I've been here twice and both times they couldn't match my toe polish to a gel polish they tried convincing me that a plum color was the same gray color as my toes! Then rushed me with an attitude to pick a color! I gave them a second try because the location is very convenient from my house but I'm never going here again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I had the worst experience of my life at this nail salon. I've been getting gel nails for awhile and they typically soak off the old polish to remove it. This place sands it off which sands off part of the nail below. Within 4 days, 3 of my nails broke which has never happened before. I went to complain and get a partial refund because clearly his sanding messed up my nails. I asked to speak to a store manager who was a jerk and persistent that he "can't control natural nails". I wasn't asking him to. I was asking him to take partial responsibility for messing them up. If you want to spend over $20 for a gel manicure that lasts 4 days while 3 nails break, go here. Just went for a brow tint and wax horrible! They wanted to leave the dye on told me not to wash it off for two weeks. Didn't even pick the right color . I told them when you tint brows you should not leave the dye on! Looked like someone took a permanent marker to my brows. Read Less

Went there today because my nail was chipped. I went to Kevin and he did an amazing no chip fill in for me. The polish is smooth and not lathered on there like other places I've been to. Will be going back and only going to Kevin.Read Less

In the area traveling for work and needed to get my nails done. Looked for a place close to my hotel and this location popped up. At first, I wasn't sure where to go, finding out the location is actually Inside Walmart. They are open until 8pm which is great. I didn't make an appointment and they took me as a walk in. I waited about 20 mins before they started my gel or no-chip manicure. The technician was very nice, talked to me pretty much the entire time. I didn't mind, however, if you are someone coming in expecting total relaxation you may not like the experience as much. The girl I had though seemed quite popular, and must be a favorite for regulars who go there. The technician finished my no-chip manicure within 30 mins! It's great if your in a rush, but not so great like I said if your looking to get pampered during a manicure. Price for service seemed reasonable, I paid $32 for the gel. If your in need of a quick mani or pedi, this place isn't so bad they get the job done. If you are looking to relax, I would advice going else where. Read Less

I love this place. I had a horrid experience from a nail place on Green Bay Road where my skin was removed from my feet and i couldnt wear shoes for a month. This place totally made up for it. They are nice and cheap and even though they are in Wal-Mart they are quite nice. I only wish they had more hot colors, but you could just go find some in Wal-Mart and bring it in. Read Less

I ended up getting a severe infection in both of my big toes from a pedicure-- just in time for a wedding! Because of this salon I had to hobble down the aisle as a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding.  I was in extreme pain for days and will NEVER waste another penny at this "salon." Also, I had a french manicure done for this event and it chipped off within 12 hours of getting it done.  My nails looked horrendous for the wedding 1.5 days later.  The owner was reluctant to give me a refund even after I showed her my inflamed and infected feet. I LOVE this place for their no chip manicures.  I always go to Kim (store manager) as she is AMAZING.  She is thorough, professional yet friendly and efficient.  I've always had my pedicure done here and it was nice as well (truthfully I have not yet found a place who's pedicures have my raving).  Due to the distance from my place, I mostly come on a weekend and it is usually pretty bustling - recommend off peak hours unless you have alot of patience.  This place is located inside of a Walmart (yes, I know, Walmart, I was way skeptical when I went the first time but desperate bc not everybody does a no chip manicure in the far north burbs) so the convenience in this is if there a wait you can pick up some groceries or toiletries or whatever while you wait.One complaint is their no chip manicure colors are available in a somwhat limited color selection - although the selection has increased from when I first visited this place so there is hope for more color optionsCheck them out!  Ask for Kim.
