This is where I get my pedicure and manicure every couple of months. Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. No loud music,no tv's blaring. Low lights, excellent service and the results were perfect. You will be impressed with Gigi and her crew. Great place to have Salon and Spa experience in Lakewood area. Read Less

I've gone twice for a manicure and pedicure - absolutely great service! Gigi pays attention to the details and you leave with great looking nails. I would recommend this salon!

Beautiful, nice and clean salon with friendly staff. Really spent time with me and made sure what I wanted. Very sanitary. Will go back again and again and refer everyone I know! Thank You Gigi!

My wife loves this salon---she gets regular pedicures with Gigi. Everyone at the salon is friendly and customer driven! Bravo!

I could not choose zero stars which is what I wanted to pick to post this review. This Captive Salon and Spa is a new owner of Tres Chic Boutique and is NOT honoring gift certificates from the previous owner. I heard many different reason why from the owner and an employee from: your gift certificate doesn't have a number on it so we can't look it up to we are a new owner and don't honor the certificates to we put a sign up and if your daughter was a recent customer she would have seen our sign said we were honoring for a certain time. So which of these reasons was true? Doesn't look like good customer service will be happening here; I would caution anyone from using this salon. Not a good experience at all. So now I get a call back not more that 1/2 hour after I was there asking me to come in because they found the certificate....hummm that fast and they couldn't have looked that up prior to giving me all the excuses as to why they could not honor it? And they wanted me to come in so they could tell me it expired. Again, they are looking out for themselves first, then the customer. I find it interesting that you have to defend yourself so much in a response. First of all you start out saying that you had to go way back to even find the receipt but don't clarify that I was first told you could not and would not look for the receipt because it had no number on it. You fail to state that the employee only looked once under my daughters account and then preceded to tell me she couldn't find it. She never attempted or said to me she would look further; she just said no and I could leave my number for the owner. Only after I left very upset did you even look further to find this out for me. Most businesses go under the rule "the customer is always right" or at least give some time to the customer to ATTEMPT to solve the problem and somehow make them a satisfied customer. That did not happen. If fact, the employee did not hesitate to say I could make an appointment....yes you would take more of my money but not help to even half way resolve the gift certificate. At least I would have got my answers to when the gift certificate was bought and expired; no one attempted to do that; I was just told 3 different reasons it was no good. And as a customer why would I care about the new system you have; that is not my concern but obviously is what you have told all the people you refused to honor gift certificates for and I was told that was the case. Then when you had the receipt, you did not call me back in 5 minutes; it takes me 20 minutes to get home and I was home and you immediately asked if I wanted to come in to talk about it; again an inconvenience for me to come all the way back (at first I thought you wanted me to come back to make it right) but then you said you wanted to show me the receipt. Again thinking of yourself and not the customer's inconvenience. It is so sad that a business such as yours that is to serve people is so clueless on customer service. Read Less

Friendliest staff and always make sure they know what you want before anything. I love almost an hour away and still make the trip because it's the best haircut and nicest staff I've ever had!
