By far the worst place I've ever been to. Within 2 days 2 acrylic nails were broken off. One day later , she fixed them . Then 2 more broke off, when I went in to get them taken off because of the inc...
By far the worst place I've ever been to. Within 2 days 2 acrylic nails were broken off. One day later , she fixed them . Then 2 more broke off, when I went in to get them taken off because of the inconvenience and was told they did not have time. She was nice, but completely understaffed.

David gets zero points!! He's rude and did my nails super thin on purpose so that they would all break. On the other hand his sister Helen gets 5 stars!! I love her, very sweet and did my 1st nail repair for absolutely free. I ended up going back to my old place to get the rest that broke on a daily replaced. If you go here just see Helen, she's five stars!!!! David get out this business you truly SUCK

I usually go to another nail salon because it's closer to home, but I stopped here by appointment because it's next door to where I work. Nails Plus is very beautiful, very clean, and the nail techs are very professional. They don't rush through and they take their time to attend to your needs. They go above and beyond. I will definitely go here again!

For years I have got my nails done. Lived in Springfield for 28 years and when I first moved there I could not find a nail salon that I liked. Then I tried Nails Plus, I was in love best salon ever and never went anywhere else! I have since moved back to southern Illinois and I so miss getting my nails done at Nails Plus:(. People are very kind and friendly and do such a fantastic job on yours nails!

I usually go to another nail salon because it's closer to home, but I stopped here by appointment because it's next door to where I work. Nails Plus is very beautiful, very clean, and the nail techs are very professional. They don't rush through and they take their time to attend to your needs. They go above and beyond. I will definitely go here again!

Then I tried Nails Plus, I was in love best salon ever and never went anywhere else! I have since moved back to southern Illinois and I so miss getting my nails done at Nails Plus:(.
