Went in for a fill, the lady couldn’t even understand or do what I asked for which was simply just ombré sparkles at the tip. So the guy came over and realized they looked bad and had to re do them all over again. Nor did the lady do the shape I asked for, she completely ruined the shape of my nail that I will now have to just wait for them grow out. Couple days later my nail broke in half, breaking my nail underneath causing it to bleed. They also charge money for everything like $7 to shape the nail and $5 to just add sparkles on a nail. I will never go to a new salon again. I felt that i was over charged for my manicure and the pedicure was terrible. When i left, my feet were still rough. My nails also weren't dry when they sent me away and i ended up getting a few messed up. I went in the next day to have them fix one of the nails and they made me feel very uncomfortable. When i took the polish off of my nails, they were yellow. i assume this is from the polish being old. I will NEVER be returning to this salon. way over priced and the service is not what i expected. I have been going to Luxe since they opened. They even did my bridal party in 2015 and the set up and service was wonderful. I continue to go and always feel welcome and pampered. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me sad that they had that experience because even the one time I left and not even a day later my thumb nail shellac came off, I walked in unannounced and told them it hadn't been a day and they took me right back and fixed it for me! I've Been To Many Nail Salons in Springfield IL & This Place is the Best I've Came Across ! They are Very Nice, Personable & Hold Great Conversation. They are Very Up to Date on New Nail Trends, Everything I Have Asked for They Have Been Able to Do . Plus My Nails Always Has at Minium 3 Weeks Most of the Time I Can Get a Full Month ! I will never come back here. When they first opened they were great. Now, on more than one occasion. I have gone in, washed rushed through. Or, have been told it would be a 10 minute wait, and waited 30. Didn't even get anything done. No one came back to the front where I was told to sit and wait, walked out and went somewhere else.Read Less

My normal nail salon wasn't open. I went here to get my nails filled and repainted. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The girl took little time and effort on my nails. They way they look reflected that. I tipped the girl $7 and only because I'm a server and live off tips myself. But now I have to go pay to have them fixed. Read Less

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I requested a hot stone pedicure and barely got a basic pedicure, my feet were still very rough when I left. Also I requested a parafin manicure with shellac and design and I got a basic manicure with no designs, she didn't even tend to my cuticles, and though she looked at the design I wanted 3 times, she still did not put on a design. And thanks to the location of the fan, all but 1 of my nails was ruined before I left and she was too busy doing someone else's pedi to care. I will never return to this nail salon. Read Less
