As difficult as it is, I have to give this salon 1 star since I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. However, the staff is rude, the quality is poor (super rushed to get you out quickly), the environment is not very clean and the ambience is not enjoyable. I would never return, and cannot recommend this place to anyone. $25 for a 12 minute pedicure in a factory environment is disappointing! Read Less

I like the quality of work they do here but i'll be honest the woman who runs the store is rude. Even though i come in regularly to have my nails done, she barks orders at me. "Sit here." "Go pick out color" I've sat at a nail station for an hour waiting to be served; watching people who came in after me (without appointments) get served before me. I have to say I am shocked by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I used to use My Nails all the time when I lived here but never again. They completely hurt one of my toes by there lack of knowledge of how to do pedicures. Horrible place to go. Read Less

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I went there to get a new set with design and I was completely over charged for no reason and when I asked why I was charged so much the woman would not even look at me or give me an answer. And she was very rude to me the whole time I was getting my nails done too. I could not believe the utter lack of respect they have for the customers. Plus to make it worse she did not do them the way I wanted her too and when I told her she just looked at me walked away and started working on a different persons nails. I went to this establishment after it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately, the establishment did not live up to the review. The salon reused ALL instruments (nail clippers, cuticle trimmers, cuticle sticks, pumice stones, nail brushes and nail files) between clients, and did NOT attempt to clean them other than swishing them around in the used foot tub water briefly. In addition, the polish that was applied was patchy, and on close inspection did not look professional at all - especially at the tips of the nails where it was incomplete. 3 words after this visit....oww oww owwwwww!  :). their "bedside manner" could use some serious work....but i know that i'm pretty sensitive when it comes to my nails.  but aside from the ouchies...my gels look pretty darn great.  in from out of town, so it was a bit like a blind date...i suppose it could have been much worse! I came here on my trip from Boston to visit Gramma in Sterling--partly because I was overdue for a mani-pedi, and partly because I was bored and looking for something to do.The salon itself is a bit dated feeling (aren't most nail salons), and there were remnants of Christmas decorations still kicking about. In May. C'mon, now! But that's not why you go to a nail salon now, is it?Service was entirely okay, but nothing to rave about. I said a silent l'il prayer that my tools came from the autoclave. (I'm always a little leary when I go to a new nail salon.) On a Saturday afternoon, there was a reasonable crowd at this place--that's always an encouraging sign. Nail polish color selection wasn't up to date with the season's latest OPI selections. No biggie since I was going with my old standbys--but still, I like to have fresh options. Many of the bottles in the display tray were running pretty low--which usually means they're gunky. Also--my personal pet peeve when getting a manicure is when they don't make my nails all of even length. In my book, longer does not equal better. I like symmetry :-) Of course, I could have spoken up--but I didn't. That's my own fault--but I'm over it.The cost was $35 for my mani-pedi combo. Totally reasonable--though I expected prices would be cheaper out here than in Boston. I did see another nail salon in the mall (same price) and there's another on on the other side of the Lincolnway, next door to Wendy's that looked nice. I'd give that a try. Read Less
