I don't even know where to begin. The service was not the best. They made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. I didn't really care about the service until I looked at my nails. Uneven and sloppy. The man who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. I don't really know why considering the fact that there was no one there. This is the only place I enjoy getting pedicures at. They're pricey but so worth it. They actually use timers to give you a full experience. The more you spend, the longer and nicer the experience. I have been going here for 2-3 years now. Service is great. When I make the mistake and don't make an appointment, I can't complain about the wait. One time I got a pedicure, I got home, and the next day the paint fell off of my toes.. Came back the next day and the manager took care of me. I get no chip on my nails and if they chip within a week, I just ask for the manager, show him my receipt, and he takes care of me. If you respect them and talk to them nicely.... they will not give you a problem. Complimentary wine, pop, and water. They offer a really nice massage at the end of your service. I read all these great reviews and decided to try out a new salon around the corner from me.Nope! I came in the evening, asked to remove my nails and get gel dip. They discouraged me because they said it would come off within a week (I think they didn't want to do gel dip so close to closing). So instead I got a fill. I left with my nails different shapes and sizes. The lady next to me was getting her acrylics removed and each time they cut a nail it would either fly across my face or actually hit me. That can't be sanitary! My nail tech told me to just turn my head to avoid getting hit. She was also more concerned with the client sitting next to me that she burned my nails and cut my thumb with the nail drill. On the nails they replaced there were gaps between my nail and the acrylic. The gel polish began chipping 2 days later.I went back to get my nails fixed and they still are different shapes and overall misshapen.I'm glad others have found a salon that they love, but I'm gonna pass on this place. Never again will I go here. I went in between a client at work told Jake the nail tech that I had an hour I needed my dip taken off and a mani and if I had time a polish change on my toes. He assured me we had time and wanted to start with my toes of course 30 min later he realizes that we don’t have enough time for my mani and asks me to come back and I said no just to take my dip off well im not sure if he didn’t know what he was doing but it took him another almost 20 min ...to attempt to do that then continues to ask if I want the mani he will “do fast”I say no that you I don’t want a rushed manicure so I look at my nails there is still glue EVERYWHERE so I tell the girl at the desk and she says I still have to pay for the removal of the dip even though there is glue everywhere. This is my new go to nail place. After spending years of trying different nail places only to eventually settle for average work, I'm very happy with Grand Nails. Everyone is professional and their hours are great. Most importantly, I can watch them either disinfect or open new supplies in front of me. You also get a (short) back massage that's included . I've been coming here for a few months and it is time I take my business elsewhere. A few of the pedicure guys are phenomenal, everyone else is so/so. My no chip has chipped or peeled within a week every single time I've gotten it. They send a 20% off coupon in valpak, don't come here without it because it is pretty overpriced. The last time I came I had a coupon and a different person did my pedicure than my nails. The lady who did my nails rang me up and only upon leaving did I notice she did not apply the coupon to the manicure, only the pedicure. I know she wants to keep more of the commission but scamming your customers is not the answer. Left with a very bad feeling considering I always leave extremely generous tips. DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible service. If I could give this less than one star I would. I've never received such poor quality service. The nail tech rushed through doing my nails and cut the cuticle in several places causing them to bleed. See the picture I've attached. Grand nail spa is the only nail salon I go to. I get a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. Everyone who has done my nails has been courteous, efficient, and very professional. I've had great service. I love the shoulder massages also. There's always a 20% off coupon in Val Pak. I have one negative comment. The owner needs to buy the ladies new tops to wear. I have been going to get my nails done for my whole life. I'm very picky. This place isnot only lovely but the staff are complete gems. This is my new sanctuary away from home. Great nail color selections too. The price and the time spent are surprisingly well matched. I like that. They spend time and put much detail in their work. This was my first visit here. Friends have raved about it to me so I figured why not?! This place is awesome! Everyone was so smiley and friendly! Basic manicure was $15 and great. I had Stacy and she did a very thorough job, offered me a glass of wine and massaged my shoulders at the end! The milk and honey pedicure $40 was divine and so relaxing! Went here on a recommendation from a friend as I do not live in the area and was not disappoitned.   