I have been to many nail salons in Springfield and Nini is the BEST. Not only do my nails look amazing when I leave but they treat me like family.

My mom and I went for our wedding 💅. Was so pleased on how clean everything was. The staff made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Tightly recommend this place.

I usually do not give a negative feedback unless it is warranted Well today must have been a bad day for the Owner of Nails By NINI... I have never felt so unwelcome as I did today.. I was greeted with a unappreciated attitude that made me Never want to go back. I have never felt so uncomfortable as a customer in my life and I have left a great tip every time, When I asked for something that I was paying for and get a smart mouth response "Really " I was not asking for your first born child and if anyone in the place would smile.. I am Sorry NINI BUT I pay good money for your service and have referred several people to you and this is Not the first time from You that I have gotten this treatment, So unless you want to have a Big decline in customer's, Show some respect and appreciation for those who are paying your mortgage payments... I still left you a tip because that's the way I am. Then you announce that you have your child that there with the flu... I was really trying to be the better person trying to understand .. for what you charge to do nails for Pete's sake hire a sitter for the sick child... Plus you did not do a good job again and I now have to go get the job re-done due to the crooked nail ...not to mention the polish you did not bother to wipe off Obviously you showed me today that you didn't care about your customers...

Always professional! Dao always does my nails and she makes sure this picky customer is always happy. The whole family is personable and kind. They are just a great bunch.
