I went in for full set about 1 month ago. The owner ended up doing my nails because the woman who I normally work with was out of town. He was rushing through,more so when 2 more people came through the door. He cut me numerous times, and took a CHUNK out of the middle of my nail, putting super glue to fill it. I was in shock and if it werent for having my daughter with me, wouldnt have sat calmly waiting for it to be over. The acrylic was messy and poured over my actual nail bed, they were not even in length and shape. I ended up going to a different salon less than a week later because of how painful my nails were. Been going for years! Always friendly and try to get people in as soon as possible.  Better to call and see about appointment  if you are on a time schedule or have more than one person, especially during busy times.  Very accommodating and good service. Read Less

My new favorite place.  They are meticulous about manicures and how they're done.  The store is peaceful and quiet unlike some other salons that are noisy and chaotic.  I had to leave suddenly because a family men was in a car wreck- the own offered to drive me because I was so upset.  5 stars any day from me.  Super nice people!!!!! I had a pretty good experience with Young Nails and Spa.  I was part of a bridal party (we had an appointment) and they got us in and out in time to go get our hair done.  I got a manicure and a pedicure that day.  I think that was because we had an appointment pretty early in the day, but I can see how if you have one you'll end up waiting.  They do take people in a walk-in basis and I didn't see anyone checking an appointment book at any time.  That being said, there were some major pluses for me.  During the pedicure not once did I see what I call the scary foot razor, just a pumice stone. :-)  Despite the fact that I didn't get Shellac (you will be asked) my manicure help up well over a week, and I'm pretty hard on my hands.  For the price, it was a goos experience for me. I called and made an appointment for 2 pedis the same day and they got me in about 45 minutes before I had wanted, which is great. When my mom and I got there, we had to sit in the chairs and wait for about 15 minutes. They started working on my feet about 15 minutes before they started my mom's, but we both were finished around the same time. Her foot bath was already filled when we got there and they told her to put her feet in and it was cold, so they just added some hot water, which seems kind of gross. My water was started WAAAY too hot, especially considering it was 90+ degrees outside. All in all the pedicure part was ok, nice polish job but not as much massaging as one would expect. The price was reasonable but I have paid the same for much better service.  I dinged my toe when I got into the car so I went back in to have them touch it up. She left some polish on my skin and used the wrong color! Also, she didn't say a word throughout the whole thing. Read Less

Horrible service! Went in with a bridal party, had appointments for everyone but when we got there they couldn't fit us all in. Bride to be had to wait 40 minutes! Then they argued with her when she asked for an extra coat of paint?! & refused! All our pedicures were rushed and crappy. Just horrible experience overall! Read Less
