I've always liked this place until now. I went in for a pink/white full set and was told it would be "a few minutes" and I was fine with that. 20 minutes later I was told they couldn't do a pink/white, so I said a fill-in with a no chip polish would be fine instead. They said they don't have a technician available to do that and I was turned away. This happened in the middle of the afternoon, not at closing time. This was my go to place. I used to love Classy Nails so much but they are not as good as they used to be. My mom and I just got the worst manicure and pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure didn’t even scrub my heels. They are still just as dry and cracked when I went in there. There is also polish all over my skin and she didn’t clean it off. She didn’t take her time at all and it was seriously disappointing. They made an excuse too that my skin is just dry and they can’t get it off. That is what the manager said to me. So annoyed. My mom’s manicure was all ruined even after drying it at the salon and being home for an hour and a half. She paid $50 for a manicure and pedicure and it is all ruined. I know a lot of people love this place but this was the suckiest experience ever. I’m going to have my pedicure redone at another salon. If I could I would rate Classy Nails -2 NOT SO CLASSY.... I went in for a fill-in (refill) last week they charged me $25 much more higher than the set of my original nails done beautifully in (chicago heights Classy Nails did a horrible sloppy horrendous job! Very poor quality they re did 1 nail completely due to it falling off and it looked NOTHING like the rest of my set.. when I was done and it was time for me to pay I had spoken to the at first friendly cashier but then quickly changed her attitude when I had a problem I explain to her that the nails were not properly done it was rushed and wasn't of good quality I had her examine it because it was completely wrong she told me not each nail is going to look exactly the same.. I then told her I had went to a much cheaper not so fancy place that did a fantastic job for half of the price...IF NOT ALL NAILS LOOK THE SAME IF DONE PROFESSIONALLY ITS NOT A PROFESSIONAL JOB. I came to Classy Nails after sitting at CiCi’s nails across the street for an 1hr with no service or acknowledgement. I googled it and the reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and noticed you were a little busy but I expected that for a Saturday. I signed in a waited for about 10 minutes. The wait was worth it, best foot massage and pedicure ever!!! I went to get a pedicure this morning and I basically paid $30 to get my toe nails polished. My feet seem rougher and dryer than before I went there. Clearly the guy did not do a good job and the manager was not helpful. I left there very disappointed and I will not go there again. Read Less

She is patient ... because sometimes I don't know what I want ... she takes the time to explain everything and guides me to the right decision every time. She is kind and easy to converse with and her skills are phenomenal! Right when you walk in you feel relaxed. There is no talking, eating and no kids that aren't being serviced. They are so polite and did a great job. Asked me if I wanted water or anything to drink and I got a free lotion with my no-chip. Totally worth the more pricey manicure! Would recommend and will definitely come back! Read Less

I wish I wasn't in a rush so I would have gotten my technicians name and been able to acknowledge her. I'm not from the area so I went online to check ratings of shops n the area. Classy Nails had a 5 star rating so that's how I ended up there. I am a pessimist when it comes to using new nail shops and I need to fix that about myself because it ruins my experience, and it's not fair to the technicians. It's the places like this that deserve praise over their customer services.... Even through my insistence in telling my tech how to do her job, she kept smiling and kept up a pleasant conversation. She brought down my grumpy veil and had me leaving there happy and wishing that I lived anywhere near Illinois so I could go there all the time. My only complaint is that you can't put a tip on your credit card. I NEVER carry cash and wasn't aware of the policy. I go here and only here for all my nail and beauty needs. I love this place. It's very clean and professionally set up. All of the techs are so well trained that I don't have to worry about who I get when I walk in without an appointment. I do recommend making an appointment though as they are very busy at times. just ok....I thought because this salon was so close to my house that I would love it but the prices are extremely high compared to other salons in the area. Not a huge color selection for gel nails. It is also very dark inside. They don't have desk lights, just spotlights from the ceiling. By the time I got out in the sunlight my nails looked completely different than I thought they did.
