That Man in the first chair is very racist, i came to get a polish change i came in no greeting very unprofessional, so i stood there and then ask 50 seconds later could i receive a polish change he said yes you have 20 min. Wait l, i sayed ok an went out and parked my car so to make a long story short, came in had a seat in the back waited 2 hours then notice that the lady they other lighter skined woman got waited on first so i went to the man in the first chair he said ok everyone start talking in Chinese, then 30 more mins went by, went back to the man in the first chair he said ok again so he told me to sit in the back no one ever came i told them i would call state broad then he sent this lady to then take care of me by then im pissed, i didn't take it out on them i went to ask8ng questions why you all have two ladys white being done and seating in the chaair before me so they left them in water to scared to finish them because I noticed what they had did, so the lady working on me laughed in my face i cryed because Im tired of being disdiscriminated against for being black as i am then being tall as i am so she serviced me. Never the less she made me Pay before any other paying client.. Then this Mexican woman had a Problem he goes over two hear and ask her how may i help you when i never received im sorry or nothing bacially the Mexican Lady was complaining that they over charged her. So i then went back to the man in the first chair and then ask him about my experience her at star nails he said nothing no apologies or nothing went to the book and seen where i came in before 4 woman oj this Day Of The 6-15 2018 and that Lady linla that did my nails laughed at me for the second time real hard when i asked her why i uad to Pay before when everybody else payed after i was so hurt and ashamed and over there crying on the to my self they made me fell ashamed but i stood my ground... I'm seeking an attorney people like this yas to be brought to Justice they cheating and taking advantage of the Public Espeacialy i fell someone ass dark as me. As least That was the display they showed me. Im pissed..

My wife goes here once in a while, she won't go anywhere else she like the service they give. But the other day we both went so she can get a mani, pedi, she didn't want to get color on her toes and they charged her the normal price, and the price is different if you get color, they told her they would give color another day for free, but I don't know how she going to get that without proof, I don't know if she will go back.

Waited an hour for pedi/mani and not once did anyone tell they would be with me in x minutes. People that were getting fake nails had priority on the waitlist. I left after waiting for 1 hour. I would not recommend this place for a simple mani/pedi.

I truly loved how the guy did my nails but he didn't even put enough glue within 30 mins after getting them done and grabbing my suit case it broke off from the acrylic park only, and that's how I knew it was the guys fault. He's the guy that look very young 2nd chair. He also cut them to short, he asked me the size I said it was perfect and then he goes ahead and cuts shorter☹️ But I still love there service and I've been a long time customer so I will continue to go but with someone else.

They do nails very nicely but their work area isn't clean whatsoever. Where they sit people to dry their nails, they have a fish tank with VERY DIRTY water. The water is green. There aren't any fishes...
They do nails very nicely but their work area isn't clean whatsoever. Where they sit people to dry their nails, they have a fish tank with VERY DIRTY water. The water is green. There aren't any fishes in there, but there was one last time I was here and I'm pretty sure it died due to this water being so dirty. It is disturbing to sit in front of such a dirty tank. Definitely will not be coming back.

I'm almost positive the guy who sits in the first seat is racist. I walked in to spend my money there and didn't get greeted. But the two people who walked in after me were greeted and asked what they needed. Don't even waste your money here. They're racist and don't even do that good of a job. They've definitely lost a long time customer cause I will no longer be going here. And to whatever the guys name is who sits in the first chair you're rude and I hope this post diverts business to your store.

The lady there was very kind and did a great job on my nails.. I asked for simple Acrylic nails and I was glad to be able to use my own nail polish. Everyone that works here is very nice I will definately be returning and bringing along friends and family. :D will be posting a pic of red nail and a cute design on them.

I would not ever go to this place agian. The 1st time i went they where very nice but when i got the pedi fone the women scrubs my foot so hard she made it bleed. Then the lady that did my nails which were gels never had fake nails so she made me bleed with her grinder burner me . Then went too get a fill she made my cuticle bleed . Nail was not filled all the way . Also nail was coming un stuck from the glue and caused mold underit . Now went too get the gels off and the lady that dose gels was kinda upset i was taken them off . She was speaking too the very nice kevin who was the taken them off for me. Well i would suggest you go else where . Dont let the prices foul you . You get what you pay for . The damage that this lady did is uncalled for she filled them down so thin it will take awhile for them Too thicken up . But i would like to say thank you Kevin for being gentle on a bad situation.

I haven't lived in this city in twelve yrs. so when looking for specific places like getting your toes done, one is always unsure which place to go. I went in and sat just fine (although te chair I was in had the worst massager). Really I went in to get me horribly dry heels taken care of and my eyebrows. I asked the woman to razor my heels. They really were that bad. She scoffed and said that the pumas stone she had would work just fine. For $22 a pedicure, I wasn't convinced. So in a language that I didn't understand she spoke to her neighbor and they laughed at what seemed to be my feet because they kept looking down at them. Finally when I must of looked my maddest, the neighbor got up and got her the razor. She razored the not so bad foot but because she had "finished" with the bad one, she never went back. To be honest I didn't care if she had another method, do what I asked you for and if that didn't work do it your way. I'm the one paying.

It shouldn't say I've experienced better since this was my 1st manicure. Actually, except for the filing and the fact that girl doing my nails must have only been in the States for a few months (based on her grasp of English), the mani itself was fine. Great color choice--lasted a nice long time--and not a drop of polish anywhere but on the nail.But their organization is poor. Very 1st come, 1st serve. No real sign in, no one managing the customer flow. And because my manicurist didn't seem to understand me very well, I couldn't ask questions and get the information I wanted (such as why she ran the emery both ways over the nail--everyone knows you shouldn't do that b/c of peeling, and boy my nails haven't peeled like that in a long time--and about the nail dryer).I won't go back...but I will be looking for another place for mani/pedi. I'm halfway hooked!

My wife goes here once in a while, she won't go anywhere else she like the service they give. I truly loved how the guy did my nails but he didn't even put enough glue within 30 mins after getting them done and grabbing my suit case it broke off from the acrylic park only, and that's how I knew it was the guys fault. He's the guy that look very young 2nd chair. The lady there was very kind and did a great job on my nails.. I asked for simple Acrylic nails and I was glad to be able to use my own nail polish. I would not ever go to this place agian. The 1st time i went they where very nice but when i got the pedi fone the women scrubs my foot so hard she made it bleed. Then the lady that did my nails which were gels never had fake nails so she made me bleed with her grinder burner me . Then went too get a fill she made my cuticle bleed . I haven't lived in this city in twelve yrs. so when looking for specific places like getting your toes done, one is always unsure which place to go. Actually, except for the filing and the fact that girl doing my nails must have only been in the States for a few months (based on her grasp of English), the mani itself was fine.
