Today was my first visit to pink and white and I must say I’m very impressed and pleased! This was my second time getting acrylics and they took their time and made sure I was happy with them. I also showed them a picture I had found of a design I liked and expected some smaller version of it, but the lady made sure they looked as much like the picture as she could and took her time. The first time I went, I was pretty embarrassed about getting a pedicure. It had been a long time and well over due if you know what I mean. They did such a fantastic job and got them puppies smooth as butter on the heels. I never once felt uncomfortable and the vibe was great. I went back again yesterday to get a shellac manicure and man they didn't disappoint. By far the best shellac I have gotten by any salon. This place is so good I'm going to start going and get a pedicure at least once a month and a shellac probably more often than that. Absolutely addicting! Read Less

Anna is absolutely amazing , but my friend had a older , bald male who absolutely abused her. He burned her with the drill, cut her with the file, and she bled . When she tried to pull her hands away as they were shaking , he grabbed her hand and slapped it. Unfortunately, this experience has made her not want to come back , but I do know this is not the usual treatment of clients at this establishment. I do hope this addressed, so others do not experience such discomfort. Again, I love pink and white and I do wish to bring her with me again. My sister and I went to get pedicures and manicures for her upcoming wedding. At first we loved our experience. We were greeted right when we walked in the door and offered water or wine. We were seated immediately for our pedicures. Shawn was the person doing my pedicure. At first it was great. But then a friend or someone came in so he went off to have a conversation. He returned a few minutes later and continued my pedi. However his new landlord came into the shop so he we...nt to go sign his new lease, which left me waiting some more. He came and went a couple more times during my pedicure. When it came time for my manicure he again left me waiting several times. I don't mind waiting but I felt like he had better things to do than to do my nails. When it was all said and done my sister and I were there for almost two and a half hours. Around 9:30 that night I got a phone call from Pink and White telling me that Shawn did not charge me the correct price. So they needed to run my card for an additional $30. I thought the $60 I had already paid was enough for a mani and pedi so I was shocked that I was being asked for $30 more. Plus I felt this was very unprofessional of the business to call and ask for more money. It was their employee's fault, not mine. The next morning when I really got to looking at my nails, I noticed that half of them where not even painted all the way to the edges. During my mani and pedi Shawn told me multiple times that he had things to do that evening and was going to leave when he was done with me. I wish he would have spent he extra time and given me a quality mani. I called and was told that I could come back and get it fixed but I couldn't because of the wedding activities I was involved in. I have used Pink & White for some time now. I have generally felt very comfortable and have enjoyed the vibe of the shop as well as the employees. Unfortunately, a visit last week has changed all of that. I don't have a regular tech but try to get the same woman if possible. She was not available but another employee was, her name was Frankie/Franky. I honestly have never felt so disrespected. I by no means know her nor does she know me but she addressing me as "girl" or "chi...ck" which I felt was not only unprofessional but rude as well. I know that my attitude reflected my dislike of this behavior but I did not address it with her directly because the amount of vulgar and foul language she was using in not only speaking to me but others around her (to both customers and employees) let me know that it would have been useless. I also expected the owners (who were both there) to address her behavior as it reflects on their business and brand but they did nothing! I do hope the owners monitor this page and address the issue because this employee brings no value to what used to be a great environment. I come there to relax and enjoy those around me. I am not a prude by any means but her behavior wouldn't even be acceptable in a bar. They didn't do a very good job on her nails, this was Monday and on Thursday my other daughter went in there and they charged her a lot less for the same service. DO NOT TRUST THEM Read Less
