Not worth a second trip.  I made appointments, and requested deluxe services for me and my daughter.   I was rushed through to get to walk-ins asking for regular services; treated as if I wasn't important enough to provide quality service to.  When I accidentally hit my wet polish instead of wiping it off and redoing it, they used a brush to pat it back down and slapped more paint over it, making it lumpy.  HARDLY worth $47 each or my time ever again.  The whole point was  to relax, not to receive sub-par service and have to repaint my nail anyway.  Just plain dissapointed! Just tried to get a pedicure while my daughter is in preschool, hours on the door say open at 9:30. Definitely not open, tried calling no answer. Super bummed as this is really my only free time. 2 other women walked up at the same time to find the door locked. Read Less

Hi everyone! I'm not a regular person to write reviews but after this treatment I'm bursting to share my experience! Last week I booked in for the "Signature Facial". It was done my Tracy. It started with a very detailed consultation. My concerns any issues etc. Then I was left to get comfortable in a beautiful warm bed and a very cosy blanket. (You would almost be asleep straight away due to the warmth, relaxation and the perfect lighting) The facial was just what I needed t...he lovely warm steam, exfoliation, extractions to a soothing mask that filled the room with beautiful scents! One concern I had was some marks on my skin due to previous breakouts, I had just presumed that I would have these marks forever but Tracy recommended "Dermalogica overnight clearing gel" one week later the marks are almost gone.
