They we're rough with my fingers, twisting them in directions that they couldn't go, they put the electric nail file on my skin and broke the skin and made it bleed, the man was bleeding and continued...
They we're rough with my fingers, twisting them in directions that they couldn't go, they put the electric nail file on my skin and broke the skin and made it bleed, the man was bleeding and continued to do my nails with blood streamin down his finger, they were talking about the customers in a different language, they did my fill in wrong still look like I need one, they don't have a drying table all they have is a small fan, they didn't put no top coat on my nails... Said my nails were dry and they weren't... They filed the nail down so far where the nail couldn't hold the acrylic and it broke off and my nail was bleeding with that ,there was a point of time where they all left out of the salon to get on there phones and take a smoke break while leaving me in the salon by myself to dry the nails.... Please don't go here to get your nails done...

Extremely rough with your nails. Most painful manicure I've ever had. I couldn't wait to leave.

Mold in bathroom, plus no soap or paper towels (only one bathroom so that means staff does not use soap after going to the bathroom or before starting to do nails
Rude to customer that asked to turn up the news over their foreign soap opera.

Intentionally messed my nails up for my wedding
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

This nail salon is just "okay" in my opinion. The language barrier is a real issue considering I have some specific requests when I have my nails done, for example I prefer for my cuticles to be only ...
This nail salon is just "okay" in my opinion. The language barrier is a real issue considering I have some specific requests when I have my nails done, for example I prefer for my cuticles to be only pushed back NOT cut. They just nod and smile and continue to do it anyway. There always seems to be a pretty long wait even though there are at least a couple technicians that don't appear to be busy. I will probably continue coming here when I'm really in a crunch and I just need something near home. It seems to be very sanitary and there is no visible risk of disease which is my main concern at a nail salon.

In the past, I was very satisfied with PL Nails, but lately, not so much. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and always willing to get clients in the door. They are too busy lately up-selling services. I just want a regular pedicure, not a fancy pedicure, not a brow wax, not a lip wax, not a fill in, etc. Last couple of times, my feet were in the water for 15 minutes because they were quite busy. I'd rather just sit in the waiting area before my feet become pruny. Then, because I just wanted a regular pedicure, I was passed off to three different technicians because other clients wanted the more expensive service. That did not sit well with me. I decided to take a break from them for a while.

been going here for 2 yrs or so and ivealmost always been satisfied. they've payed attention to detail, and are typically very consistant. the only time ive ever noticed a difference is if they're extremely busy, but they still try their best to give good service. always love my nails n toes... thanks to my girl jamie there. see her shes amazing, as are the rest of the staff. ***NJ***

I have been here before for pedicures and have always been satisfied, if not thrilled. For $20, I've gotten decent pedicures. Today was a different story entirely. The girl who did my pedicure rushed through (done in 20 in - about half as long as it usually takes). She also cut my heel and one of my toes! I didn't notice the cut on the heel until she rubbed lotion on it and I wanted to yell. With my toe, by the time I noticed, it was too late. My toes loook way nicer now, but I don;t think it was worth the pain and I doubt I will be going back (even if it is walking distance from home).

This nail salon is just "okay" in my opinion. The language barrier is a real issue considering I have some specific requests when I have my nails done, for example I prefer for my cuticles to be only pushed back NOT cut. They just nod and smile and continue to do it anyway. There always seems to be a pretty long wait even though there are at least a couple technicians that don't appear to be busy. I will probably continue coming here when I'm really in a crunch and I just need something near home. It seems to be very sanitary and there is no visible risk of disease which is my main concern at a nail salon.

In the past, I was very satisfied with PL Nails, but lately, not so much. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and always willing to get clients in the door. They are too busy lately up-selling services. I just want a regular pedicure, not a fancy pedicure, not a brow wax, not a lip wax, not a fill in, etc. Last couple of times, my feet were in the water for 15 minutes because they were quite busy. I have been here before for pedicures and have always been satisfied, if not thrilled. For $20, I've gotten decent pedicures. Today was a different story entirely. The girl who did my pedicure rushed through (done in 20 in - about half as long as it usually takes). She also cut my heel and one of my toes!
