. That wasn't enough-oh no. I liked 4t nails better when it was ken & tracy! the new owner sucks he is rude. He didn't even help me.. never going back! This was the only place I went but won't be coming back anymore! I had to leave cause he told me 5 mins & than continued doing other stuff & left me sitting there... You will be missed Ken & Tracy!!! I wonder where Tiffany is at? The gentleman who did my nails was very nice. I was taken care of right away, they didnt not hurt me(places usually are too rough), and the price was very reasonable.