Excellent salon!   Large and spacious, lots of technicians who are willing to chat if you want to, willing to work in silence if you want as well.  Fairly priced too.   Had the cucumber pedicure and truly felt like I was pampered.    Most nail places I go to, they seem to be more concerned with getting customers out quickly, I felt comfortable and not rushed.   If this were in my neighborhood, I'd be a regular here! Up until today, Grand Nails has always been my go to nail salon. I  regularly visit twice a month for a pedicure and no-chip mani, spending on average $100.00 per visit. Today, I asked for a specific OPI color and after having my toes painted I noticed that the color was not the one I has asked for and asked if I could have the color on my toes changed to the one I had specifically asked for while waiting for the color on my hands to soak off. The manager, Erica came over and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She began waiving her hand toward me and told me that this would never be allowed again. I tried to simply explain that the tech had used the wrong color but instead of listening, she walked away, waiving her hand while I was still speaking. The techs were very nice and apologetic, but I found Erica's behavior as a manager to be completely inappropriate. I also find it quite disturbing how fearful the techs seemed of her when it was discovered that a simple mistake had been made. My French pedicure polish lasted two days and no chip only one week. Watched the girl dig to the bottom of very old polish. Another time I chose a polish that was suppose to be gray. Turned out seaweed green. I asked for a polish change and paid for the change. But prior to the change she was screaming at me for a very long time. This is my first time. . I usually go to Polished Lounge but I was running into Family Dollar and decided to give them a try. I am sooooooooo glad I did!! Michelle did my nails and she did a fantastic job. She really took her time and paid attention to  the smallest detail. It had been over a month since my last fill and they showed it! She fixed the nails that were lifting off and  replaced a broken one. She also clipped my cuticles! I changed my mind from the standard no chip when I saw her nails! They were Ombre and really pretty. I picked a no chip color but the first coat was really light so she went and got a darker color. I came on a Friday at 6 for a pedicure. They were busy but had a ton of people working so I got in immediately. I knew from someone else's review that they serve complimentary wine. When I sat down I was only offered a water, but I requested wine instead. I got the "classic pedicure". The pedicure was great. The girl was nice-- quiet, which was fine by me. The service was comparable to other salons, but they spend more time massaging your feet and legs than most. The girl didn't put the hot towels on my legs but I did see other people getting that so I'm not sure why I didn't. Maybe because they keep a timer out during your appointment and she didn't work one second past that buzzer. It was like she was trying to smash everything into my time frame. I've never had a nail salon so that before. Anyway, good foot rub and pretty paint job. Next time I want the hot towels on my legs!Edit: after this pedicure I got 2 ingrown toenails (each big toe) from the girl cutting and digging around. Won't return. Read Less

I sat and watched this young man give a Caucasian  lady  a back message, but when I came after  her to get my nails done, I didn't get a back message after he was done with me. My nails were nice, but he just told me that would be 35 dollars.  I just felt that I wasn't given the same treatment. I would  have tipped him,  but didn't because of that. By the way I am black. Very clean and nice looking location. Everyone seemed very nice. Guy that serviced me was great. The best no chip I've ever received in regards to how neatly he painted. Would've given 5 stars but I didn't receive the complimentary back massage everyone else received. Don't want to bring race into anything but it did raise an eyebrow especially given the location. I wasn't offered any water or anything as well. Also for a no chip and pedicure it took him 1 hour and 15 mins. Though I do appreciate his quality of work he needs to work on his speed as well. I took my teenage sister there so we could both get pedicures and her a no chip manicure also. I called to and made a appt. Even with an appt wr waited 35 mins to get seated in pedicure chairs my sister then waited another 45 mins till someone came to service her. By this time I couldn't even get my pedicure because I had to get my daughter from school soon. Silly me thought that with an appt an 1 and half time frame would be more than enough time. I had to leave my sister at Grand. I came back 45 mins later her pedicure was done, but now they had her sitting in a chair with a line of 4 other ladies in front of her waiting for manicures. I ended up telling her lets go!! It was over 2 hours and her manicure was at least another 45 mins away. I will never ever go back. What was the point of an appt?? Read Less
